Great customer service.

Sadly, this store could use more training. Every time Ive gone in, Ive received incorrect or unhelpful information. The staff I have met are all very young and seem to lack knowledge about the plans or products. Im not sure if these things are correlated, but there doesnt seem to be a senior manager to help with difficult cases or potentially difficult customers, so the young staff have to defend themselves and deflect substantive questions. I have be incorrectly charged and directed to incorrect sites. Once I even came back to the store out of pity for the clerk who forgot to charge me for a case because she was going to pay for it out of pocket. This is sad. Another time, one of the clerks felt threatened or disrespected and simply disengaged and gave up on herself. The staff seem to want to be nice, but I think theyre just really young and inexperienced with customer service and Cricket. I have had to call a friend of mine who owned and managed other Cricket stores to fix the errors the clerks here have made and will avoid this store at all costs in the future due to the inability of the staff to adapt or go beyond I dont know and Theres nothing I can do. If all you need is to pay a bill, then theyre probably adequate. If you have any problems with or questions about a service option or phone, Google is better prepared to help.

Today my experience was absolutely awful. The man who was supposed to be helping me was very rude and condescending. I am so surprised and confused because hes usually not. Today he was just plain NASTY.I asked why he deleted some pictures from my phone and I guess that set him off. This was the worst visit I have ever had at a Cricket store. I will definitely be looking for another phone and carrier as soon as possible.

This place is not all that they dont know much about phones but theyre really not enthusiastic while theyre waiting on you as a customer I know I wouldnt recommend it not at all I give him three stars because when I went back I know young white guy was pretty nice but the Spanish people in the end I dont know they just act like they aint concerned
