We got a king size mattress/box spring/frame combo back in August. Still trying to decide weather to buy another mattress and accept we where taken for a ride!! The mattress is garbage it has a big lump right in the middle of my side so I have about a 1/4 of the bed to sleep on. I gave them 2 stars because the service was great. I would prefer better product with ok service.

I set up an appointment for this morning to look at some beds, (I’m a first time bed buyer) and I was amazed with the costumer service. I just thought u picked a mattress and go one with your day but there’s so much that goes into it. Chris was able to explain everything to me down to the amount of springs i needed for a good nights rest. I will never forget such an amazing experience, it was as nice as buying a new car.

This was the easiest mattress purchase I’ve even had. Chris was super nice and helpful. He walked us through all the different types of mattresses and explained the pros and cons of each. He did not just try and sell us his bigger ticket items. I will definitely be back for all future mattress purchases.
