We bought a half a pig from them in March. The meat that was good, was really good. But about half of our order was bad. Some of it really smelled rancid. I understand pork can go bad quickly. But definitely not thawing it out in the fridge in the course of 12 hours. Sadly, after losing half my meat. I won’t be back. If they’re mixing old stock with fresh stock to fill an order. They need to stop.
Bulk meat do not buy it is old and rancid. DOG FOOD ONLY. Not joking we cant even eat it its so bad.
Delivered 2 cow elk and got two beef steaks on pick up day !!!! I think they gave me old meat witch was not mine !!!! When open the meat all of it was not good or on its last days !!!!

We purchase the smoked turkeys every year for the last 3 year’s for the holidays, and my whole family loves them. They are moist and delicious and they are so easy to warm up. We usually by extra to freeze to have later in the year and they are always great!!!
If I could give 0 stars I sure would made an order of 1 full beef and 1 full hog was told a price then it gets here and they tried to get 800.00 more said they were gouged because of covid 19 well you stick to the price you agreed to when it was ordered not try and take advantage of it ..now keep in mind I order 3 times a year for donations to our church to feed the hungry as well as anywhere from 6 to 8 families nice to see they took advantage of me and the families that were were counting on the order

Terrible customer service. Tried to charge me over $200 for my sons antelope after they told me it would be $85 plus a little extra to make up the sausage before hand.
Not really a commercial butcher, only one fresh cut available today. Small store area with beef and bison jersey thats cut too thin and meh.
