Ive been working with Chris Davis over at Commonwealth for about 4 years now. I have to say that Chris and the Commonwealth team have been the best company for copiers that I have ever worked with, and I have worked with many, including suppliers of Toshiba, Xerox, and Canon copiers. The Konica Minolta copiers provided to us by Commonwealth have been absolute workhorses. I can honestly tell you that we reduced our number of service calls per month from 4+ to less than 1. We average about four service calls per year for our 2 copiers, and the technicians are always prompt and friendly. Our ink and parts arrive automatically.

We have been working with Commonwealth for over 30 years and would never consider switching. They have provided us superior machines, and on those rare times when service is needed, they are prompt and efficient. If only all our vendors and suppliers were this good!
