Not very helpful, just wanted to charge me 120/hr to explore, no advice, no help just let us work on it for an undetermined amount of time at an outrageous cost. If you have problems with your vehicle, read the online forums and fix it your self. Save your self a LOT of money.

Very good experience at Murray auto! I would recommend Murray Auto. every technician is very nice, polite and helpful! everytime I have a problem with my intoxalock device they help me with it that day (once Im on their calendar) obviously. while Im inside, even after Ive been helped, every single technician asks if I need anything or if Im being helped already. if you need to get an ignition interlock device i would recommend Murray Auto everytime!

I i had 40 lights put on my flat bed they did a great job after a month lights started going out the kept replacing them for 2 years after checking in to it the company they got there lights from had a defect and they put 40 new lights from another light company that is better free of charge they stand behind there work and are great guys paul sr paul jr and dillen are stand up guys

Came here to get a car battery. I called up on a Wednesday and was told I could come in around 6 on Thursday to pick it up and get it installed. Come Thursday, I get told nobody is there to install the battery. I have a friend take it back to them for installation, and I get no refund for my battery core.Still good pricing though so it gets a few stars

If you cant figure out what that light on the dash is for, these guys will have it taken care of in short order. I had 3 different mechanics waste my time and money before I found this place and my truck was fixed in two days time (because they had to get the part in). If youve got a gremlin raining havoc on your on board computer system, hell be looking for a new home real soon!

These guys are incredible! I took my box truck to three different places to get the fan motor working but with no success. I dropped the truck off and they had it figured out within a day. It did cost a bit more but if I would have taken it to them first I would have been in good shape overall. Very smart staff!

They fixed the bad wiring issue in my car. The mechanic that worked on it spent about 40 minutes with me telling me what he did and how it was fixed. I was going to sell the car because I didnt trust it, he assured me its fixed, and it is. Rob and Bob at the counter were also super to deal with as well.

The building was spacious and service was efficient. The price was reasonable. I knew it would be somewhat expensive. So far the fix for my car is still functional. They made a new terminal for my car battery because the factory made one was junk. They re wired something too (the whatcha ma call it). These guys saved me from hours/days of work. They really know what theyre doing.

Poor customer service, days of waiting on missed diagnosed problem. Got ripped for for about 540.00 dollars. A tow there, missed diagnosed problem, a fuel pump that didnt need replaced and a tow home and they dont care at all. Ignored me while on the phone with them 2 times. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

They do good work here. However they suck at keeping service appointments and dont seem to care if you have to wait. And you will wait and------and wait------ and wait.

I have used them a couple of times. Once to make a radiator hose on a truck that could no longer be purchased. They saved the end fittings and made perfect fit using silver solder. 2 years latter that truck is still on the road. It was a very reasonable price and tried about a dozen other places no one else would touch it.

Had my Jeep at two different Jeep dealers, 2 different mechanics, but my Wrangler kept breaking down. Murray was the only company to find, and fix the problem, which was a nightmare, intermittent problem. They did not give up on us, like some before. Much appreciated!

I have been looking for backup power for my camper and checked many different places. I stay year round in it and I wanted a way to keep my water pipes from freezing if the power goes off. Most dealers wanted to sell me a big expensive unit I could run my house with. Since most of the essentials run off of DC or propane, Rob set me up with a sweet little unit that will take care of my needs, explained how it works and made sure I understood everything. I thank you Rob and I appreciate all your help. I would give more stars if I could!!!

My truck was blowing a fuse. Manual said it was the PCM the found out the wiring harness had a bare spot was rubbing against the engine and thats what was causing the short. Would take it here for electrical issues before anywhere else. Especially the dealer.

A good word to describe Murrays Auto Electric shop would be UNtrustworthy. I recently took one of my vehicles over there it took them 2 days to do nothing and charge me over 100 dollars for it. Had no solution, no reference to help me, and no people skills. I highly recommend finding another mechanic. Mechanics are a dime a dozen and they were not even worth a dime. Good Luck!

Charged more labor hours (4 hours) than actually worked (2.5 hours between dropoff and phone call of finish) and overcharged for parts.. The bluetooth earphones magically disappear out of my truck over that course of time. And no respect to keep my truck clean. BEAUTIFUL!

Overpriced and deceptive- charged hours of labor for what I have proof was only a 10 minute job. Work was sloppy and unprofessional, loose extra parts were left under the hood. Person was rude on the phone as well. I thought this used to be a good honest place for electrical diagnosis, but apparently not anymore.

If Murray doesnt have it, you dont need it.

Avoid them at all costs. I took my car in with the check engine light on with half tank of gas. I get it back on the red line and they claim they had to drive it that much for it to pass emissions. So they changed me $200 for labor to drive it around for 2 hours and waste all my gas and couldnt even put $10 back in or reimburse me. Bunch of cheats.
