I was at the Green River Verizon store got a new phone. I was helped by Preston he did an awesome job. It was very busy and he was all by himself and he handled it very well.

I had the BEST experience at the Cell Only Verizon store in Green River. I wanted a specific phone and they had it in stock which was amazing (especially for our little town!) Tyson was quick and SO knowledgeable (helped us better understand our Verizon protect plan as well as the new phone). I switched from the S20 ultra to the iPhone 12 Pro Max and I am extremely happy so far! 5 stars to Tyson at Cell Only!

Tyson was a very hard worker and went way above and beyond the call of his job duties. To transfer my phone from out of state and with a brand new carrier was a huge, time consuming task to say the least. Tyson persevered, was extremely patient with me and didnt leave his spot until the job was totally complete. Thank you so much for your help, professionalism and understanding with helping me.

Tyson is the best ever... Im an over the road truck driver and had broken my phone. Hes very welcoming and friendly. Laid all options out. Had knowledge of everything. Answered any question I had. Made the process easy, fast and fun. Could of stayed there all day talking to him. Verizon/CellOnly is lucky to have him. The man goes above and beyond. I live in Indiana but will stop by Green River whenever Im out there just because. Sensational customer service!

Tyson was incredibly patient & very knowledgeable as he helped both myself with a new iPhone & my daughter with a Galaxy phone and setting up new plans. He had to deal with a problem with trading in my phone as it showed in error that I’d already traded it in. I enjoyed greatly dealing with him. Tyson also installed the screen & camera protectors on both phones.

My phone just stopped working so I stopped in and the gentleman working was super kind and got me what I needed and made it super easy an I was in an out in minutes.. Thank you so much..

I showed up 15 minutes before closing thinking that it was a simple fix. My phone suddenly said it couldn’t read my SIM card. After multiple attempts of resetting and trying a different SIM card it was apparent the SIM deck was damaged. Tyson, the Verizon employee, not only stayed later to help me get this resolved, he set my new phone up completely and I walked out with zero issues. He was courteous and very helpful from the very beginning. Customer service still exists believe it or not!!

If you want a phone great. If you want help, not so much.

Went in at 7:01 to buy a charger, Timothy was the guy working, and he never said a word about 7pm being closing time. He helped me get my chargers and didn’t make me feel rushed. When I realized it was past closing time, I apologized and he said a couple minutes late to help me wasn’t a big deal. This guy has superb customer service.
