DO NOT BUY A BED FROM THIS COMPANY! They do NOT stand up for their customers who purchase very expensive products from them.We had our new bed delivered on Friday. We received an email Thursday afternoon that they were arriving between 5-8pm. Friday at 8pm they still were not at the house. We had no text or email status. After calling the store they arrived at 8:30 pm. When they were in our bedroom we could tell they reeked of skunky Marijuana. After they left we discovered that they had stolen a very sentimental pandora charm bracelet. This was very special. It had charms representing my Deceased Dad and charms from my Daughter on an overseas Mother/Daughter trip that cant be replaced. We called the police immediately and filed a report. The next morning we went to the store and spoke to the manager who assured us she will move this complaint up in the company and they will contact us immediately to resolve this issue. The police officer also contacted the store for the names of the delivery team so further investigation can be done. It has now been 5 days and neither us or the police officer has been contacted. While we arent sleeping well these men are entering more houses and stealing from others. We believe we should be acknowledged and looking for restitution for our loss and stress behind this matter.
I have a bad back. Bought this bed and I didnt look at all the bad reviews. Ive called once now about my remote not working properly.The bed has a horrible odor. I spoke to someone and they told me to try putting dryer sheets between the mattress. The odor wakes me up. Paid $799 for a head board that flops around. I havent noticed a big difference in my sleep. Hasnt helped with my back. Only had 1 month. I will be calling again. I hope they honor their warranty.
Mychaela was an awesome salesperson that helped us pick out next mattress. She was knowledgeable on the product and brought out a mattress that wasnt on display so we could test it and purchase that exact model.
It was a great experience..we came early, thinking the store opened at 10 A. M. ready to leave to go to Mattress Firm first and then MAYBE come back.Manager, Carey OConnell saw us and came to the door...said: come on in...Im just opening up...shall be with you in a minute, I need to turn on some lights...the rest is history!Carey was most gracious, accomodating, friendly and professional!! She did not rush us nor pressure us. She showed us all the options, step by step and spent an hour and a half with us demonstrating options. She responded to all our questions and as we approached making a decision, she professionally shared with us (in writing) our options, and left us to discuss where we were.The decision was made and I could not be more pleased...unless my bed would arrive sooner:-). SOLD, and appreciate Careys help in making this bucket-list desire a reality!!!I highly recommend this store in Greenfield, Wi and am sure similar results are being experienced nationally. Great hireing/staffing!!
The store was ok the delivery management didnt seem to have it together. Had to go back to store to get things straightened out.

Love their products but really understaffed this morning. Left after waiting 15 to 20 minutes and still two others in front of me. Was just trying to buy a pillow. Appreciate that Covid times are tough but need a better process if its just a non-mattress quick purchase.
Absolutely horrible company, stay away and do NOT buy their products as you will be in for scams and wasted time on top of loss of sleep from the stress they will cause you! Please avoid!
The experience was very pleasant and not pushy. They were generally concerned about our sleeping habits and asked the questions needed so we could get the right products that suited both me and my fiance. Our bed hasnt arrived yet but we have are pillows we got and we are already sleeping better and in better moods with just the pillows. Cant wait for the bed to actually get here. They were also very friendly.
Wonderful customer service and explanation of the beds and how they work. I never felt pressured to buy something just because it was more expensive.
Defective.Although we received a defective mattress that kept losing air and had to return they kept $200 for shipping/return fees.Ive heard plenty others experience defective ones as well as and to make $200 off selling a defective product is ridiculous....Nice response...🙄🙄
Customer service was wonderful. Provided all the information in detail. Product knowledge and teaching was outstanding. Would have preferred a earlier delivery date.
I could not have been more pleased with my sales person Carey. Her knowledge of what Sleep Number has to offer those of us looking for a much better night sleep was truly helpful. Her personal pointers about the products and willingness to listen to what I was looking for make my time in the store very personal. And, if beds arent personal - then I dont know what is! Im hoping to love my new bed as much as i enjoyed picking it out.

Well, you spend a third of your life in bed. How important is good sleep to you‽ We shopped furniture other mattress stores, then we came here... Where sleep is actually explained to you, how it and everything around you can effect your daily health and well being. The staff is great, a huge THANK YOU to Jessica who went above and beyond making sure we got exactly what we wanted and needed... Our i8 is SO MUCH MORE THAN JUST A BED... We also chose one of there upholstered headboards and surrounds. We did our share of shopping and research, did we spend a lot? Depends, whats GREAT SLEEP worth to you...

When we finally came to terms with the fact it was time to ditch the $900 online mattress and invest in a mattress that we wouldnt wake up with aches and pains....it was time to go to a sleep number. My husband is in construction and I snore which keeps him from the restful sleep he needs. I wasnt excited about spending so much, but sleep is important. And the process they walk you through at the store was very good. I didnt feel any pressure. We actually came in to look at the most expensive model, but ended up liking a cheaper model. And the sales lady was completely supportive of it. That was refreshing. She was very transparent and explained things to us, like why we needed to buy sheets from the store (turns out adjustable beds and regular sheets dont agree). We had to buy new anyways since we went from a king to California king. So why not wrap it into the 0% for 4 years? Anyways, they were great. It took 3 hours, 2 more than I expected. But I get it now.
Carey was great. She was knowledgeable and easy to work with. I really appreciated that she didn’t pressure me to spend outside my budget and offered tips to upgrade my purchase for less.
Great buying experience at the store! Very thorough and expectations were set in advance so we always knew what was happening next in the process. I did not feel pressure and I am excited to get our new mattress! All of my questions were answered accurately and our product specialist was extremely knowledgeable!
You are treated so well by the staff. The product options are fantastic and highly reasonable. You are not pressured away from the bed option that fits your ability to pay, not is financing pushed.

Top notch service. Carey our sales lady was awesome. After shopping around at a few different places, we had plans to hit one more mattress store after checking out the sleep number. Needless to say, Sleep Number was our final stop. I’m happy we took the time to stop...it would have been a mistake to not learn about this mattress before buying a mattress.

My wife and I visited the store on Sunday night. We were greeted by the sales rep. Craig Olszewski. He was the most up front personable individual I have ever met. Put us at ease the moment he introduced himself. Took us through getting our sleep number, explained all the features of the beds, various pillows etc. and made it fun. My wife and I had such a great time. He even stayed 45 min past closing to explain to us how it all works. We told him we would sleep on it (LOL) and be back on Monday night. We returned Monday to find he was busy with two other couples but managed to break away and communicate with everyone. Anyway, we purchased our bed and cant wait for it to arrive. I LOVED ALL OF THE QUEEN SIZE SLEEP NUMBER BEDS WITH THE ADJUSTABLE PEDESTALS ...I JUST WOULD LIKE IT IF THEY WERE AFFORDABLE....GEE THEY ARE 2 OR 4 MOUNTHS MORTGAGE PAYMENTS FOR ME..BUT FOR THOSE THAT CAN AFFORD THEM...I AM HAPPY FOR YOUS...

This truly was the worst buying experience my wife and I have ever had. Im a 52 year old male, 5 foot 8 inches tall and I weigh 175. My wife is 47 years old, 5 foot 4 inch tall and weighs 130 college educated with a masters degree. We went in for a Sleep Number bed and a sales staff was more than willing to sell us anything we wanted of course, their salespeople. We received the bed in the amount of time they said we would get it. They sold us on the Sleep IQ but reviews generally said it was a farce. The day of installation the workers were excellent. When I asked about the Sleep IQ the delivery/setup guy said the same thing, its a joke. It took us six months to get our refund for the Sleep IQ.This is when all the trouble started. Trying to get through the customer service was absolutely ridiculous. On average it took us 40 minutes on hold just to get a human on the phone. Theyre obviously overworked because none of them were very nice in fact one black woman had such a strong dialect I could not understand her ( I grew up in the inner city of Milwaukee, 95% black neighbors, so I know the culture and the dialect well) and when I asked to be transferred to a different operator because I could not understand her she called me racist and hung up on me. I wanted to change my mattress baffle from 2 separate chambers (the trench in the center where the two battles need separated by a hunk of foam was uncomfortable made sex, in the middle of the bed very uncomfortable and spooning, forget about it) to a single queen chamber within the allotted time frame. They wanted to charge me an astronomical price. I reminded them of the sales pitch that we could change our mattress within a certain amount of time. After a 1 hour and 58 minutes conversation they agreed to change the mattress at no charge ad a one-time courtesy. I waited 6 months for the new mattress to show up. This was after three different attempts to get ahold of customer service and I was given the runaround. Each one of those calls were no less than an hour long. So good luck with customer service when youre going to need it. As far as the bed itself the one-star I have given it is for the operation of the head and foot. Thats the only positive note is that it can change positions otherwise the mattress is not great. I wish there was a 120 setting for firmness. When I sleep I use a 55 my wife uses 100 setting but getting in and out of the bed is a chore. The Edge is supported by lightweight foam and collapses terribly. Overall I will stick with my one-star rating. I will not recommend to anyone to purchase a Sleep Number bed. If you do, my advice is live with it for 6 months before you place your review
