This location is really nice and they have loads of stuff all the time. The staff of course pester you but like thats their job and they let you know deals. Dont forget to bring in your broken or lightly used stuff to get a free replacement totally on them! It works Ive done it a couple times with candles lol

B&BW makes quality products. The candles are my favorite. Be sure to sign up for coupons because you can score some awesome deals when you combine coupons and sales. The staff at the Southridge location are friendly and courteous. Always willing to help you find what youre looking for.

I like their lines of mens bodywash and coordinating colognes, lotions and body sprays. What I DONT like is the use of chemicals like sodium lauryl and laureth sulfates. They dry your skin. Bath & Body Works: please find better, skin-friendly substitutes! Im a soap maker. I KNOW there are better alternatives. Be careful, or Ill become your competition!

Some of the worst customer service Ive experienced in a while. Employees at the front told me that I could ask one of the cashiers to look up and item to see if it would be at another store. So I stood in line for a while only to be told that they cant do that on their computers. I ask then where can I? Then was rudely told to call the different stores. Never offered different location phones, not even a sorry for the inconvenience. Shame this is the store I usually go to. Not anymore I guess.

They had plenty of products on the shelves. I went for hand sanitizer and there was a good supply. The checkout was organized and there was someone cleaning the desk after every customer!

Even in this social distancing world, folks still trying to figure it out or dont care! The gang inside BBW really work their butts off to help keep order and got folks in and out so not to get to close! I still think if a product is becoming popular, you would think they make more seeing everyone is home and out. Sad a item was sold out, due to online influencers making them trendy, sad!

Love their sales! I stock up during the sales and go a couple times a year. Always a must at Christmas time. They have something for the entire family!

The quality of the candles have definitely declined everytime I burn it its just like burning wax I have used these candles and the scent is not the same as its been in the past. They bring back the vanilla coconut as if its new, but its not new. Ive had this candle before and the scent is completely different it has virtually no smell.

I always find cute items for gifts here for a wide spectrum of ages. This trip was for me because I received a gift card for my birthday. The aromatherapy line was my favorite. Im not a bath person, but fragrances I like are hard to find. The lotions I selected also worked well on my sensitive skin. Prices were a tad high but expected.

Got lost for an hour in their candles and lotions. With all the free samples I was supple and smooth and slid down the escalator down to the food court. 10/10 would moisturize again.

Its been a while since Ive been in here but the prices are ridiculous and the employees will not leave you alone. I just want to look around and they kept hounding me. Now I remember why I stopped shopping there.

I went there because I received an email coupon that expired today, but when I tried to use it, I was told it expired at 6am before the store even opened. I think they should have honored it or put in bold print instead of tiny print.

Smells like heaven

I love coming here. T can sometimes get a bit expensive but its worth it. Went there today and it was really packed due to there sell on the candles. Wish they had more sells like that. But I enjoyed it there.
