Purchased Bullfrog spa from Outdoor-Leisure two and half years ago. After the second year, customer service dropped off dramatically. Very poor communication - likely because this business is a one man show. Very poor follow-up on warranty issues after year two.After numerous calls and email to Outdoor Leisure in regards to a poor workmanship installing a control board, finally gave up (after 6 months). Had to call Bullfrog directly to get parts. Bullfrog was very helpful (talked to Brant). He agreed with me and sent the part quickly (at no charge). Of course, I had to install it myself. Took about an hour.Bottom line: Will never buy from Outdoor Leisure ever again.

Mike and his son keep our pool running problem free. They have replaced all of the equipment and helped to open and close. Pools, hot tubs, saunas, grills, smoker chips, bird care and questions answered.. This is the place for all of that! Ruthie Wallenburg
