Both of my children have taken guitar lessons here. My son has really taken to it, and is on his second electric. Staff is friendly and helpful, walked two parents without a clue on guitars through the process of selecting and setting up lessons. Large selection of equipment, and have expanded their parking.

This is a wonderful place to visit, nice selection of electric and acoustic guitars. There are other musical instruments as well, you can also schedule instructors to teach you how to play those instruments. Highly recommended if you want to buy an instrument or want to learn to play one.

I have never bought a guitar on line before. I was especially wary of spending as much as the used Martin M-36 that Greenfield Music Center had listed on their website. I made contact with Tony who described the guitar, plus offered a 10 day no questions asked return. I took a chance, gave them my credit card number and hoped for the best.Two days later my new/used guitar arrived. It was everything Tony had described plus some. It is absolutely beautiful and I couldnt be happier. I highly recommend Greenfield Music Center to anyone who may read this review. I wish everyone was as honest and straight forward as them.The only reason I gave them 5 stars is I cant give them 10!

Very inconsistent level of service and very limited inventory.

Definitely wont have a guitar set up there again. Took in my brand new Jazzmaster that had slightly high action and a couple frets that buzzed. Guy said itd be a few days but called me the next day saying it was done.Got it home only to have fret buzz literally across the entire board. Its terrible. Idk if he tried to lower the action too much or what but idk how you could give a guitar back to a customer sounding worse than when it came in. Its so bad I can hear it through my amp. It sounds like a slinky every chord you play. He said it was hard cause Im a lefty and hes not... I could have done a better job myself. $40 for nothing. Not even calling them to fix it, just taking it elsewhere. Now I remember why I quit going there 15 years ago.

I love going to Greenfield Music Center. Tony is always very personable and knowledgeable. The staff are friendly and easy to talk with. If they dont have it, they can get it for you at the best price. Its my go to for music stores.

This is one of the last great hometown music stores. They know what they are talking about as they are performing musicians and will not pretend to know everything like the schmucks in the big music box stores. They have a well rounded selection of instruments and host a number of professional teachers for private lessons. Even if I lived next to Sam Ash, I would still drive out of my way to support this trusted business.

I visited this lovely store today, in search of strings for a donated electric guitar for our facility. I casually asked the man sitting behind the counter (whom I found out later was Tony) how much he would give us for the guitar I had brought in, he gave me a price that I thought was fair ( I have no knowledge of guitars lol). I had explained to him that I thought an acoustic would probably be better suited for our facility and that I would speak to my boss on Monday about possibly getting the funds for an upgrade. I explained where I worked and he said hold on, I think I have a plan, I said great, I love plans lol. So he began walking through the aisles for a minute or two, then stopped and said this is what I want to do. How about I take your electric and give you this acoustic, for no charge. My mouth dropped!!!! I thanked him like a crazy person! Then he said, how about you bring one or two of your people in for a free lesson once a week, INDEFINITELY!!!!! Again dropped mouth, tears in my eyes, thanking him!!! I finally get his name...I shall call him Tony the Great!! Then he said, how about if one of your people needs to get out they can come and clean up the shop for me and maybe learn something. Im still in awe, absolute awe of his humanity, his generosity!!!!But wait theres more...After a couple of hugs and many more thank yous, he says hold on youre gonna need these..picks...oh and this...a beginners book.I just couldnt even take anymore and ran out the door screaming thank you after thank you. I get to the car, about to call my boss, here comes Tony the great...hold on he says, youll need this too...a tuner. He says when they come in for their lessons we will teach them how to use it!!!! He said now make sure you call me so we can set up that time. I said of course!!!!!In a world full of so much ugliness, man does it feel good to have met Tony the Great!!!Thank you again, kind sir

Tony has always done what he can to keep me learning gutars, fixed my junky gutars and he even will restring them for you if you dont have time and leave youre guitar there to pick up later.Love that this place is in the place that I live.

A wonderful small town store with a great selection of musical instruments! My last 20 or so guitars came from the Greenfield Music Center. Tony is awesome!

They are focused on stringed instruments, only. Although they have only one piano teacher and was told he uses only his method.

I learned how to play guitar here. Teachers and Tony are great to work with and flexible.
