I was last there in 2016. S2ome of the staff was helpful, and some just sat there reading magazines. But the owner is awesome; ready to help you find anything you need. Shell even go out of her way to order something for you, if she doesnt have it in stock. There is no body shaming; the corsets and lingerie sets start at extra small (0 or 00), and go all the way up to size 28. The store is clean; no creepy vibes. Side note: I ADORE their mystery grab bags (I hope they still do those). In one, I got a cig holder that looks just like a cassette tape!

Hands down one of the best shops in the area, I don’t write reviews but seen the person that wrotea bad review over a broken toy and maybe after you use something of that nature no one including yourself would return or touch it and other ways to deal with a defective product like write the manufacturer with your issue. Super cool and friendly staff rock.

Great selection, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Clean interior with an easily navigated layout. So many more products than you would guess are available here. Definitely a customer for life.

No returns allowed even if the item falls apart while the tags are still on so buyer beware. I bought a basic night gown- a little more risque than what youd get in a department store, but not too far out there. I was taken by the color and design and didnt realize quite how poor the construction was beforehand.The store is clean and well lit so you dont feel awkward going in. However, if you are not shopping for a specialty or novelty item, yourey better off going to a regular store that stands behind their products.Lastly, and this is just a personal pet peeve, but even after a week the thing still smells quite strongly of the incense they use in the store. I think a couple washes might fix that, but it might also completely destroy the thing.

I went there to buy a pair of panties and robe and i picked out two pairs and without thinking put one back in the wrong area. When i was ready to check out she asked for my ID and i gave it to her without thinking. I then asked why and she said i stole the panties. I showed her the inside of my purse and said i did not i set them down and she kept insisting i stole them. I showed her where i mustve set them down and she then was still super rude to me and didnt apologized for accusing me of stealing. The staff here were rude to me even from the second i walked in. I shop here frequently and i was usually pleased with the selection and the staff but i will not be returning and will advise others not to as well.

Fantasies is my favorite place to indulge. The store carries everything and if they dont have it, they can get it. Fantasies is classy, not trashy.

Does not stand behind their products. Bought something from them and it broke first time I use it. Tried to return it they told me it was cheap junk and wouldnt even give an in store credit.

Maybe topless help other than that a perfect experience.
