Store manager Victor was more than helpful! Very efficient and knowledgeable about car care and replaced my battery quickly while educating me, answering any question I had. I would recommend this store if you are doubtful about your car and need an honest answer. Gracias Victor!!!!

Anthony T. Deserves to be rewarded by Autozone as an exemplary employee. His tenacity, care and faculties in automotive care exceeded my expectations. I will certainly go out of my way to return to this specific Autozone so long as I am attended by Anthony. He even took the opportunity to give tips to a younger employee.It is odd to find this level of care among big companies. Anthony’s 5-star service should be celebrated and duplicated.

Great place for car parts. I had to Uber here a few times ina couple days from the hotel where the mini van broke down. They greeted me with open arms and smiles. Even let me stick around while the battery was charging. Plus yhe point system is awesome. Love this place.

Terrible experience. The woman at the service desk had no idea what I needed and also wouldn’t help me find what I need. I was outside in their parking lot acting like Bob the Builder for my own car because they refused to help me. They also need to fix their fire alarm Im tired of hearing it screech

**EXTREMELY HELPFUL STAFF** The brake caliper on my truck failed in front of the store. After discovering that location didnt have the caliper in stock the employee (knowing I was stranded) drove to another location to get me the part! I cannot thank the staff enough for the help!

Waited an hour for them to tell me tthe did not have the battery i needed. Only two people working Including the manager and walking around stocking shelves.

I came in today with my battery light on, unsure if the problem was with my battery or alternator. I was greeted as I walked in the door and helped immediately by Justin. He was very helpful and diagnosed the problem in less than ten minutes. He was very funny and a great people person! It was close to closing time and he didnt seem to mind at all. Although I will have to take my car somewhere else to get the necessary work done, I will definitely return in the future!

I was looking for a fuel cap and one of the employees Suddenly says just to let you know all these items have sensors so I wouldn’t try anything if I where you. I’ve been going here for the past 7 years very disappointed.

They will sell you the wrong part and not let you return it. Do not trust them when they say they can match up anything to your car, because they will tell you something else and not feel bad about it. Employees can also be hit or miss, but generally are unhelpful

I came in shortly before closing, maybe a couple minutes before 9pm, to buy oil because my truck badly needed it, and the doors were locked as if they were closed. The manager came and opened the door and seemed extremely annoyed that we were there so late. Sorry bud, but you’re not supposed to be closed yet. He rudely asked what I wanted and I told him I just needed to buy some oil and a filter. He was unprofessional the entire time. As someone who has worked in customer service for over 10 years, I can understand the frustration of people coming in right before close, but that doesn’t mean you lose your professionalism. Hopefully this gets handled.

Terrible Service I was skipped multiple times. Like my money wasnt good enough. If my battery was working I would leave. Unbelievable I wont be back.

Have only been to this location twice but each time I was able to find what I was looking for and customer service was helpful and quick to ring up.

If I could give a 0 star review, I would. They are almost never busy, but that doesn’t stop the employees here from neglecting to answer the phones or tend to customers in the store. I have waited for over 10 minutes to check out despite being the only customer in the store, and I have waited 15 minutes on the phone to have a basic question about services listed on their website answered.Fire everyone, starting with management, and start over from scratch. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE FEELING FRUSTRATED.

They only had two employees and there were two customers and I had to wait 20 minutes to talk to an employee who couldnt give me the answer and couldnt tell me what part I needed for my car so I had to go to another store!

Bad customer service,there is one Spanish guy he dont want to tell me his name, because I want to put his name on the review, and he doesnt know what he doing, very ANGRY man looks like he so mad to work there, I ask for the manager of the store to complain and the manager told me this is how he act sorry !!!
