When I was searching for a company to do my internet firewall and surveillance cameras I was told that the system I was buying would do things that it turns out it’s not able to do. It took several months and calls to get 100% of what was possible of what I was promised done. Since then I have had issues and have not received responses back and they are still trying to bill me for maintenance which they haven’t provided. The only response I have had in months is a bogus maintenance bill they say I owe. If they were truly monitoring my system they would have known that 5months after hooking up my system it was hacked and I changed internet providers and my cameras have not been tied into any network. This company’s priorities seem to be totally to businesses and not individual home owners. If you aren’t a big business save your money and go with someone else who is more reasonably priced and who is dedicated to customer service to all their customers, big or small. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

The first venture was an equipment rental business concentrating on festivals for schools, churches, and children’s and family parties.They developed and designed our website and reservation system. Over the years that business grew into a nationally franchised children’s party and daily play centers with over 80 franchises sold. Liquid Video designed the system wide reservation system and website. Equally important they designed all networks that had to comply with credit card standards for all franchises. Also, they designed and installed all the extensive video systems to insure child safety and provided all the fire systems required by code in all the various states. It would have been extremely difficult to outsource all these needs with different companies…they provided everything we needed for the growth of the company.Today I own a rental car company and Liquid Video continues to do all our web design and SEO management.I have recommended them to many associates over the years and all are very happy with not only their work but the personal relationships they create with them.

I paid $2000 for replacing a new DVR which can cost not more then $200 and setting up the Internet access.When I called them to put Sams Club set of cameras, Mr Albert said they are no good and he will not give any guarentee. So I went with what he said. He bought HD DVR of Samsung and set up the Internet access and he charged me $2000 for it. The charge was for the services which comes FREE after everything is installed for next 3 yrs. But suddenly my internet access stopped working of my store from home and when asked to fix it, Mr Albert says, if IP address change, it is not his fault? Who ever fault it is, but he is supposed to fix it as he charged me $2000 for just replacing DVR and have internet access. He is not sending anyone to look at what is wrong at my home PC. Why the site is not opening and why I am not able to access the internet and see through . $2000 is HUGE. I would not recommend Liquid Video to anyone......Just want to add that the security camera system was already there. Liquid Video just replaced the Samsung HD DVR with old one. The Internet access was not there which they did.
