Employees stayed on there phone the whole time.wanted to purchase a tv but ended up walking out.Don’t want to put my money anywhere I can’t get good service.

Stay away from this store they steal your money. You pay and the amount of never goes down. Plus the store manage JEFF always calls you and talks to you with a bad attitude and he always harass you till you pay. It you can stay away from this location please do

This location is cool, clean, and they have nice items. The memorial drive location is ghetto. The staff, and the customers too. All ghetto. So they lose a star because of the Memorial Drive location.

I hate this place. I pay my bill on time every month and they still harass me. My payment is due the day that I get paid. They don’t even give me a chance to pay before blowing my phone up. First thing in the morning before I can even get out of the bed they’re calling me. Multiple times throughout the day. It’s not right. News flash: I have a life!!!! Let me live it. Go harass people that DON’T pay their bill. Not loyal customers that pay on time. Smh

First of all they lie and harass you even when you face with a life changing experience involving your health.you could be only behind say from December the 16th to January 16th thats one month from the 16th of January to to February the 2nd thats a month in a half.they will lie and say you are 2 months behind on a used bed room set that the night stand is falling a part the bed rails to the bed were broke when they set it up and they knew that. So the bed sinks in when you lay on it.In stead of trying to tell you they are not sturdy they still charge you 220.00 a month which is $57. 00 every week for a used set and when you get hip to there harassing phone calls while you are sick going back and forth to the Leo Jenkinss center you dont respond they call they self not taking your payment only after a month in a half when you have the money to catch that month in a half up completely for a bed room set that looks like its been worn out used and rerented several times.when you lay on the bed it sinks in.they know that but do you think they care?.if I had the option of rating this particular rent a center a no star option I would.they are very in concentrate Charge a arm and leg a week for a used set that was falling apart before you started renting it.When you rent from here you are only asking for a ball and chain around your leg and neck.
