They had a great selection of tapcons that included the drill bit. The cashier was very calm and professional even when her register had an issue. She remained calm and switched to a different register. Im a military veteran and working a cash register terrifies me.

This store seems under staffed and in knowledgeable. Ive been here many times and its always an issue w getting any assistance. Sorry Lowes, but the remodel of this store is also terrible. Poor lighting and a lack of help has me going to the competition.

I love going to Lowes. The people in the paint dept are so friendly. I dont know why they changed around the plumbing dept though. Im glad they added more choices in their flooring dept. I picked out a new backsplash and flooring.

Found what I needed thanks to the friendly staff. They were helpful and knowledgeable about the product I was looking for and its application.

Wont go to home depot if they paid me. Show an employee with a hat that showed her hate for my country and I will never return there, she servicer said thats her right. Ok it my right to say kiss me where the Lord split me Home Depot.

After asking twice for assistance, we waited over 30 minutes for help in grills. No one showed, so we left and bought our Weber grill and accessories at Home Depot.

Store is nice but lumber is poor quality . The same as everywhere. Plan on spending extra time sorting out lumber .

10/28/2019Today I waited over 2 hours for a guy to get me 4 drain pipe from the back. He told me to pay for it and wait on the side of the building. After about an hour of waiting I went to ask him about it, he said that it will be just a little longer. After another hour I went back in and he then called for someone else to get it. I lost 2 hours of my work day for what? Just someone that wasnt willing to take 10 minutes outside to get it himself or he forgot. Either way, I spend thousands here every year and 30k just on a garage last year.Maybe not next year!

Lowes is not doing nearly enough to ensure customer safety during the epidemic. Lines are too close together, not enough resisters open, employees not wearing masks or wearing them around their chins, and allowing customers in without proper protective gear. No shirt, no shoes, no MASK, no service needs to me be the new norm, and Lowes in Greensburg doesnt seem to care. I wont be back.

Freezers in stock, aisles being redone, so the app was off as far as location, but was resolved with a trip to customer service.
