They install my battery for me. Very nice people. I drive from Easley to go there. The same battery cost 40 to 50 dollars more if I go to the auto retail stores here. Its worth the trip for sure.

Great facility with very polite and hardworking staff. Arrived at 8am for a pickup of used batteries. Put me in their dock right away and had me loaded in 45 minutes.

On 10/30/20 I dropped off 2 craftsmen 13.2 volt batteries to be rebuilt as the price quoted to me was reasonable . When I asked how long it would take to have them completed I was told theres one rebuild ahead of you so its possible theyll be finished this afternoon but if not Monday or Tuesday, Well call you. After leaving the batteries and not hearing from them for 6 days I made a trip there hoping to pick them up. I thought possibly I had missed their call. The counter man looked at my claim ticket and checked for the batteries. let me make sure theyre completed He returned to the counter and told me the rebuild guy said it would be next week. 10 days to 2 weeks to rebuild 2 batteries.?I asked for them back and left. Ive been a steady customer there for over 10 years. Their service has definitely deteriorated. I may go back, but these batteries will be rebuilt somewhere else.

Their tech pulls and properly disposes of the old one, installs the new one, and Im going down the road again in 20 minutes. I bought a Streamlight Microstream usb flashlight off the internet. When it quit working after 7 months I called Streamlight. I was told that I could either send it to them for a replacement (it was Xmas) or I could try a service center. I was surprised when I called Battery Specialists in Greenville & was told to bring my defective light in for a no cost replacement. No fuss no muss. They pulled my new red flashlight off the wall & I was out of there in less than 5 mins. No hassle, no questions asked.

I had just left infusions and was exhausted and had to get a jump for the second time that day and so I drove to Battery Specialists and called when I pulled up explaining that I didnt want to turn my car off and had purchased a battery recently from them. They said, turn it off and come on in, well get you going again, and within 10 minutes I was ready to go again, no charge. I cant remember his name but he grabbed a charge kit and some tools and came out and tightens up my posts. Very nice and quick service. Ill return again and again and tell everyone to go there!

I was told this company would buy a used car battery core for approximately $8-10 and they did. Easy. Has to go to Gvl County Sheriffs office to get a permit. No cost to me the 1st copy. If I should lose my copy I would be charged a fee. Permit allows you take salvageable items to reclaimer good place for recycling

2017 CRV, Honda put an inadequate battery in at the factory and my 2 year old car had to have a new battery. We called to make sure they had a battery and got my car started and drove over. I refused to turn it off because I knew it wouldnt start. My husband went in and within 5 min a wonderful gentleman that worked there was asking me to pop the hood so he could replace the battery. These people are usually really busy and we went prepared to wait. But we were in and out of there in less than 15 mins. Not what I wanted for Christmas (we were there on Christmas Eve Eve), but I couldnt ask for better service or price! Grateful the bigger, better battery was less than I expected!

I looked up Streamlight authorized repair service centers and they were the closest to me. Their website said they were open until 4pm. I luckily arrived at 1155am (they code at 12) dropped my light off on Jan 18 and learned that they do not repair them but wait until they have a box full and then send them to Streamlight for the repairs. I started calling on feb 18 and was repeatedly told my light was not back and how Streamlight is slow and really takes their time making repairs! March 18 I called Streamlight and spoke to Leslie who was extremely helpful. She said a light meeting my description came in on February 20 and was shipped back on March 4. I once again called battery specialists and luckily got Travis who searched for about 10 minutes and said he had found my light in the bottom of a box. Travis should be commended! There was no charge from Streamlight or battery specialist. I would not recommend ANY repairs to be done by them. Ship your repairs yourself!

Usually have any kind of battery on hand. I loved my last visit. My second vehicle had been sitting at a shop in Greer, due to Auto Zone in Greer sucks! Ruined my battery, however they gave me a replacement even though it had been a little over the year warranty. Again Auto Zone in Greer sucks! They dont want to make their warranty good, will use any excuse to try and let warranty run out. Then if a part is needed due to the (lets just say transmission thats under a 3 year warranty) and a part is needed because they say, you must now buy a new transfer case or we will void your contract, then you must buy it. Nowhere on their contract does it say because we have to upgrade your transmission because the first one we gave you lasted a week (it was not up to standard to begin with) that the customer must pay for the part for another transmission to be installed. Not the shop but Auto Zone caused our 2nd run around vehicle to be drivable for about 4 mths out of 3 and a half years. This is not consecutively..
