Please dont waste your time working for this company. They were great in the beginning but when it got days before going into the union they fire you because indiana is at will state. They cant keep people. Hr and plant manager will ruin this company. They already have a bad reputation for doing this and are known for letting people go before joining the union and being bias. Do yourself a favor and look else where and dont waste your time.

Well here it goes, run no respect for its employees whatsoever.
