One of the worst dealerships in town. Marcus took a deposit saying that the car will be ‘on the lot’ in the first week of August. Called today, Marcus is out of the office. Secretory asked me to leave a message (which I have done multiple times with no call back). After staying on hold for a long time, transferred call to JJ (manager) who said that it will be there in a day or two. I told them to call me when they have it on the lot. They are like we don’t know when it’s going to be and someone can buy it before me. Won’t agree to refund my refundable deposit. I thought Bradshaw had some reputation. Not expected from a dealership like Bradshaw. Waste of time.

The guys in the service department are exceptional. Brought my ‘17 ILX in due to engine hesitation, and they were eventually able to diagnose it properly & ordered the parts for it that same day. Unlike other service departments, they actually took the time to explain to me what was performed & even saved the faulty parts to further show me.

I currently own an Acura and was looking for another one because my Acura have been good to. I agreed to meet with Christine Schmidt at 2 p.m on Thursday to test drive an ACURA I saw online. Upon arriving to Bradshaw cash in hand at 2 pm i called her twice, texted her onceand emailed her once after getting no response i drove off. Not sure why i was stood up but i will not be making any more appointments.

I have never been so disappointed in a business lately as Bradshaw Acura. Service dept had my Acura since Thursday and apparently still couldnt figure out why it was stalling. I was charged for not one, but two diagnostic tests to figure out the issue and the issue wasnt found. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Money spent for absolutely nothing. Left with a 200.00 bill and we are no closer to knowing what the problem is than when it was towed there last week. My husband looked at this car, replaced the intake air boot and the car RUNS and no longer stalls. Unbelievable. Bradshaw has techs that dont know what the hell theyre doing.

We worked with Joey who was a very up front sales person and we felt confident in the information he was giving us. Once we started the purchase process it took a little longer than we would have liked but overall was a good experience.
I have purchased over 22 Acuras in the last 30 years and have dealt with great and not so great dealerships. Bradshaw Acura is one of the great ones. Lead by salesman Tino Sullivan, my deal was simple, and I saved thousands over dealers in NC, and Georgia. I will be a long time customer and they did not oversell or pressure or try to force hidden costs. Respect the dealership and they will respect you. I spent a total of 30 minutes to an hour over 2 visits. Finance manager Michael Burgess was efficient and had everything ready to go. Get your self a new MDX

I have owned 3 Acura’s and I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. I am very disappointed in the service I received. I bought a 2017 Acura RDX brand new and after one year the battery died. Acura Service Department replaced the battery because the vehicle was still within the 3 year warranty. The battery they replaced it with had a 100 month warranty on it. Just recently (within 22 months of replacing the battery) it died again. When I brought my car back to replace the replaced battery they told me I have to pay for it, even though the battery comes with a 100 month warranty!?! This makes no sense to me. I took my car somewhere else. I am not buying another Acura from Bradshaw.
Went into Bradshaw Acura (Pre-Owned) already knowing what I wanted and the APR rates/payment terms I would accept. I had a fairly extensive list of questions to ask while I was there, as this was my first large purchase and I wanted to make sure everything was how it should be and I wasnt getting rushed out the door.My wife and I sat down with Christine and she was a joy to work with from beginning to end. All of my questions, and then some, were answered before I even had to ask and she had all the information I requested readily available. She was very thorough and went through everything step-by-step to make sure we were all on the same page, while also giving my wife and I ample time to talk in private throughout the process.I just purchased my 2018 Honda Civic Hatchback Sport a little less than 3 weeks ago and I love the car. Needed a software update and transmission service on my car. Appointment was set for 1030AM I arrived 15 minutes early and they were ready for me. Corey helped with pairing of my phone as the car was being difficult. They did a software upgrade and recommended I do a full flush of transmission fluid. I was having a shifting issue ar low speeds on occasions. Cost was 291.00 to do the flush, and software was 135.00. He said 99% sure bad fluid and software were my issues. Took about 1.5 to do the work. Mechanic test drove it, no hesitation on shifting. Service manager waived software fee, only charged me for transmission service. My car ran like a top all the way home. Im hoping this fixed that intermittent problem.

A couple of months ago, I was told my battery was bad here when in fact, the status was good after being tested at another location and still in good status today. Wouldn’t have been such a big deal if they weren’t lying and just trying to sell me on buying a brand new battery that cost over $300. I can buy a similar type battery that’ll work for my car for only $120 IF my battery actually needed to be replaced.

I made an appointment to look at a new vehicle and arrived as scheduled. The salesman was in but not available to see me ( remember, this was an appointment). He handed me off to another salesman who was apparently disinterested because he would not be getting the commision. As it turned out, the dealership had no vehicles available to look at in that model! I had made an appointment specifically indicating what I was looking for. The man that was assigned to me was unapologetic and had no interest in providing information on the vehicle. I will not be spending my money at Bradshaw!

Worst Experience Ever: Went to the dealership twice today. Loved the car, salesmen were terrible. Experience went from bad to worse. First salesman asked questions on the title on my car implying there could be issues. My car is paid for never been in an accident. Wanted to know what my husband drives. A BMW, seemed to take offense to that. Test drove a black car, really looking for a white. When we told him this took us inside to look at a lesser expensive without the features I wanted. Asked about incentives, lied said come inside lets talk about it. They dont exist. I would have liked him to be upfront. Went back after dinner at 6:30 pm to see if they really had the blue loaded model the website said they had. As soon as walking in the door we asked for the salesman we had dealt with earlier after we had already seen him walking around outside. We were rudely greeted by a different salesman that said he could probably answer our question and did we know what time they close. Please do you want to sell a car...I think not. The rudest people ever and I will not be back! I will be going to North Carolina or Columbia to buy my vehicle and I certainly wont have it serviced here. I would have given no stars, not an option. I had to give it one to post this.
Premium dealership with a premium experience however I told I needed a new oil pan (over $1000) after they repaired my drain plug and its failed months later. I took my vehicle to my local mechanic and they fixed it and they fixed it for free. Thus changed my trust with the dealership. ✌😞
Good experience overall. Salesman Ken was very helpful, particularly after the sale. I would suggest the salesman handle the extended warranties an so forth rather than the financial person at the end process.

I bought my 2003 Acura TL over the phone and picked it up a couple days later, it was that easy. I knew exactly the vehicle I wanted and I just called and asked for the sales dept. I spoke to Wayne Butler and explained what I wanted and I needed their best price as I had already gotten their competitors best price. They beat their competitor by $500.00, over the phone. No games, no tricks, no hassels, just professionalism from Mr Butler. I didnt visit the dealership until I picked up my new Acura and it was exactly as described. After the paperwork was finished in about 30 minutes, I was on my way home. I recommend Mr Butler to everyone.I rated the quality as only good and that is the vehicle, not the dealer. We have had the leather drivers seat re-covered 3 times and it still has rips and tears all over it. Bradshaw actually paid for it the first time since that is considered wear and tear and not covered under warranty but the new leather did not last long. Also the brake rotors are poor.
Used CarsFound a used car online for a fair price and went and took a test drive. Car seemed to be in great shape and met my needs. Purchased car for about $500 more than I wanted to pay. Dealership would not negotiate on price.
This is the first review Ive ever wrote but felt it was warranted considering the excellent experienceI had. This was the 3rd new Acura Ive purchased from Bradshaw and the process was seamless.Some of the staff even remembered my name which makes me feel like they see you as more thanjust another sale. My sales associate was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and all the features. I think he went the extra mile to make sure that my wife was comfortable with the operationand features.
The salesman who dealt with me was informative and low key. I had done my homework and already drove an older model of the car I was interested in. He recognized that I was already interested in the model and did not over sell. He answered the few questions I had honestly and informatively. I will definitely want to work with him again when its time to buy another car.

The cars are great and in good condition overall. Also they have a wide variety of different models and options. I got exactly what i wanted and i drove away in a 2011 Acura TSX. My best friend had been shopping for an Acura MDX for two long months, and it was exhausting. Though, shes awesome; we discussed her vehicle situation at least three times a day. Thankfully, we went to Bradshaw Acura and received a warm greeting by Aubrey. He was absolutely amazing! He was not your typical pushy salesman that eventually makes a consumer cringe. Aubrey was authentic, and explained every detail about the Pre-Owned Certified 16 Acura MDX. Once we sat down in his office; we noticed all of the Best Salesman awards on his wall which he did not boast about. In todays society, its hard to find genuine people and Aubrey is definitely one of them. I have to brag about the Finance Manager, Jeff also. He was amazing as well. He was honest, and very respectful. No one like signing over their money; however, Jeff made the experience less stressful. I found the overall process of buying my car, very easy. Michael Angel was very thorough with going over the options of the car and he has a very easy going attitude- no high pressure, which I liked. He showed me the Carfax and explained how they priced the car. When it came to financing, Eric Sanders was very nice and willing to work to get the best financing option for me. He also went over all the paperwork with me in detail. These guys are terrific and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a used car.
I recently purchased a used car from Bradshaw. I noticed the next day it was making a grinding noise. I took it back up to the service department the following Monday. They immediately diagnosed the issue as being a bad strut. I was a little irritated that they missed it, seeing that the service department had already checked the car out before they placed it for sale, but I was glad they found the issue. I was told by the service advisor that the used car dept would be paying for it and that I would have to bring the car back in the next day. I brought the car back in on Wednesday for repair. I was called a few hours later, to be told the used car dept from Bradshaw authorized an after market strut from Advanced Auto Parts to be put on my car. I was told that it was still clicking, so that they were just going to go ahead and authorize a factory original strut, but that I would have to bring my car back for a third time. Who in their right mind puts an aftermarket part on a customers car, and doesnt even tell them. I was also told it was the used car dept authorization, however it was actually the service departments authorization. I also wasnt offered transportation until I actually brought it up. They didnt have any loaners available all three days, and I was just told sorry for the inconvenience. The used car manager, Mark did step up and offer a solution, but it was just easier to just take my car and bring it back for a third time. I was told my car was aligned and tires balanced before it was put on the lot for sale, but it still pulls to the left and the steering wheel vibrates at highway speeds. I say all of this to say, I will not be back and will take my business somewhere else. This is supposed to be a luxury service dealership, but Ive had better technicians and work done at Pep Boys. I am being generous with two stars because of my service advisor. He did a great job and everything that happened was outside of his control.
We came into Bradshaw Acura specifically to look at 2 Jeep Wranglers, both the Unlimited 4-door models. We were immediately greeted by Aubrey Minns. Notice I said greeted, not swarmed on or cornered. Aubrey was very friendly and accommodating. At one point, my wife and I actually had to leave for an appointment that we needed to keep and there was NO PRESSURE to commit to the sale right then. Within an hour of leaving we were back on the lot, picked the Jeep we liked and started talking numbers. These guys were great and the Finance Manager was no exception. It was a great experience and a great transaction. We would definitely go back.
Ive bought my last two cars at Bradshaw. It is a typical auto dealership that offers Japanese, German, and other vehicles, both used and new. Hold to your guns and youll get a fair price for what you buy.
They made a mistake on our first appointment and went above and beyond to correct it and make sure we were taken care of on our second visit. Also got follow up call to ensure everything was taken care of with our vehicle and service.
I am on my 3rd Acura RL over the years. Aside of the fact that I appreciate the car itself (and there are also other brands I could get excited about) it is the whole (quick) vehicle acquisition process at Bradshaw Acura that makes me come back. The painless process of buying a car is then topped by the outstanding service the maintenance shop provides which is the best I have experienced during 40 years of car ownership. Keep up the extra ordinary work!

I was in the market for a new car. Since I travel a lot, I was looking for a car that was comfortable, quite, and smooth. I went in wanting to take a test drive and compare it to the other models I drove (Mercedes, Genesis, Audi, etc). I explained to the man helping me this, and how I want to make a sound decision based on sound information and personal feel. The man said that was the worst excuse he has heard and refused to let another sales rep help me or take me out for a test drive. I walked out at that point. So, I am going with the Audi A6.
I have owned acuras for 30+ years and Bradshaw Acura has looked after them for the last 20 years. Every aspect of their service is always 1st class.

They had a good car for a good price. Only three stars, because the buying experience wasnt great. The salesman didnt want to let me drive the car on the highway. He didnt put up a fight or anything, just said he didnt like to go on the highway. He also gave me a story about how he hadnt been able to sell much this month. True or not, it felt like he was trying to manipulate me. I didnt haggle on the price at all (the car was a fair price), but did want a specific financing package. Had to do the stereotypical used car buying dance to get it, but they did get it for me.

One star too m any. Purchased a wonderful 2020 RDX base model on Monday evening. I also was interested in the Tech Package, but went with the base in the end. On Tuesday morning I contacted Steve and JJ with questions regarding if it were a possibility to return my base model for the Tech Package. Keep in mind this was less than 18 hours after purchase. I really didnt care for the Rims on the base and along with the extra safety features, I realized the Tech Package was better for me. After repeated calls, I never received a call back. On Tuesday, I called JJ And Steve again. Steve finally got in touch with me stating they do not under any circumstance make changes after a contract is signed. I wanted to hear from the Store Manager JJ. He too told me the same thing. I would love to know if they do allow returns/changes from some individuals, but not all. I dont understand why they wouldnt want more money for a sale. The only miles that were added to the new car was driving home, less than a couple test drives at the time of first call. I understand it is an inconvenience to re do paper work, but isnt a happy customer the most important thing that Mr. Bradshaw would want in the end. It is a known fact that a negative experience will travel twice as far as a positive one. It is a crazy that I am trying to force a business to take more money from me. Step up Bradshaw Acura.

I purchased a TLX 2 years ago and Aubrey Minns was the salesman. Great guy and informative. No pressure since I knew from researching what I wanted. I live more than an hour away so my service is done at a Honda Dealership but there has been no major issue with the car other than a dead battery this month.

Best car buying experience! My original choice was sold before I could make a decision to buy. Joey took my number and kept an eye out for exactly what I wanted. A few days later something came onto the lot and he texted to let me know. I came by to see it and within a few hours, Joey had me on my way in a pre-owned MDX. Would recommend Bradshaw Acura and Joey to anyone looking for a used or new car!
I bought a used Lexus and am very happy with the car. The only issue was it had broken drivers side mirror switch, meaning you have to put your arm out the window to adjust the mirror manually. It was promised to be fixed with in a week of buying the car, and after several attempts over a couple of weeks to set a time and date to bring the car back to have this fixed by a service tech who does the work, I finally gave up. I left many messages with the salesman who made the promise and sold us the car. So, service AFTER the sale sucked. The cars they sell are nice, but if you want repeat customers, its the little things that count.
I wish someone else would open up a Acura dealer in the area. Every time I bring my vehicle in there’s an issue with them. Customer service is bottom of the dirtiest pond. I had an appointment today to drop my car off and to get a loaner I called ahead to make sure there were no issues because of the weather today and I was told no to come on by my service advisor and I drove 26 miles only to get there to be told they can’t give out loaners in the snow by my service advisor (would be different if I had conflicting information from two different individuals) but no the same person. Now why wasn’t I told this when I called? What’s the purpose of them asking for insurance coverage? It never fails with them. This dealer sucks Cory and Colton are absolutely the worst. And to have to bring my car back for something I’ve already paid them to check is even worse! Acura needs to take away their license to deal their vehicles. I would just take my car to the Honda dealership in Anderson they’re wayyyyyy more professional and customer service based.
I live in Charlotte, NC and bought my Acura from Bradshaw in Greenville in June 2010 and had a very good experience.They were very pleasant to deal with, had my new TL ready for delivery, and I got a better deal than from the Charlotte Acura dealer!I will definitely consider returning to Bradshaw for my next vehicle purchase.

My husband and I went out just browsing on a rainy Saturday (we were in the early stages-not looking to purchase until next year). Mike was so helpful, answered all our questions, took us out for a test drive and showing us all the different things that came with the car. So helpful and no pressure. A week later, we decided it was time to make a purchase. Went back to Bradshaw and he helped us for hours getting the right car at the right price. Willing to help us through all the steps on getting our new car. I LOVE my Acura MDX and am so happy with the dealership. If your looking for a new car, ask for Mike Burgess, you wont be disappointed!
