This is a typical Walmart store. The store is clean and pretty well stocked. But Ive waited for 20 minutes for someone to mix paint for me. They really do need more help. 😖

I was in the store on 10/9/21 4:30PM and I just want to commend the gentleman who helped my kid pick a bike! He was superb and cared to help. Not many folks like him around in retail anymore.The store layout is great and well stocked.

Its Walmart. What more can I say. This Walmart only has self checkout FYI. So if youre tired and making a last minute stop and dont want to check yourself out go to S 108th street

Great employees but no actual checkout. Its all self check out. I had a cart full of groceries and a nice young man opened the 1 checkout lane just to help me Thursday afternoon.

I ordered toys for my daughter for pick up. It said it would be ready for pick up in a few hours, and then I get a notification that says my order is delayed. Nothing has changed and its two days later. When I call pick up, someone keeps answering and just hanging up. I get better service at the Milwaukee Walmarts! These toys are for my daughter for her birthday (which passed), and they are not at the Walmarts in Milwaukee. Im going to cancel my order right now. Ill take my business to elsewhere. I dont recommend ordering anything from them.

I checked online to see if this Walmart had what I wanted and it said yes they had it in stock, when I got there they didnt have any. There wasnt even a place for it on the shelf, 12 mile trip for nothing.

Only self checkout is very annoying. I wont be doing my grocery shopping there anymore because it takes too long to ring everything up but the store is always clean and they always have everything in stock. The parking lot is always clean and you can always find a spot near the front. Carts never litter the parking lot or build up in the stalls, they are promptly brought in. Bathrooms are always clean too. This is my favorite Walmart by far. Unfortunately their customer service closes at or before 8 which is a bit inconvenient but otherwise the best Walmart I have been to.

The only positive thing about this store is Eva. She was so friendly & helped me as she was stocking shelves near the pharmacy. The customer service was sooooooooo rude & unprofessional. I was there on Friday, 8-27-2021 about 11:30 a.m. One male & 2 females wouldnt even acknowledge me as I was trying to give a compliment about Eva. Wont return because of that! Sorry, Eva, you work with people like that :- (

Great store. Stocked well for its size and friendly professional staff.

Its a Walmart, but one with an amazingly poor selection of school supplies.

Clean, organized and the few employees I encountered were nice.

Im from Newyork and this walmart is the most updated cleanest walmart I have ever seen before and liquor of your choice thats a plus 😁 The staff are great as well.

Out of a few things I needed, but it always is... lol... thats Walmart 4 u... an I can never walk out without dropping a $100 or better...

One of the better walmarts, my issue is the remodeling of self checkouts and perhaps a bit more facing as items can be too far back to reach and finding help isnt always easy.

A nicer Walmart than capital dr. Much nicer store, actually stocked good with items. Ill drive the distance, and start shopping here.

I hate that probably all Walmarts are fully self checkout. My husband tried to get something but there was no price or barcode to scan and there was really no one around to assist us because they were busy with other people. They either need more people up at the registers to assist with customers or open up regular check outs again.

I made a quick stop because I was seeking Western Union services. I was pleased to see the Customer Service line was only 2 people long and there were two tellers long. I always appreciate a well staffed super market and loathe long longs on Saturdays due to shot staffed establishments. They did not have this service I was seeking but the employee was helpful and knowledgeable in assisting me in finding an alternative to acquire the services I was seeking. Great job Walmart in going the extra mile and for offering great customer service at the end of my very long day! Greatly appreciated 🥰

I travel across town to shop at this Walmart. Its clean, the staff are very personable and I can always find what Im looking for.

My all time favorite store, but the only downfall is that we spend at least 60-100 bucks every time lol! Cuz they have the best stock of products! Customer service desk is great too. Very nice hard working people work here too which is a plus

This store location never has all the things I need. Many items are out of stock.

They got rid of cashiers here. I dont like machine registers. I like to be greeted and have my questions answered.

Its been 3 weeks Inventory has yet to be stocked. Online works better. Duhfk

This service at this location sucks! I literally waited 25 minutes + in electronics, after asking three times for help. No one ever came, even after paging a manager. So, off to Best Buy I go. BTW...I left this review while waiting.

Im giving Walmart in Milwaukee 5 stars because of the quick fast, friendly service from the few staff members I interacted with. I did thank each one of them for being essential workers. And the work they do, the fact that they are there in my time of need is appreciated. Was there for a few smaller items needed for our brothers funeral. And the store was clean and organized 😊Thank you so much guys!

Not the best Walmart but good location

Only 2 Cashiers working when I was there. It was an extremely long time waiting in line to pay.

It seems to be much cleaner.

Anna whom works in the Deli Department has always been VERY helpful! She is patient and kind, and she serves with a smile! Im satisfied every time I need to grab some groceries and she is there to accommodate.

Lots of parking, many people shopping. Found what we needed, staff helpful.

There were 2 employees talking and it was full of profanity. If I dont swear around my family like that I expect employees not to speak like that. Atleast while working.

Actually I was really surprised. I went in on Christmas Eve and I expected it to be a madhouse. There were a lot of people there but I only needed to pick up a knit hat for my son. I was able to grab one and a few other items that I threw in the cart. I went to the self check out line and the line was very long wrapping all the way around into the women’s clothing. The line moved quickly though. It primarily was working because one associate KIZZY! This woman was on the ball. She went out of her way to ask people if they were doing OK. She nearly sprinted from person to person who needed help. I know she doesn’t work on commission. She was really just doing this because she’s that kind of person. Even though some people were irritated she kept a positive attitude and it seemed contagious.

They have everything you need from paint to groceries. They recently remodeled and moved everything around. Aisles are tight and they just went to all self-scan registers. No cashiers.

VERY good service. NEED some of them employees to work for George webs .most of the employees just walk around doing nothing and stop talking on their phone.

This store has barely any clothes to by. Cant tell where plus and regular clothes are. 5th time there still hardly any clothes.

Do not miss! So fun. Awesome cheese! Great food.

**Update: Today no one had picked up my order in the allocated time slot, the manager was very nice and work with me to get me a new driver asap. It got here a half-hour later and there was also a small little gift bag in there. Kudos to the manager in the pick-up/delivery department**Almost every delivery has an issue. Ive had orders just not show up and they didnt even try to give me anything for it except, We can try to have it delivered tomorrow or refund you... Plus the delivery/pick up line almost NEVER answers their phones if you have questions.Also, theyre always out of stock of things at this location and not to mention those picking put no thought behind it.Fruit is always fuzzy or spoiled.The managers are nice and try to help but they should really reevaluate their staff.I just really wish I could pick the location in new Berlin that is .2 miles further but the app wont let you do that.

Very large store. Decent clothing and goods variety. Electronics could use a makeover.

Eliminating cashiers. People are rude. Told us don’t come back then after spending 350 dollars. I assure you we won’t be back.

I like this Walmart because it is always cleaner and more organized than other Walmarts in the area. The staff is professional and courteous no matter how busy!

Nothing was organized, I know they are redoing the store but saw like 6 employees around the backroom doors standing and talking, boxes piled up in self checkout lanes so only 3 lanes open, one with the only employee in the area on the register. Took about a half hour of waiting to checkout. Needed an i.d. check for a video game and flagged down one of 3 employees coming from the break room because there was 20 people waiting to checkout behind me. He seemed annoyed but put the i.d. check through without checking my i.d. or item it was needed for. When I got home realized the security box was left on the game, cant open it. I really dont want to make the trip back but other than sawing the case open Im not sure how else I can get the game out. They had plenty of employees walking around and socializing but none helping the customers. I use to like this walmart like 6 no ago but going to switch to a different one or meijer.

Seems to be a well managed and organized Walmart store at this location compared to a lot of others. Had a pricing question for the cashier and she went out of her way to walk to the sale location and verify if the price was misrepresented or not, which it ends up it wasnt. Misunderstood by us but I appreciate her going the extra mile to ensure that we were satisfied with the purchase. Well done!

Clothing items on the floor, staff font seem to care, long wait to check out. I was very disappointed.

The store is always clean and the employees are always nice.. good selection of goods. The produce section always has fresh fruit and vegetables. Plenty of salt for the ice in the driveways. Automotive section has all the essentials for DIY maintenance.

This Pharmacy called my insurance provided, got my prescription transferred, and texted me all within hours. I work part-time at the Bed Bath and Beyond next store & stop here frequently to pick-up things on the way home.

Its nice how they greet u at the door. Most are friendly.

Late night shopping is the best!

It was dirty and alot of them employees was rude and smart mouth doesnt need to work customer service front line.

Say goodbye the checkers...only have check yourself out now. (I hope Walmart workers unionize soon).Staff did not help people having to use the rascals. Just watched them struggle or told them to wait for long times before help came.Item on the shelf was a lower price than it rang up. Manager on duty Andrew would not change the price (per state law). He stated three items have to be on the hook to do that per Walmart policy...because you know Walmart policy can supercede state law...(nope!). Later on checker insinuated I must have moved the items to the cheaper price location and said it took a long time to check cameras (please go check, I am buying hundreds of dollars of items and I want to scam you out of $10...nope!)Then Andrew accidently cancelled my entire giant transaction that was completely bagged up. And he had no clue how that happened.Had to come back. Took almost an hour to re-ring...and in the meantime Andrew let all the front end people know what a Karen I was for asking for the pricematch and being mad I had to unban and re-ring everything. Loved being talked about.Oh an Andrew was conviently wearing his mask under his nose...and no one was wiping the self checkout out, no sani or wipes to be seen. So yeah. Great experience.

Not the best Walmart to shop at... Its smaller than most, always crowded, lacks many things that most Walmarts have, and most employees I have encountered were not very friendly or overly helpful.

Shelves were very bare and unorganized... unprofessional staff... Not a great experience at this particular store

VERY clean store. Not a ton of variety, but its clean and not super packed with people & items. The food section is small, theres no deli really.

This place is cleaner much better stocked with items and ESP infants and young children needs! I prefer this walmart its south on 76th n you run right into it on the right side

Everything was disorganized. Not many actual lanes open either. The 10items or less lanes went faster than the lines that they did have open.

I am no fan of Walmart. But I needed something and this one was close by. This Walmart was actually clean and organized. There were carts available and friendly people. They were stocked as well. Compared to the Walmarts that I have been to this is by far the best one
