I ran out of ink for my printer on a Saturday & needed to keep going, (printing many documents, etc.). Normally I buy ink online, although there was no time to wait, so I had to buy locally, which generally is ridiculously expensive, (compared to online). I accidentally stumbled upon Cartridge World (online), & gave them a call to see what they were about. I was so surprised to be treated with such kindness, .... I live across town & when he learned that, he kept the store open past closing, just so I could get my needed ink for less than 1/2 the price that other local stores were charging. I am very pleased ... & recommend Cartridge World to anyone who needs ink cartridges. Thank You, Thank You!!! You made my day!!!

Jeff provided us with OUTSTANDING service! We recently purchased a printer from CW. After years of printer problems, I wanted to have one that not only worked well but also that was user friendly. As a FREE service, Jeff came by appointment to my house to set the printer up and ensured that everything was working well before he left. He explained the functions of the printer so that I felt comfortable with all of its options (which in my case was quite time consuming) He also trouble- shooted our current set up for WIFI and was able to make our internet run smoother with a few suggestions he made. I truly appreciate Jeffs time and patience with this experience!!!
