I don’t know if their vendor switched, but it’s not quality hair anymore. Hair that I had for three years is in better condition than the hair I had for a couple of weeks. Won’t purchase again.

I visited her imports today I brought 3 bundles of Brazilian body wave this hair is the bomb! And there customer service is excellent ms. Mariyah Jones worked with me she answered all my questions and took her time with me she has great customer service! I will definitely be visiting her imports for all my hair products in the future.

I purchased the Brazilian Deep Wave which is supposed to be premium hair. This hair is awful. The hair has been in my head for less than two weeks and it’s tangled and matting continuously. It’s likes having cheap hair. I purchased the hair from the Greenbelt, MD location.I recommend no one buys this hair. I wasted my hundreds of dollars on this hair. It’s an absolute waste.

Ive been buying hair from this company for years! Unfortunately this will be my last purchase. I use to brag so much about this company and literally all of my friends were wearing the same hair! The hair that I recently purchased is full of fibers, it shed and gets tangled very easily. Im so disappointed because times are tough right now however I thought this would be something nice to do for myself but it was a complete waste of money. I am devastated!!

My experience with her imports was nothing short of exceptional. I have ordered hair twice so far. I had a wedding to attend in July 2015 so I ordered again! I placed my order in June 2015 & I used the financing option that they had online it was quick and easy once I was approved I ordered 2 bundles of 12 & 14 body wave hair. The shipping was fast and the hair came in no time. When I opened my package the hair came in a natural brown color so I could tell it wasnt processed. The hair had no smell and it had no shedding. It was soft and bouncy, full of body from root to end which I loved!!!! When I co-washed the hair before my install the hair had the most beautiful curl pattern while in its natural state & I was very impressed because hair that I have purchased in the past from other companys once the hair is wet it loses the curl pattern and becomes mostly straight with a slight wave. I had purchased this hair a little over six months ago... (Brazilian body wave 2-22 2-24) and it is still beautiful. I am in the Army and I got through a lot of training and the fact that I can do all of my trainings and not have to worry about my hair is perfect! I reinstalled the same hair four time. I can straighten it and when I wash it the curl patterns come back just so perfect! I love love love my hair and very pleased with my purchase. Even after months of training my hair is fabulous!!

Their hair is affordable and very durable. Ive had their weave for 2 years now and I recently repurchased the body wave. Ive curled it, dyed it, cut it, Ive done everything possible to this hair and it still looks and feels great. I had problems with other hair companies because the weaves would usually tangle up in the back but with Her Imports hair, I did not have that problem. They always have deals and the greenbelt location is amazing! Customer service was great and I left with exactly what I needed.

Ive brought hair from her imports a few months back Ive purchased on 2 bundles from online and Ive enjoyed the hair. The hair is soft, It holds curls . When i first received my hair the smell was great. It didnt have a stench to it. I ran my hands through and no strands of hair came out . After my wash method the hair natural state curls was outstanding, it had a great shine and bounce. After installing my hair, a month goes by my hair is still awesome . Ive straightened the hair, my shine was amazing, no strands came out. The hair is awesome overall in my opinion.

This hair is amazing! Ive had it since August of 2015. Delivery was quick and the hair is true to length. Ive cut it, colored it, and have now turned it into a wig; and its still just as thick and soft as when I first purchased it! No tangles, minimum shedding after I cut the wefts to make the wig, but that doesnt take away from the quality at all. Love it!

Best hair Ive had in a long time long HANDS DOWN. The hair was very soft & took the heat very well. Ive had my hair for some time now. When I wash it, it returns to the natural wave. After a failed attempt to visit the Alexandria location, this location saved me. The customer service was excellent from the initial phone call to the actual in-store visit. I love the setup and the fact that you get a one-on-one consultation. I ordered 3 bundles of Peruvian Body wave for my body after my cousin recommending Her Imports for years. I was very pleased. Even the stylist who did my install complimented the quality and curl pattern of the hair. She decided not to put heat on it while the curls were still tight and pretty. Great Quality hair. Positive Experience, no shedding, tangles, matting. I purchased my premium bundles at the Greenbelt location. The gentleman that helped me was very nice and didnt try to sell me anything unnecessary. The lengths i have are 20/18/18 and 14/14/14. I also purchased the shampoo and conditioner and let me tell you my hair looks flawless. I wash my sew 1-2 times per week. I purchased the 20/18/18 in February 2018 and its now June and still looks brand new. I purchased the 14/14/14 bundles in January 2016 and i still have the bundles and they also look new.

Its been a year and Ive had this hair installed many times. The hair has even been colored and is still in excellent shape. It curls well, colors well, and straightens well. When you wash it, it goes back to its natural wavy state. I had very minimal shedding and no tangles. Her Imports not only sells excellent quality hair, but their customer service is great. With so many hair companies these days, Her Imports is by far the best in my opinion. Not much shedding, doesnt get tangled or nappy. Plus its long lasting! Hair like that is (believe it or not) hard to find. Sometimes virgin hair comes with maybe a grey strand in each track. Not a grey strand in sight. The hair is beautiful and Id rather recommend this brand than any other one.

I have been looking for a great hair company since I have started putting bundles in my head and until Her Imports, I had some pretty traumatic experiences and I mean I have gotten the worse of the worse ! My Her Imports bundles have been such a blessing to my life. The hair does not shed or tangle, Its soft and bouncy, it dyes very well meaning it does not feel all dry and crisp after I put color on it even bleach. I have had this hair for over a year now and it is still going strong and I even bleached it once ! The hair grasps color and does not take a dozen times of coloring to get the look you want and Ill include videos and pictures as well. When the hair is wet, you can slide your fingers right through it and you do not have to wash it a lot because I find that it holds up pretty well. The bundles are affordable and they have some great bundle deals. I ordered 3 bundles which were a 20,22 and 24. All of the stylists I have had reinstall and handle this hair always compliment me on it and I do plan on buying many more. I have definitely found the right hair company and they have a guaranteed life long customer. I loved loved loved my hair from herimports! It purchased the Brazilian bundle set with the closure, sewed it into a wig, bleached the hair and colored it THREE TIMES over a period of a year and the hair still feels like silk! Their closures look very lifelike and dont require much at all. This hair is the absolute best hair Ive ever used. Nothing short of amazing. Ive heard things about this companys hair having a lingering corn-chip smell about it that can be quite menacing. I took it upon myself to go in and have a consultation of my own and not judge them based on others experiences. The hair didnt have the smell, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the location was convenient. And pretty inside!! I must say this has been the best hair I had to date. I had it installed without sealing my wefts and still received very minimal shedding. I also highlighted it to match my own hair and it took beautifully I even redyed it black and it still held up. @honey_besos

The curl pattern is amazing, it holds curls really well and theres a variety of things u can do to this hair.This hair is also full and has so much volume. I absolutely ADORE this hair!! When I first got it it didnt have a smell at all. Which was crazy because every other hair company Ive had did have corn chip smell! It didnt tangle or shed. I purchased the 22,22,24 Peruvian Body Wave. Its so bomb! I cant wait to purchase from them again💕💕💕

Hands down the best curly weave Ive purchased!! The Mongolian tight curl is fantastic. The hair doesnt get tangled and the curls bounce back every time I wet my hair. For curly hair the shedding is very minimal and the hair seriously doesnt tangle. Ive installed me hair 3 times and just washed and conditioned for the 4th install. Also takes color very well

Her Imports is the best! I absolutely love this place! Its three things that make or break a hair company customer service, appearance, and quality/price. As soon as I entered I was blown by the appearance. The place looked up to date and very organized. The colors felt very welcoming. It was also very clean and organized. As soon as I entered a sales associate greeted me and immediately took me into the office. I spent a long time deciding which hair I should get. I thought she would get annoyed but she did not. I literally compared different versions of the sample hair products. She was very knowledgeable when it came to the hair. She knew which products were best in quality and which products to use to maintain the appearance of the hair. The sales associate also is a frequent user of the hair and had the Peruvian body wave installed in her hair which made me want to buy the hair even more. I ended up doing the bundle deal and the hair was amazing. The hair was very soft and had minimal shedding. It also had a natural glow and shine to it. It never got nappy or tangled. I could fall asleep without wrapping my hair and it would have NOT ONE SINGLE TANGLE OR KNOT in it. I have bleached the hair two times and it still maintains it softness. This hair is definitely worth your money! HER IMPORTS IS THE BEST! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HAIR! I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HAIR COMPANY TO EVERYONE!!

I am giving them a 2 rating because the staff were very professional and helpful. However, I am not satisfied or pleased with the quality of the hair. It tangles so badly to the point I have to walk around with a brush. It is down right embarrassing. Then once I brush it out it sheds like crazy. I got the premium hair which was not cheap by any means. I honestly feel like I was bamboozled because the quality of hair does not hold up to what the salesperson told me it would. I feel scammed because I really didnt know much about weave since this is really my first time having it. But I do know enough about hair to know that it is not quality and sure is not worth the hefty price tag. Please do your research and dont just take the salespersons word because at the end of the day they just want to make a sale.

Faith was helpful and pleasant. I dont normally wear weaves and had lots of questions she was patient even though they were closing in 10 minutes. She gave me her honest opinion and helped me make my choice.

Only hair I use period! Best hair and very affordable! Been using this hair for years! Easy to wash, dye, straighten. Minimal shedding and long lasting. Used the same bundles for up to a 1 year+

Love love love this hair. First purchased in July for a trip to South Beach. I was worried about getting my hair wet in the ocean but all I had to was rinse it with conditioner and it was just as soft and wavy as ever. I am on my second install with the same hair/closure combo and still no complaints. Havent colored it yet but I plan to for install #3!

OMG! I love Her Imports! Best around HANDS DOWN!I purchased 3 bundles of Peruvian Body Wave online last year. Let me tell you why I love this hair! For starters it blends in so well with my natural hair, there isnt much shedding, its SUPER soft and it doesnt tangle!!!! . On the 3rd install the stylist (New) commented on how GREAT the hair is repeatedly and said I really LOVE this hair! If you want to achieve the BOMB style... take my word for it and start with QUALITY hair @ Her Imports!

I love her imports! I order 3 bundles and a frontal from this company and made a lace front unit! Ive had it for a year now (tax season to tax season) and the hair is still AMAZING. I recommend this company to my sisters. ALWAYS WILL BE A COSTUMER!!!
