Jacob was a great help and set me up with a great post-paid plan that saves me $15 from my last service. He explained everything very thoroughly, and gave me time to think over my decisions. Which i greatly appreciate, because I dont like pushy sales.

Service reps were knowledgeable and quickly helped our family of 5 set up new accounts and phones. We have been shopping at other cell phone carriers, and it was night and day how much better the service and package deal was at this store.

Every single time I go into this location they tell me what they can’t do for me while wanting money to accept what they have to offer. I called yesterday was told they have all of the iphone12 models available, yet I get there this morning and they have only 1 and not the 1 I asked about yesterday. When I signed with them it was an all day event. Save time drive to Tucson where you can actually get assistance. Pathetic that this is the ONLY location available to us and they don’t even keep it stocked with what the consumers need. T-mobile it is

New to town and had a tech issue with an iPhone that locked my wife out of her phone. Never a good thing but the timing was particularly bad. We really needed her contacts. Edgar met us at the door, was at work on the phone as soon as he knew the problem and had us up, running, and out the door in five minutes. Great service from a knowledgeable and friendly representative. Highly recommended!

I recently visited our local store with an issue I had. I was met at the door by Gabriel. He immediately assured me he could fix my problem. Customer service was outstanding. I will tell all my friends of my great experience.

At first, we had great customer service here when we switched over our service. But when we started having problems with our new AT&T service using our new phones, the great customer service came to a screeching halt. The manager, Enrique, talked to me personally twice and promised to look into the issues we were having and call us back shortly. After not hearing back from him, I left 2 messages for him and didn’t get any call backs either. We weren’t happy with the network, and we were even more unhappy with the customer service, so we went back to Verizon where the customer service is great and the network works way better too.

Jacob and Edgar went above and beyond to get my voice mail working again. They were very helpful, did not rush and were able to get my phone working. I had already spent time on the phone with technicians who could not fix it. The service here is excellent. I will recommend this store to every one especially friends in Green Valley.

My appointment with Edgar Gaviola yesterday was quick, pleasant and very professional. The store is clean and comfortable and so much more convenient for us than driving to Tucson.

Stopped by recently to add another business line. The rep was rudeand condescending. Insinuating that a previous employee that helpedme 9 mos ago was no longer employed due to unscrupulous behavior.

My father passed away and I took my mother here to get some help with doing a factory reset on his iPhone and iPad so she could use both devices. Allie (spelling?) was sooooo nice, and very helpful setting up both of the devices in my mothers name and doing a factory reset. Allie was professional and kind and an amazing employee. Thank you!

Went into the new store for an upgrade was taken care of by Alex. He was amazing and got the job done. Came out with the upgrade and switched from cox to direct tv for our cable provider. He even followed through the whole installation process to make sure we were treated right and happy with everything. Input my phone promo incorrectly and cost me $600. GET YOUR PHONE PROMO IN WRITING. They’ll say $5 a month or whatever, but then input it wrong and scam you.

Disabled and handicapped relative was hustled into a new contract with direct tv as part of a new phone contract. Now in order to get out of the unused contract Direct TV/ATTwants nearly $500. early termination. Do not get caught by this scheme.

One of the worst customer service reps. Try exchanging phone but no one can help you even to order one. Also phones dont even work but you still have to pay for them. Its all about the sell and the commission.
