My mini split unit I have on my storage unit failed. Oasis sent a technician within 2 days to trouble shoot and repair my unit. Unfortunately the system could not be economically repaired and I opted to replace it.I scheduled 3 companies for estimates and Oasis came in as my best option. Jerry (Sales) explained my choices and options. I felt he listened and accommodated my requests in a very professional manner. Jerrys bid was more than 10 percent below the others.Installation was done by Abraan and Chuck. Both technicians are very skilled, detail oriented and polite. The installation job they did for me is GREAT. It is what you expect from professionals. If I need another installation I would certainly ask for them by name. I had just moved into my new house on a Saturday, Sunday came and the thermostat was malfunctioning. Monday late in the day I called Oasis. They had someone out to my home Tuesday morning. They were awesome to deal with and very professional yet friendly. Seems the smart thermostat the contractor installed wasnt so smart..broken. They installed a new non smart thermostat in no time and my A/C was up and running like a champ. I decided to go with a contract with them, if they were that responsive to someone who never used them before I knew I would continue to get great service being a contracted customer. JJ and Chris were absolutely great technicians- I was informed of what they were planning on doing, how they would do it, and of anything that I needed to do. They were extremely polite and conscientious, and asked me about anything that they thought that I would like to provide input on. They covered all of our furnishings near the work areas for protection and even parked their service vehicle on the street so as not to leave excessive tire marks on my driveway on a hot afternoon. Everything about dealing with Oasis was first rate. Brandy was a pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable about her products. We signed the contract for one system and when she found out that it wouldnt be available she gave us an upgraded system for the same money. The installation team of Issac and Noel were top notch. Oasis performed an excellent installation of my HVAC. They put a temporary AC unit in my bedroom window so I could endure the heat until my HVAC was installed. I have been in the HVACR business for 42 years and I can not say enough about this company!!! I am doing a Pro Bono Project and I contacted these guys and Dave met me at the project home. They had no heat or A/C for years! He evaluated the situation and said he would let me know. In a day he called me and they are installing (2) complete mini split systems On the House! I was completely floored by their generosity!In this day & age every one is out to make a buck but these guys came through and showed us just how much they care about the community first and the profit second! We had our ducts cleaned along with the dryer vent by David and Javier. These guys are very professional, they have a great sense of humor and made the experience very pleasant. Had a Trane installed 2019 2 yrs Ago technician came out yesterday to change filter he said he had to add a pint of freon and charged me $75.00 i talked to my agent he said the unit is sealed and they would have to fixthe lick before adding freon so i called oasis back and told them what he said they sent the technician back he gave me my check back and said he had to go back up on the roof and take out a pint of freon I did not let him on my roof again they are rip-offs

Our AC went out recently and after calling and getting different prices from other companies who seemed to be more interested in making a quick buck rather than genuinely wanting to help us get an air conditioning system that works specifically for our needs. I was immediately impressed with the owner Paul with his willingness to listen to our specific situation and needs. He was patient and friendly and knowledgeable about his business. Paul put us to ease after we were really under a lot of stress trying to make quick with other companies. Our air handler kept shutting down making it very difficult to keep the house cool. We would have to keep adjusting it and and resetting it going for hours without any AC during a heat wave hitting the upper 80s inside. Oasis sent a tech named Joseph to help us. He was very professional and after examining the unit and asking us about what had been happening he quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what it was, repaired it and tested the repair and gave us pointers on how to maintain the system going forward. He was respectful and a pleasure to talk to and the whole visit took less than an hour. The repair was done a week ago and now the system runs so smoothly and keeps the house so well regulated that I forget it is there. Additionally, the bill was so low from what we were expecting that I had to ask him twice if it was correct. I hope I dont have to call them for a long time but if I do I wont hesitate, and I hope they send Joseph again.

Thank you Oasis for being so professional but understanding and caring even though I am the tenant and not the owner. My. Ducts had rat activity and they were very detailed with their examination of each duct and finding and patching their entry holes. They did not rush through the service and made sure they did a great job. I know they have because I have not had a headache since after waking up. They cleaned up and left my house as it was. They were even kind to my dog while they were they. Maybe get up Nd look in your ducts Green Valley you may have unwanted visitors camping out with you if not it is just nice to have fresh air conditioning coming out into your home. They guided me through the whole process of applying for the system. The estimator came in inspected everything to make sure everything would go through. We recently purchased a Trane 4 ton 17 SEER A/C and furnace to replace our 16 year old unit. The Oasis team are true professionals. They removed our old units and replaced the new units in 1 day. We could not be happier with how beautiful the installation of our units look.They put down protective barrier in the areas prior to starting the work. They left their work area clean. They were kind, funny, and explained every question I had. Throughout the 15 years we have lived in our home. Our AC failed on Wednesday 07/29/20 we called Oasis Wednesday afternoon for a bid to replace the unit. The next morning at 7:50 the owner of the company was close by and personally looked at the situation made some excellent recommendations. He had a proposal in front of us with several options within 2hrs. We received two other proposals that were competitive; we decided to go with Oasis as we have some close friends that highly recommended them.They did the install for us two days later. The installation of the Trane equipment was excellent and the crew were not only competent but about as nice of people you will ever meet.

This is an outstanding company!! From sale rep and owners son, Michael, to Angus, Joe and the rest of the crew everyone was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. They arrived on time and got right to work. At the end of the day the work area was as clean if not cleaner than when they started. Upon finishing the job the next day there was a follow up inspection to ensure we were satisfied and there were no issues. I cant say enough good things about Oasis.

This company has our maintenance agreement, when our unit quit working we called Oasis. They came on a Saturday, it was 104 degrees, and did diagnostics. They could not repair it so they brought portable ac units. By Friday they installed a new hvac system. They did a tremendous job and cleaned up the mess. Michael and his group were great!

We had Oasis put in our new Trane AC and furnace. We are so glad we picked them! We had 5 bids - they were in the middle for price. The owner came in told us what they were going to do, how long and all the extras included. The 1st crew, Abran, Issac and Noel got right to work, they were focused, with each one having their own task. They were polite, friendly and professional, Oasis is really lucky to have them. They were here at 8:00 a.m. and done by 3:00. That involved taking out the old AC & furnace and installing the new ones. The next day the 2nd crew, Javiar and Dave came to clean out all our duck work and install a new grate and added filters. Again, hard working, focused and polite. They were done before noon. Weve been here close to twenty years. Lived in 3 houses, had new ACs and work done on them. By far, hands down, Oasis is the BEST weve encountered. When you are looking for an AC company you will not go wrong to have them make a bid. Once you work with them you will know what Im talking about, informative and professional with no hard sell.

I have been a customer of Oasis for eight years. Service is always prompt and efficient. I have a service contract with them and they automatically call me to schedule check-ups and cleaning. I dont have to remember to contact them. The service people are always polite and Jerry, in particular is wonderful. I had a problem with my old air conditioner and he spent a great deal of time with me late on a Friday afternoon. He never rushed me when discussing what the problem was and helped me to understand my options. I recently had a new air conditioner installed and Brandy was my point of contact. In the past she has been wonderful to deal with on the phone and this time was no exception. I finally got to meet her in person. She was delightful to deal with and so helpful and efficient. Within two days of my placing the call I had a new air conditioner. From Mario, the crane man to Junior and Xavier and another man, whose name I dont recall I felt I was in very good hands. Oasis remembers their customers and treats them with kid gloves.

David is always on time and takes pride and shows professionalism in all his work performances. We have had other staff members, all seem to be good, but David takes that extra step. We always like to ask for him.

We have used Oasis Air/Heating for a number of years and have always found their service to be top of the line. Unfortunately, this years inspection revealed that we need a new heating/air conditioning unit installed, but we received a personal visit from both the owner and his son the same day of the inspection to tell us our options in order to make a decision on a new unit. Its easy to see why their service reps are so courteous. They have been trained well by the owners of the company. Needless to say, we are very pleased with the company and would highly recommend Oasis Air Conditioning & Heating to everyone.

This is the worst company I have ever done business with in 50 years as a home owner. I contacted them because I like to support local businesses. I live in a small log home and wanted a complete heating and cooling system. All I required was to be cool in the summer and warm in the winter. After all this is their business I thought. To get straight to the point they sent out their Tech guy to design the system and then a crew to completely install it. This was all done within about 2 weeks and I thought great except the system doesnt work. Time after time someone came out to my home and changed parts, moved or added vents etc and even upgraded the compressor (I had to pay for) It was a hot summer (113 degrees) and the system would not cool down our home. I was told I couldnt expect it to work at these temperatures and more and more BS when they couldnt fix it. Then came winter and more BS. I was told that this system was not designed to heat well when it got really cold. WTF we live in southern AZ and these clowns cant design a system that heats in the winter and cools in the summer. I spent $8-$10k for a complete heating and cooling system for a small 800 sq ft cabin and 3 years later I still have to turn the gas stove on every morning to warm up the house when it drops below 40 degrees. The owner at Oasis couldnt care less.

Be careful when signing a maintenance contract with this company. They didnt show up all last year and I have to call them and remind them that I have a service contract with them. They then came in January and performed a service. When I tried to then cancel the contract because of poor service I was informed that I couldnt cancel the contract. So, then kept my money. They cannot be trusted to perform the service unless you call them. Some service!!!

My wife and I are very pleased with our purchase of a Trane split system from Oasis. The installation went smoothly with any issues being handled promptly by the crew. Getting the vents cleaned was an added plus that came with the new unit, others that we received quotes from didnt offer this benefit. Im glad we chose a Trane and I wouldnt hesitate to go with Oasis again in the future.

Oasis has been so good to work with. We have had a service agreement with them for several years and David does a terrific job. We decided to replace our heating and cooling system. Received bids from 3 reputable companies. All representatives were professional and knowledgeable.Brandy, from Oasis was excellent. We accepted the Oasis bid. The job was scheduled and completed on time. The installers were as good as Ive seen. They took time to answer questions. Upon completition we were given an orientation on the workings of the new system. Early in the installation, Michael (one of the companys owners) stopped by to make sure everything was going satisfactorily.We plan to continue an ongoing relationship with Oasis to keep our system in top form. Finally, we give Oasis our highest praise. They are definitely focused on quality work and top notch customer service. We recommend them without reservation.

I had an excellent experience with Oasis. It was time to replace my 25 year old HVAC system. I carefully shopped around not only for the best deal but for the company in which I felt confident. Brandy from Oasis handled my quote and followup questions in a kind and professional way. She gave me options and we chose a more efficient unit which they offered at a competitive price. In the process I asked a lot of questions and Brandy followed up quickly and thoroughly. I came to trust her advice.The installation went flawlessly. The installers were very professional and careful. Their work looked good and worked just fine the first time. I had a bit of noise from my return vent and they were out the very next day and replaced the vent, solving this minor problem. During the install the manager stopped by just to answer any questions I might have and check on the job.We chose to have our vents cleaned as well. The crew that did this arrived on time and very carefully covered our furniture to keep it clean from any dust they might stir up. (There was very little by the way.) They worked quickly but thoroughly. At one point they showed me the air return before and after. There was a world of difference. As part of the process they cleaned the dryer vent as well.All in all we are very happy with Oasis. We did not choose them because they were the cheapest. They were though very competitive. The little bit more we paid for this level of professionalism is more than worth every penny.Give Brandy and Oasis a call. You will be happy you did.

I was referred to oasis by my sister in law. Her work uses them and she recently installed a new ac unit at her home. I heard great things about the service and decided to give them a chance. I have to say I am very glad to have made this phone call. Michael gave me the best quote for a new install and even made sure I scheduled my winter maintenance before he left, just in case I forget to do this in November. The installation was a breeze. Professional and knowledgeable in all respects. Came right back to recalibrate the thermostat. Went with Trane cuz of its history. Time will tell if this was the right choice. Seems to be a very good company and we are happy with the experience with all.

To David and Frank who applied the cleaning of all vents in the house – friendly, helpful, practicing safety at all times - we got to know them and enjoyed knowing that one is a chef and the other is a dad to a future golf pro! Noel and Isaac installed a new Trane air handler and spent at least 6 or more hours with a very difficult install. They were also so friendly and extremely competent. They didn’t stop, not even for a break. (I did at least convince them they needed a Pepsi break). They spent all the time to ensure a tough installation was top-notch and it’s worked perfectly. We replaced a 20 year old AC/Gas Furnace with a super nice Trane AC/Heat Pump on our new house. Mike with Oasis took care of us during the entire process. They even worked with us as we remodeled that part of the house between removal of the old unit and installation of the new one. The new unit was installed during the COVID-19 pandemic and the Oasis crew came prepared to work in our house while maintaining proper distancing and limiting contact with surfaces inside the house.
