We ordered two large tropical blizzards. I had three small pieces of banana. They must have used banana syrup. The syrup and nuts were at the bottom. Most of Dq in Tucson put at least a half of real banana sometimes whole in the large. The two blizzards were around $15.00. Not cheap it was our weekly splurge all gone.I have never thrown ice cream away guess first time for everything

On a warm night nothing is better than an ice cream treat. Because only the drive up is open I chose a thick strawberry shake that I could enjoy while I made my way home. It was delicious and so thick I could barely got it through the straw(next time Ill ask for a spoon).There were actual pieces of strawberries in the shake and although they werent fresh strawberries they were very good just the same. Ill go as far to say it was one of the best strawberry shakes Ive had!So whatever the weather is youll be glad you stopped by to indulge yourself in a cool treat. But be careful, you will get hooked on them as I have.Be Well

OK you guys at Dairy Queen . You guys have the greatest ice cream, but it does not mean that much to a lot of us who would like to eat our ice cream either inside the restaurant or at least outside on your tables. Has anyone not told you that Arizona is opened up again ? This is not California nor is it March 2020. Loosen up, and open up your doors. You have just now lost at least $50 from a small group of us that were going to come in tonight. Looks like it will be Culvers tonight.

Went there one hot day. Waited awhile for my shake...saw the worker wiping my shake container off with a cleaning rag. How do I know this? I saw him earlier wiping down the counter with a suspiciously similar rag. Complained and all that happened was a smile from a different worker. Left the shakes on the counter, wont be back.

Went there for a sundae and chocolate shake. Four cars ahead of us, when our sundae was given to us it was all ready melted and running over the sides,asked for a replacement. Shake was like chocolate milk they would not replace. They are making up the treats to soon so customers are getting melted treats

Why dose my mocha moolate taste like expired burnt hazel nut or something else? Ive had a lot of moolates and this aint right. Think Im done with DQ

So dissapointed with the Girl Scout Thin Mint Blizzard. I got mint flavored ice cream with fine pieces of chocolate. There wasnt even a trace of the thin mint cookies.

If they don’t flip your blizzard upside down chances are its liquid. And they never flip it for that reason. Beware.

I love the Peanut Buster Parfait 😋 but a good old Chocolate Ice Cream cone cant be beat as well. Fast and friendly!

I ordered an Oreo blizzard. I really dont know what they did with the Oreo, they werent in my blizzard. Worst Ive even had.🙄

Just got a peanut buster parfait and when I got to the bottom tasted chemicals like I bit into a tide pod started puking and now scared what was in my icecream...would give zero stars if could I pray it wasnt anything that could kill me.

Ive had order troubles here in the past but this last time I went everything was perfect. No complaints.

I ordered a small M&M blizzard, and what I got is a small cup with vanilla ice cream. For $5.18, I think there could be some M&M pieces in it. If I wanted a vanilla dish, I wouldve got that. Or walk next door for a bag of M&Ms. The small pieces of chocolate shell just doesnt cut it. Unfortunately disappointed.

Everyone was myopic and lethargic, cashier seemed to be under the influence of something but we eventually got the change right. All in all a less than gratifying experience. 1 star because you cant do 0 stars.

Blizzards are good as any DQ. I didnt know the sizes had changed. The medium should be called almost a large. It was more than one person should be eating.

Ordered a large blizzard and a milk shake. Everything was fine until the person who made my blizzard picked up a cleaning rag and wiped off the top of my cup. Another person then picked up the rag and continued to clean off equipment with it. I couldnt eat the replacement one I ordered, the trust was gone the minute he walked out of my site to make the replacement. Too bad I had really wanted that blizzard, I threw it away, didnt know what was in it.

The Dairy Queen here in Green Valley, AZ has recently reopened under new management. It now just serves ice creams, which are really good. The staff are friendly and efficient. A great place to go for families and people who just want ice cream.

A bit slow. Staff spends more time chatting among each other than the customers. Menu is typical for DQ which is not a bad thing but they dont stand out. The other reason for the only average grade is the staff doesnt appear to understand the concept of clientele retention. It isnt always about how fast you can fill the order. Some of the customers would prefer a order done right over a order done fast.

Terrible Costumer Service. I came here with my Mom and I kind of have a baby face, so I was ordering a medium blizzard and the Employee said to my Mom She cant finish a medium blizzard. And honestly thats so rude because I could have shared it with someone (which I was going to do) and my Mom said No no its fine. And guess what this girl did...She took it into her own hands and gave us a SMALL but guess what?..We still payed $6+ and we didnt want to start an argument so we just left. Never EVER coming back here!

The DQ just opened and the teenage crew operating the place has a lot to learn. I will give them a couple of weeks before g going back to hopefully give therm a chance tio learn how to deal with the crowd. BTW, this is an ice cream only location no cooked foods.

Just went and got a banana split blizzard. Brought it home took a few bites and dumped it in the garbage disposal. It was super soft ice cream, pineapple core, had to keep spitting them out, no strawberries or bananas. Just nastiness. The person with me ordered the choco brownie extreme blizzard and she got a heath blizzard. Sad we were the only 2 people so its not like that they were rushed.
