I have been going to The Jewelry Center for about a year. I’m impressed at how friendly and knowledgeable the people are there. I’ve made a couple of purchases but even when I’m just browsing they are patient and helpful.When the diamond fell out of my engagement ring, luckily I found it, I went to The Jewelry Center to have it repaired. The jeweler said my prongs were weak and suggested that they be replaced.(The ring was not purchased from The Jewelry Center.) I quickly agreed because I did not want the diamond to fall out again. They did an amazing job. I could see the difference, before I never saw the prongs holding the diamond. I feel my diamond is not only more secure but the prongs enhance the diamond in my ring. The Jewelry Center did a beautiful job of resetting my diamond and at a reasonable cost. I am beyond satisfied. I highly recommend you go to The Jewelry Center, you will not be disappointed.

My favorite watch was broken and it looked pretty bad. A local watchmaker was unwilling to repair because crown and stem work is delicate. The manufacturer sent me here and it was repaired fast and perfectly. Its back on wrist like it never happened!

I received my watches back yesterday one week early from the jewelry Center I had a Seapro watch that was roughly 10 years old they rebuilt water intrusion and new Crystal came out great Im so happy . Harley-Davidson watch my daughter gave me years ago that the crystal cracked replaced crystal and a new battery it works great.. Seller beware! Though their commercials suggest otherwise, this is not the best place to bring antique/estate jewelry for sale. They offered me $400 for a 1920s art deco platinum ring with two 1 carat diamonds. I was unwilling to accept this offer and brought it to an antiques dealer who specializes in estate jewelry who offered me $5000. I suspect they only see vintage jewelry as a the sum of its parts and dont see the inherent value of the piece itself. NOTE: In reply to the response from the owner- Yes, it was absolutely The Jewelry Center (Bluemound Rd location). The quote was given by the woman with the lovely Irish (?) accent, and it was absolutely $400, not $4000. I was shocked and asked her to repeat herself because I was sure there was a mistake. She assured me it was not and that was all it was worth. This was just this past week so it should be fairly fresh in her mind. Please dont assume I was mistaken.

My daughter LOVES jewelry! So while I got a haircut at a neighborin shop, she went in the Jewelry Center alone just to kill time. We sent my husband’s watch in the mail since we live in Indiana, that wasn’t working to be repaired. It is an older watch and we are thankful they were able to get the parts for it and we were given a quote for the price to decide if we wanted it repaired. They restored it and it’s perfect! I highly recommend them!

I worked with Vicki which was great. I was never asked what I did for work and as a doctor that is fantastic as I didn’t feel like I was getting up-charged just for having a “high paying” job. The price was very reasonable and basically exactly what it looked like it should go for online as far as I could tell. For reference I got a custom ring done and it ended up being almost 2grand less and had better quality than at Kessler’s (a local jewelry store).

I have a 17 yr old Faconnable watch that I LOVE. I wear it every day. The gasket loosened and I found them and sent it to them for repair. I was praying they could replace the gasket since it was an old watch. They did for a great price and they even buffed out the stainless band & it looks brand new. I am so thrilled. I am not sure why people give this place good reviews. I took a piece of jewelry over to see what they would offer me. I began with if they could clean it and give a price. The man looked at it without cleaning it and stated that they had enough diamonds that size and they would only be interested in the gold and offered me $150. why bother offering to purchase jewelry? Just say you only really want gold.

My Timex mechanical is back to its old self. The watch keeps good time and the date calendar works well. I have a good every day watch again.

Sent a Diesel watch to these guys who seemed confident and friendly. Watch needed new crystal. It took over a week from the time they got it to the time the estimated the repair. Up front they suggested crystals can cost $40+. I know that to buy the crystal is $45. These guys invoiced me for $225 which is $100 over retail to replace the whole watch!!!!! Then after trying to gouge me for a new crystal, they charged me $10 to send it back🙄 Never again!

I discovered this Jeweler when looking for an online service to replace numerous watch batteries that ran out during our months of isolation! I live in Chicago and sent them for servicing! I had them back within ten days all in working order and even with the 10$ shipping I paid much less than I would have in person here. So I promptly sent two items for repair! Had a wonderful experience. Everyone I spoke with was great and the gentleman called me to confirm what needed to be done and the estimated cost. Received them back today and am delighted! They will have all my future business.

The watch came back looking like new and working like new. The only draw back is the cost! I paid more for the repairs than I did for the watch brand new. I did agree to the charges and they didnt charge more than the quote but the cost was still shocking.

I cannot stress enough how awful our experience with the Jewelry Center was. My husband had his ring resized and it was LITERALLY destroyed. We gave them a dark silver ring with gold flakes and a flat edge, and we were returned a light silver ring with rounded edges. It was an entirely different ring. I do not go out of my way to leave negative reviews, but a precious wedding ring was irrevocably ruined. Do NOT trust this place with your jewelry.I have posted pictures of the original ring and the ring once it was returned to show the extent of the damage.

I took my watch to the Jewelry Center to change the battery on my watch. My watched was scratched and when I asked them about it they tried to blame me fore the damage. Completely unprofessional. To top it off they were unable to change the battery. I ended up with a ruined watched and no battery!! BEWARE: take a before picture of your jewelry before you take it in or do yourself a favor and dont take it there at all!!!

Mike and Dean and the sales staff at the Layton store are always so helpful. They also consistently offer the most for your old jewelry if you are looking to clean out those jewelry boxes. I was able to turn just two or three old jewelry items into enough money for me to purchase a very nice Name Brand men’s watch.

My first visit to The Jewelry Center of Greenfield was a good experience. I actually went in to have a tennis bracelet repaired. As it turned out my husband wanted me to choose a new one instead. I felt they could have had a better selection, however, we purchased a very nice bracelet. The store was neat and clean and my salesman, Jake, gave us very good service. I may visit again in the future.

Service on 1950’s Lord Elgin watches is virtually impossible to obtain. The Jewelry Center is the ONLY place that I could find that would even touch this one! Craftsmanship is becoming a rare concept in the age of microchip technology.They priced the world at the very beginning, with no surprises along the way. I was very happy with the service that I received from The Jewelry Center. I sent them an Invicta watch that needed to have the watch band replaced. They cleaned and shined it up to the point that it almost looks better than when I originally received it. There are not enough words to say how kind and considerate Jake and Dean Murphy were when my family and I decided to turn in my familys estate silver coin collection.Its tough having to grieve the loss of your love one. Then having to settle an estate but Dean and Jake were meticulous and took their time and provided good guidance on what vintage pieces I should keep in the family. My fiance recently bought his medallion for his necklace, and knew I had two rings that needed to be sized so he suggested I go there as well. Now his medallion is just amazing and the staff was so warm and inviting he said. So took his advice and i to say the staff are so professional, very friendly accommodating and most of all caring I say that to say this... the reason why I needed my rings to be sized is I was recently diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia my fingers are not the same they swell up very much and the staff was so kind into making sure I had the perfect fit! Even by sizing the right hand ring just a bit different from the left hand ring so whichever hand is more swollen I can switch the rings around continue wearing them. Im so overjoyed I was engaged last December and a couple months after that was unable to wear them again but now I can! So thank you thank you thank you to the staff and owners of the jewelry Center highly recommend! They brought tears to my eyes like the day I was proposed to!
