The people service are attitude, they just want to get the job done, unprofessional they never ask me what kind of oil I need on my truck they just assume I told me the price bad experience on clerk area

Great place to get my truck inspection done. Cant say about oil changes since I do my own.

Went for a State Inspection and I was greeted professionally. Everyone was pleasant and seemed like they appreciated my business.This was my first experience with this location and it will not be my last. They will be Inspecting all my vehicles from here on out.I liked that being my car was low, they could still do my inspection in another stall set up for inspections.The guy even asked if he could move my seat before getting in.They all seemed to treat my vehicle as if I do. Very careful.Thank you and I will be back.

My last visit to this location. Although they were fairly quick, not a professional atmosphere. Actually had a couple of people loitering out front and got in a heated argument. Even the cheapest basic oil change was overpriced. Other than a sloppy vacuum job, dont top off other fluids. More focused on up selling air filters and even quoted a price on $59.95 to grease 4 grease fittings. Apparently they dont focus on repeat business

Lift is always broken and needed service items out of stock on a regular basis. Used to be a great place to do business but has gone to the dogs the last few years. Maybe Meineke or Speedy Oil Change want my business servicing our 3 personal vehicles and 2 business vans.

I first called and spoke with a Treva/Travis? And he was very informative. Fantasia was my cashier and she was very knowledgeable and sweet! She also found me a discount (coupon) for a service that was $192, I only paid $165. They even vacuumed my floorboards. This is now my reoccurring place to get service done to my car. Did I mention I wasn’t even there for 30mins! Idk who’s the franchise manager but they deserve raises! I wish I could give them 10 stars ⭐️!! I’ll be back for sure 💕

Go to this place!!! These men were so helpful to me. I had a minor problem with my car where a piece of plastic was hanging from underneath the bottom of my Infiniti and they fixed it free of charge! They were so friendly and helpful, I HIGHLY recommend going here!

They are so nice here! They explain things to you, give recommendations for tire patches (because they dont do it). I love the service here!!

Pretty fast with all of their work. However, some of the team members are careless with their work. I went in for an oil change and paid over $70 for just oil. It’s overpriced compared to what their competitors offer for much less.

Pricey. Great staff. Quick. Tried the whole upgrade thing. I settled for just an oil change. They even washed my windows inside and out.

My experience would have been ok, had the Technicians not gotten grease and grime all over my light tan interior, (thank goodness it is leather) as well as eleven different areas on the outside of my white car which I had just gotten washed and detailed the day before. Oh, did I mention my carpeted mat inside the car, from where greasy feet had been placed? I would like to suggest a cloth barrier be placed on the outside of the vehicle where the Technicians soiled clothing may rest against and paper mats be placed in the floor board where greasy shoes will be, as well as clean hands before touching anywhere inside the car, most especially the steering wheel where the customer will be placing their hands to drive away.

On my daughters car they didnt change the filter but over filled the oil by 2 quarts.Must be hard to get good help in a college town.....

I went there for a basic service today at the Memorial Drive location. I was met with attitude and unprofessionalism. The manager and technician were no help at all. I am going to get corporate involved because their attitudes were uncalled for. I told them not to even touch my car and to forget about it so I left and went to Precision Tune and my issue was resolved. It makes no sense at all to me how the manager and technician were so unprofessional. I am going to continue to voice my concern on other platforms until Jiffy Lube on Memorial Drive in Greenville NC make a change!

I never have any problems with this Jiffy Lube location. I get my vehicle inspected and the oil changed there. Recently, due to the car running rough, they diagnosed it free.

Prices are outrageous. Yea I do need synthetic oil but 90.00 for an oil change. That’s crazy. Besides I thought they were rude when I told them that it was to much.

You get in and get out no long waits for something as simple as an oil change

Worst service we have ever had. We dealt with the manager and she was EXTREMELY RUDE and not accommodating. She told us there was a 30 min wait and after an hour and a half of waiting, we were still not serviced. We will never go back to another Jiffy Lube and be sure to tell our family and friends. I would never suggest this Jiffy Lube or any other for servicing their vehicle.

Not only did the knowledgeable staff change my moms oil but I ran over a median a week later in MY car and they looked at it for FREE! GREAT, FRIENDLY, PROMPT PEOPLE!!!

One more thing on my negative experience and probably most importantly. The lug nut socket that unlocks my wheels was left laying in the floor board of the passenger seat instead of being placed back in the dash pocket.
