While Tim is an extremely nice person... that’s the extent of what I can say positive about him. Him being that nice lead us to not complain during the process until we were nearing the end; which was a massive mistake. We have a small kitchen and hired Tim to install Fabuwood cabinets, Quartz countertops, a new sink, new flooring, new door and modify bulkheads. We were quoted 2-3 weeks for completion. It ended up taking 8.5 weeks and we still aren’t happy with the outcome. In the middle of the remodel he left for Colorado for a 2 week vacation- leaving my house an absolute war zone. He never mentioned the Colorado vacation when we signed the contract. For the first month we moved in with my mom so we weren’t here to see him coming and going but when we moved back in, it became clear why our kitchen was taking so long. He worked 3 hours a day. He chipped our brand new quartz countertop, damaged the bottoms of our brand new cabinets dragging a bucket of adhesive along them but claims he didn’t. I watched him do it. Things we were told had been ordered, never showed up. The grout in our backsplash is already cracking and pulling away (it’s only been 2 weeks since it was installed),it’s also already stained because it wasn’t sealed, the knobs on our cabinets are stripped and can’t be tightened and aren’t level. There is a scratch on our new floor from him moving the stove, we had to purchase two different microwaves because his measurements were off. He then billed for over the contract price, but refused to show us receipts. Totally unprofessional. I wouldn’t hire him to build a dog house. Stay far far away.
