I come here because I like to shop local and keep money in my community rather than hand it over to some guy in Wall Street so I can save a couple dollars. Obviously the prices are a bit higher but honestly not too bad and the people who work there go above and beyond to be helpful and order things if not in stock. Huge pen selection. I also bought some great oil paint here that was good quality for the price.

We re a small business and we used to order our supplies from online big box office supplies stores. But Baker has everyone else beat! The owner has personally installed our copiers and printers, and troubleshoots them when necessary. Deliveries are same day and prices are always competitive. Its also a great downtown store with everything from greeting cards to art supplies.

Bill Baker stopped by our office yesterday to drop off a new catalog. I actually needed a couple of pieces of furniture.Bill pulled out a measuring tape, measured the area, advised me on the product that would match existing furniture.Less than 24 hours later Baker Office Supply pulled in with my purchase!Thank you!

This is a AWESOME place to get office, art supplies and gifts . It may be small but Its a GREAT part of beautiful downtown Greenfield.

I have to give this place a full five stars its been in this town for 80 years. Thats pretty significant the staff is very friendly and it cost the same as access price as it does for the same pen as it does at a big box store . They have a lot of other things such as their specialty half-price greeting cards are there knick knack paddy whacks and office supplies. If you need just one pen or electronic pencil and do not want to buy 20 pack, you can go in there and try it out before you buy it. Know one will bother you its just an all-around comfortable place to shop.

Very friendly staff and great prizes

I bought an HP inkjet printer at Bakers over a year ago in August 2014 and it stopped working. I tried for days to get it going again since Im pretty good at fixing these malfunctions, but I thought it was done. Called HP and they told me to trash it since it couldnt be repaired. As a final attempt to save it, I brought it into Bakers and they fixed it!!! Only $45.00 for the repair. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PRINTER ANYWHERE ELSE. Forget Staples.

As long as youre a regular, everything is good but they will soooo follow you around if you fit a certain look
