Great customer service and great prices

Amazing. The ladies who did my ears made me feel comfortable. I am a very nervous person when it comes to needles. The ladies who worked there made an offer to do both of my lobes at the same time. Super nice. Recommend going there.

Horrible customer service. I went to get my daughters ears pierced. They were very short with me and not friendly. Also one of the ladies didn’t even make eye contact with me and was on her phone the whole interaction. Very rude. I went to icings instead and got great service from Sonia.

A woman working behind the counter was interacting with all customers with her mask hanging from her ear for the entire 15mins we were standing there. It made me extremely uncomfortable . This is not the first time Ive had a bad experience here. The last time I waited for ten minutes for an associate and no one was in the store. I like to buy my body jewelry here so I was super disappointed.

I haven’t had many issues much with their customer service but they are horrible with answer their phone and or make you hold forever. Tried calling two days with no success to see if they had a certain necklace in stock yet. Had to call Mayfair instead. Very disappointing. Some workers are great with customer service but others don’t even greet you.

Worst service ever! The manager was very rude, she argued with me about her charging me a warranty on my jewelry that I didn’t have any knowledge of!When I realized what I was charged I went back to return it and she told me she wasn’t giving me any money back in cash!I couldn’t believe the service after I just made a 600 dollar purchase,also I’ve been shopping with them for years!

I went to both pagodas in the mall looking for a ring for my bother in law and a set of Diamond earrings for my sister. They’ve never been to piercing Pagoda and I’ve always loved them. But this was by far a disappointment. The one upstairs didn’t greet me for at least 2 min and then after she did she was very short and not very helpful. I went to the one downstairs and the lady was cleaning the glass. Saw me. Made eye contact with me and my family but refused to greet us and continued to clean the glass while she had her head phones in. After a solid 5 min she finally looked over and said “do you need something” I asked if any of their stainless steal rings were a size 12 she said oh no they’re all 10.5 so I asked her what size one was and she started she knew for a fact it was a 10.5 I asked her to check anyways she rolled her eyes and then said oh it is a 12. The whole time it felt like I was bothering Her and her music she obviously didn’t want to show me anything or help me so we walked away....

I got my second piercing there, they used a gun and my piercings have always been easily irritated, like a feather could brush it and there would be intense pain. They just got really infected and Ive been cleaning them regularly like I should have. Honestly Claires does a better job than they do bc thats where I got my first piercing, and none of this happend. Id advise going to a real piercing shop bc the ppl here seem to be inexperienced. I am very angry at the fact that I may have to get my ears repierced. This is very frustrating bc the infection is after 4 months of having them pierced too. They should be less sensitive after than amount of time which makes my experience even more frustrating bc my first piercing wasnt like this either. All in all I am very disappointed and angry.

Disappointed to say the least. They did a good job lining the piercings up tho.There was a deal for half off of earrings if I bought one. I asked them about it they said I can pick any. So I got it. Thinking it was for any pairs of earrings.At the end tho they told me that the earrings I got were not covered. Even tho I asked about it and they knew going into I was doing it for the deal.So point is. Ask questions... ALOT and get the estimate before hand, with the individual earring price. You shouldn’t have to do this but that’s how it is on this crappy earth.Would not go back to them at all 2/10

For having such overpriced pericings the customer service was SO awful, sorry if ur having a bad day LADY but litterally icing is litterally a skip away so my friend and I went there instead 😇

I went to get my cartilage pierced here at one of these fine establishments... and the lady seemed real nice and she talked about what would happen, making me and my guardian sign paper work (not my mother btw) and she sat me down. She marked my ear and used the gun. It didn’t hurt but come to terms with it later it hurt terribly, my ear was hella swollen and I could barely tilt my head because I would be in pain and it kept me up all night. I go to Avante Garde not even 24 hours later because they had put the metal in my ear that claimed to be another metal that had no nickel and was good with sensitive ears. I can only have titanium and the lady told me this was just like titanium and she looked like she knew what she was talking about but clearly did not. So I go to the other place damn near a day later and they said there is a major problem. Since they had done it with a gun, it was on a downward angle, not upwards and it was not in a good area. They also said my ear had been infected. I am so disgusted because they gave me the wrong earring and sort of lied about it. Don’t go to these generic ass places go to a professional piercer because they actually know what they are doing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR ANY KIND OF EAR PIERCING.
