We needed to repair a broken pane and install several shade screens. The people from Green Valley Glass were responsive, professional, capable, and efficient. Prices were reasonable. I would definitely call on them again.

Met with Marcy today to try and find a replacement for a home project. She was thoughtful, knowledgeable and helpful. Will go back to Green Valley Glass for what I need in the future. Covid Compliance practiced at this business :)

I agree with the girl who said she feels like an inconvenience. I called last Friday for a estimate on a piece of table glass. It is Thursday and I have not heard back. I feel like that was enough time so I will call someone else.This is a review edit. When I called, they were very nice and explained the mistake. Im sorry I didnt write this sooner, I am out of town. Thank you for the estimate, and thank you for emailing me back quickly.

They sent a young man out to my home regarding replacement glass. He entered my house without a face mask. When I asked if he had been vaccinated he said no. I will never use GV Glass or refer them. Very disappointed in their lack of consideration.

They did a nice job rescreening my screens.

I have used Green Valley Glass for many years and have always been treated fairly. I recommend them to my own clientele and friends. You will pay a little more but get alot more for it. They are some of the most reasonable people I know of here in Green Valley.

I called GV glass to get a shower door fixed that the hinge had snapped off. They told me that their technician would call me later to make an appointment to stop by and fix it. It took three business days to get a call back and that was because I had to call them and tell them that if I didnt hear back from the tech by the end of the day I would find someone else who whats the work. The technician finally called and said he would be there on Thursday. I asked him what time, he said I dont know. I was like morning?? afternoon?? night??... he said 8:30, at 7.30 the bell rang and there was a non uniformed individual at the door. I peeked out and looked and he just stood there. I asked can I help you??! he said he is the technician, named AL to fix the shower. He looked at it and said it cant be fixed and I would need a whole new shower door for $1100. I DONT THINK SO! I will be getting a second opinion and I dont deal with unprofessionalism or rip off companys trying to take advantage of their customers.
