Didnt actually go there. The mother-in-law took it. I heard no complaints and the windshield looks great.

Only catch was a misunderstanding on where the work was to be done. One phone call and all was resolved and the job was done the next day. Im very happy with the results.

This is the 2nd time using this company. When I was telling a friend I was going to need to get glass completely replaced on the windshield, and both driver side windows he referred me here as well. If you want to deal with a local company that treats you like they appreciate you doing business with them be assured this company does that & does an awesome job with quality work! Very Honest as well, how refreshing to deal with such great customer service from the 1st initial phone conversation to coming in & discussing all that needed to be done, the job completed by the installers to paying the bill! I got my cracked front windshield replaced at this Location approximately 2 weeks agoFrom today. The people that work there are very professional and friendly. The gentleman and lady at the counter were nice to keep me company as I waited and we kept ourselves engaged in a rather interesting conversation while waiting for my repair. The wait wasn’t really much of a bore at all! If you ever need your automobile serviced for anything auto glass related, these should be your go to guys. My experience from the beginning consultation to getting the glass installed was excellent, and I’m highly confident that you will experience the same level of quality and friendly service that I got from them as well.

Went to go get a chip filled, nothing big or anything like that. They popped out the exact same kit you could buy at autozone but for $40 dollars cheaper. Place is pretty run down as well. Im sure theyre fine if youre getting a full window replaced, but if youre just there to fix a minor chip Id do it yourself or go somewhere that has the tools to do it better.

The 2 associates that I came in contact with were friendly and knowledgeable. The job was done a timely manner. The price was decent especially since I didnt want to go through my insurance.

They were great had appointment for one I drop my car off first thing in morning because I had to work went back when they open to give them my keys. They called me about 11 and said it was ready. They told me not to go threw any high pressure car washers for two days. Didnt know may window would settleing in it keep making noise when I would hit a bump thought it was going to fall out. But it didnt the noise stopped after two days

I would of given 5 stars if not for the installer. He had worst attitude and should not be working anywhere he has to deal with customers. He threw my keys on counter and said pull your truck in bay 1. I said excuse me and he said bay 1 and walked off. I almost left but needed new windshield so I could have my truck inspected. I also had to back my truck out when it was finished. I dont think customers should be doing this. Woman working counter was very friendly and good at her job. Price was good, almost one hundred dollars cheaper than competitors. I will use another company if I need glass service again because of installer.

Excellent windshield repair that is affordable! Super fast to get it fixed and the front staff was wonderful!!! She made the experience easy and fun for my son! She even called us when we forgot his stuffed animal and he wouldnt have slept without it. I cant say enough good things about them

Contacted one business and was quoted over 400.00 for mobile services and that did not include taxes. I then contacted Auto Glass Now of Greenville NC and was given a quote more than 50% cheaper. A Big Shout Out to the technician Q for arriving to my job in a timely manner and doing a wonderful job with replacing my windshield. He was very professional, friendly and competent. I wont completely down this place the price was great but when I got my car back I had glass all inside of my car when I say I had glass in my car it was every where greasy handprints on the pillar inside and they broke the windshield trim I called the guy he said be would talk with the guy...Im not happy with this company.

I went to get them to look at a chip in my window. Q came out to look at my window. Unfortunately it could not be fixed but instead of trying to sell me a new windshield or force me to make a decision, Q was very honest and said that where it was to leave it be until it gets worse and then come back. Most people will do anything for a sale, instead I felt like Q and the staff were looking after me. I will definitely be back when its time to replace.

Went in to get my windshield changed out; the shop itself is a little dingy looking but that says nothing at all about the service. I was in and out in a little under an hour; the work was done professionally and now (a month later) is still holding up perfectly nicely. Its such a huge relief not having huge crack running across the windshield. Good service and really competitive pricing - I couldnt recommend these guys enough!

My windshield looked like a road map a few days ago, now it’s crystal clear with the exact same windshield I had before. Thank you guys so much!I had to put in a claim to my insurance when a small rock struck my glass. Snow storm hits a day later, and boom. Windshield was basically cracked in two! Since it was the weekend, Auto Glass Now scheduled my (house) appointment for the following Monday at 1pm. Marcus, the glass repairman, called me at noon (that Monday), said he would arrive by 1pm. Not only was he here by 1pm, he was super curtious and professional. Did his job in less than an hour! 10/10 stars for Marcus.Anyways, windshield looks great. Reasonably priced and quick service

My windshield was smashed. I needed my windshield replacement fast because it was my wifes and I only way of transportation. I called different glass shops and all of them said it would be the next day until they could get to my vehicle. I called Auto Glass Now, and explained my situation. They said informed me they would be more the happy to help. Got me in on the same day. As I was waiting for my car, they informed me the delivery trucks werent able to run due to the weather. Well they had someone from Durham to meet them in Wilson so they could get my windshield fixed. Now thats what I can customer service. I will highly recommended them to anyone. In and out in a little over an hour.

Will not refund if youre not satisfied even within the thirty day warranty. - Your reply to my post is inaccurate, you can not adjust my mirror to fit your tech,we are not the same height, I did not trust that your tech could drive my van with a distorted side view mirror without wrecking my vehicle by running over another (into) vehicle. There is no doubt in my mind that you would not pay for any damages considering you did not even reimburse $52.00. I will be in touch with your corporate office. Was quoted a price for glass and when we got there( 4 hour ride), they doubled the price. Horrible service and rude manager. Fraudulent misrepresentation of prices. Will be contacting the Attorney Generals office. Its not okay for business to mislead and take advantage of their patrons.. Would not recommend

Honestly the worst experience with a car related company. Not only were they incompetent in being able to replace a side window, but they stripped the window regulator, didnt replace the bolts, and then sent me to the dealer. Dont go here.

This is the worst service that Ive ever received in my life. Never go here and do your business with this company. I had an 8 am appointment and the lady had the wrong glass and basically blamed me, stating that I told her that I had a different type of vehicle. To make a long story short They will NEVER have to worry about me again coming to their hole in the wall that they call a shop. Very ghetto and unprofessional. They may have the cheapest prices but they also have the cheapest attitudes.

I will definitely not refer anyone to this company. They did a horrible job replacing my windshield. The seal along the top of my vehicle looks awful. One side of the seal is actually sticking out of the windshield. I called the company and they told me its a warranty issue and I have to take it to the nearest auto glass now to have the seal redone. Unfortunately im in California now so the nearest location is hours away from me. I am beyond disappointed

We used this place two years ago to replace the windshield on a Honda Civic. They pulled all the seals around the windshield, fair enough, knew they would, but they tore off the left and right molding trim which extended all the way up and over the roof of the car leaving empty grooves where rain water would just funnel straight into the engine under the hood. When we picked up the car, we asked what happened and were told that was “normal” and that the pieces were so torn up they’d thrown them out and we should go to the dealership because they’d probably “just give us some replacements”. Yeah, right. We ended up coming up with a fix on our own that was basically a band aid. Now we’re looking at getting the parts and it’s almost $300 to replace. So on top of returning our car with a windshield that was not sealed in any way, no gaskets, no trim, nothing, they made off with $300 worth of trim that could have been easily removed without damaging it so it could be reinstalled. I’m disgusted that I didn’t research better when it first happened because I knew the whole situation was fishy, but hopefully my experience can help someone else from making the same mistake. When you have your windshield replaced, your car should be returned to you in the same condition, with all it’s trim and moldings, no exceptions.

When i arrived for my appointment, i was told that the windshield was cracked in transit. I understand that accidents happen, and i was fine with that. What i wasnt fine with is not being notified that it happened. So when i drove the 20 minutes to get there, im told that they cant do my appointment until they get another one (later that day).When i came back later and asked the only person available (which apparently was one of the technicians) Why didnt i get a call I get a lecture from the manager, when she showed up, that I should have asked her and why did i ask her Techs.Her response about not calling was they were busy, i guess she forgot that i am her business also.I was thinking about adding a star because their work wasnt bad, but customer service is more important.

I really loved the service, Our window that was cracked looks great and it was a very low price.

Good price but the job was not done properly. They were nice and let me know my car had some rust on it, however since there was rust, they couldnt give me a warranty. So i understand that, but from day 1 of taking my car home, the window leaked. It never leaked before I took it in to get the windshield replaced. Then a few days later, the weatherstripping they put on around the new windshield started coming off and was flapping in the wind as I drove. Also my car had dust and other things all over it because they never cleaned their mess.Needless to say, I dont recommend going here unless you feel like fixing something later. Mind you I had issues from day one, even after they said they had tested it for leaks before giving it back to me. The other issues began to show up 2 weeks later.
