I was blown away by my experience with at Mattress Warehouse. WC was great from the moment I walked in the door. He used the bed match system to find the best bed for me. He was patient with me and listened to all my concerns and my likes and dislikes with each bed. He also took into consideration my medical needs and suggested a adjustable base since I would be having to elevate the head of the bed with a standard frame. I would HIGHLY recommend WC and Mattress Warehouse to anyone looking for a new bed. And you cant beat the one time payment, 10 year warranty on the adjustable base.

WC was very helpful and made me and my husband’s first experience buying our first mattress amazing. I’m so happy to say that we found our perfect mattress.Update—About three weeks before our 90 days warranty was up, me and my husband noticed that the bed was sinking in the middle, one morning that I woke up crying because I couldn’t take the back pain anymore and I knew that it wasn’t about getting used to the mattress. Tried returning the mattress and the process wasn’t so easy. They let us waiting for a response almost two weeks because we were out their delivery range (we picked up our mattress) due to “COVID-19” they wouldn’t let us drop it off and wanted us to pay to get it picked up. In the meantime, while we were waiting to see how the return/exchange was going to work we had to figure out a way of sleeping a little bit more comfortable and we had to put some old blankets in the middle of the mattress between the box spring and the mattress. They wanted us to pay to get the mattress picked up to be able to exchange it. Now we have a $2,700.00 mattress stuffed with old blankets. We decided to keep our $2,700.00 stuffed with old blankets mattress because we thought it was unfair to have to pay for something that it wasn’t our fault. Listen up and by your mattress from Costco, sam’s, online, etc places that you can actually return your stuff and won’t charge you $2.700.00 for a messed up mattress.

The delivery guys STOLE MONEY from my elderly mother while delivering a bed that was purchased for her birthday. We were told to get a police report and send it. We have not heard back from anyone. An email was sent to Beauchemin, Keller and Gibson. I also spoke with RJ 2 weeks ago, no one will email or return calls. WATCH OUT FOR YOUR ELDERLY LOVED ONES because these managers could care less!!! This happened back in early October 2020. Today is December 9, 2020, have not heard from anyone. Forget calling the number in MD too.

To make a long story short I purchased a mattress in a box and a bunky board about 4 months ago and never received the board and had to go purchase it elsewhere. I have been waiting over 2 months for a credit to be issued. I will never purchase from the company again and would never recommend them to anyone. The store manager was very knowledgeable but their service after the sale is horrible and if I could give them a half a 🌟 I would.
