I called the store today excited about ordering my auntie an edible arrangement. The answered the phone Hello, edible arrangements, can I help you. I said Hello, how are you doing today?. The lady was 100% dry toned and completely ignored my question. She said again Can I help you? I thought maybe our connection was bad, maybe she could not hear me. I said again Hello, how are you doing today only for her to reply rudely Fine, how can I help you? Now at that point I thought, do I want to entrust my credit card number, depend on an accurate delivery time, or expect a quality product, from a business that has someone answering the phone, that isnt professional, is rude, and obviously opposed to simply saying, Im fine today, how are you? My answer is NO. I nicely said No maam you cannot help me today, thank you. I live out of town and have ordered from this place for my parents and other family that stay closer. This was a hugely disappointing exchange.......

I would leave zero stars if possible. While my gifted arrangement was beautiful, the fruit was terrible. The pineapples were hard (as in inedible), and the strawberries werent sweet. After contacting customer service the first time, I was asked if I wanted another basket or a refund to go back to the purchaser.I was told they would reach out to the purchaser. No such thing happened. I called a second time to customer service and received totally different information, which was the purchaser would have to contact them (even though its clear from the 1st call they have the purchasers phone number because after I provided it, the agent said his name and address), and provide pictures. They probably thought I didnt take pictures but I did. Now how are these pictures going to show the fruit didnt taste good but was fresh? They will do anything not to refund or remake these baskets and added in (Im sure this isnt listed anywhere on their website or stores) We have a 24 hour freshness guarantee. Meanwhile people are spending $100 or better on these gifts. You can make it yourself and get better quality for less money! Buyers beware, they have several negative reviews. I live out of state, I thought it would be nice to send the mother’s in my family Edible arrangements for Mother’s Day.. Jordan, the owners daughter help me with each arrangements and assured me that each of my gift will receive personalize cards in which I created. Not only did my gifts arrive in a unfashionable time. The personalize cards were on the wrong gifts, some gifts were missing a card and I was missing one of the gifts and cards. This is totally unacceptable. The negligence that transpired was unacceptable especially when I went over my order detail. Arrangements are very costly to make mistakes especially when someone from out of state is paying for an particular services. Hopefully I will be compensated for the negligent. I will be calling them in the morning. I will never ever recommend anyone to come here nor would I spend money at this establishment again.

Terrible phone etiquette. So rude, cut me off several times before I could even place my order. Non professional. Requested to speak to the manager. Spoke with Mrs. Carman. Requested her managers number. Refused. I would suggest that the owner follow up with these negative reviews. Bad for business. I would give a zero if it was an option.

I contacted this location today with questions about placing an order. I planned to have the order shipped today. In the initial phone call, I was redirected to the website. I think they may have been busy but this was only an assumption of mine. After viewing the website, I had additional questions about dipping options. When I returned a call to the store/shop, the female who answered sounded bothered and made me feel very uncomfortable about asking questions. Her tone was very degrading and she did not take the time to understand that I was looking for a chocolate dip (cake batter was my preference) other than what was shown on the website. I decided I would not purchase from this location. I guess my loved one will not have an edible arrangement.Perhaps, my business patronage and having me as a customer was not at all important. Worse experience I have ever experienced at this business—unbelievable!!!

My experience was superb. The gentleman that assisted me answered all of my questions and helped me with my decision making for my wifes anniversary gift.

First time and last time. I placed an order for a particular time, went to pick it up and was told they did not sale the particular box I was confused because I ordered from the brochure. Long story short, my order was not started nor ready. Being that it was close to closing, I told them not to bother putting it together because at that point I did not even want it.

Quality has really improved in the past year with the new management. Customer service was friendly & happy to help find a pretty fruit basket for my aunt in the hospital, I even got a free sample of a chocolate covered strawberry (yumm!) There are premade baskets and fruit salads in the store if you are in a rush too. If you need a quick gift this is a good place in Greenville to go.

I just don’t get how you spell my name correct on the order form but mess it all up on the message. Do better.

First to start off with saying that customer service starts off with an attitude over the phone a.k.a. Christie. And then claims that I stated that the delivery that I “told her to try again today” even though I told her specifically to try again tomorrow. Second I shouldn’t have to call you about your employees harassing the recipient 11 times by phone call and have me continuously call to tell you to leave the recipient alone. Such a waste of time and only causes stress. Not to mention the last time y’all’s order came to the door the flowers were dead and the chocolate covered apples that were delivered in a box with individual slots for the apples looked like they were thrown around in a car accident. With lack professional employment and common decency to handle the orders with care it’s a wonder why your company is going down the drain. I’m done wasting my money for overpriced items that turn out to look like they came from dollar generals dumpster. People if you’re reading this don’t settle for this kind of trash when your significant other deserves the best.

Fabulous customer service, busy location. Highly recommend that you pre-order to get exactly what you want, but dont worry, they will do everything possible help you with alternative options if you are in a rush and didnt pre-order. Great location!

Attempted to find out specific information related to an order, had name, order number and they were not helpful in assisting to obtain the necessary information related to an order. They were very abrupt telling me to find out another way!

Its convenient for untimely matters but you can make all of these things yourself. its a good spot if your lazy.

Very good establishment the people that complain don’t really think at all. Sure they missed your delivery but they have over 900 orders to deal with and half of them are deliveries. Also obviously the berries aren’t “Ripe” because “cough” “cough” THEY ARENT EVEN IN SEASON!!!!! For the complainers how about next Valentine’s Day you go in as a temp and see what they have to deal with like I did

Ordered Fruit Bouquet which was beautiful. It was ready at the time I requested. Staff was friendly and courteous.

At the last minute I decided to order an arrangement for my dads birthday. It was bigger than I thought it would be and was beautifully arranged. I will be going back to order from them again to try their fresh fruit cups for lunch.

The delivery man was late by 30 minutes and gave me a half melted chocolate edible arrangement. The company needs to get refrigerated cars and each driver needs to be able to work a GPS or Google Maps for easier convenience.

I ordered an arrangement late Saturday for delivery on Monday. My order was filled, and delivered on time. The fruit was fresh, and the arrangement was prettier than expected!

I will never do business with this company again. It was my first and last experience. I ordered for delivery on Feb 13 2020 and after four phone calls and speaking with the driver and manager it was not delivered. Called on the 14th and did not get a return call that I was promised by Kimberly. So sad because it was less than a half mile from the store!

Poor customer service and a very rude manager. I received an order from this store as a gift and I was not called when the delivery person didnt receive a knock at the door. My apartments office called me and told me that a package had been left with them! The person who ordered this for me was upset about the delivery process and called the store, only to speak to the manager who was very rude and did not offer and help. Then to add to it all, there was a hair melted into the chocolate of one of my strawberries. So, I was not even able to eat all of the strawberries because that was so disgusting to me and I didnt want to chance finding any more hairs.

They couldnt find my order when I came to pick up at first. Then, they gave me the white strawberries when it was supposed to be the regular brown chocolate. The worst part is that the strawberries WERE NOT EVEN RIPE... they were half red and the tops were yellow and green.

I ordered an arrangement in person at the Congaree Rd., Greenville, SC, store. I gave them an addressed envelope with a very special note inside. I reminded the man who took my order to be sure to include this envelope when delivering. He assured me that he would. The arrangement was delivered but did not include the envelope, so the recipient had no idea who the arrangement was from until she called the store. I then called the store and asked what happened to the envelope. He said he would ask the delivery person and get back to me that day. Never happened. Next time Ill spend my $85 elsewhere.

I order a birthday edible basket along with some balloons that cost a extra 13.00 dollars.I order this on feb14,2017 at apr0x 1pm eastern stanDard time.it was to be deliver Feb 15 on my sister birthday.I call my sister at 7:30p.m. est.she hasnot receive it . I tried to call them they are close and I could not leave a message because there mailbox is full.worst customer service I have ever experience. They didnt hav e problem charging my credit card .I will never use this company again.
