Great place staff really cares

Got new phones and Brandy was the one of the best customer service representative that I have ever dealt with. She is very knowledgeable and knows what she is doing.

Wow, just wow! I mean wow. The service is great and everyone is so friendly and attentive. Ive never had service like this before and the store was sooooo clean, especially the floor. I highly recommend this Cricket over any other Cricket ever, seriously!!!

Nobody knows how to answer the phone when you call the store! I want to switch over but now I have to go 30 minutes down the road to another cricket store! Somebody needs to do something about this

Brandy (I hope I spelled her name right) Went to war for me against Cricket’s customer service, website management, the activation system, and the supervisors when I had an issue activating my service. Excellent customer service, highly recommended!

I cant believe they let me leave the store with a corrupt phone... and my replacement phone doesnt read my sd card i believe because the corrupt phone corrupted my sd card... i will switch phone companies when Im ready for a new phone
