Heard great things about this place so I decided to try them out. The cookies were good but pricey. I expected them to be super delicious and they were just ok. The store was clean and staff was friendly and helpful.

If you are looking for a real treat, definitely stop by Insomnia Cookies! I loved the ice cream sandwich and overall service. Definitely recommend ❤️❤️❤️

While I’m in college I like to “treat” myself sometimes by walking here at night and buying something. The prices are really high but I still do it for the fun of it. Tonight I got cookie dough ice cream and there was a small bug in it. I’m highly uncomfortable with bugs and I certainly don’t like them in my ice cream. Maybe they should cover the ice cream better.

Ordered a monster sundae with birthday cake, confetti cookie and sprinkles. Only thing they got right was the sprinkles. Don’t understand why they didn’t just tell me they didn’t have the flavors I wanted.

Pretty tasty cookies. Price was a little high. They were moist and fresh, which I love for my cookies.

Used to love this place but the past couple months now they’re consistently giving us old, hard cookies. I thought they were supposed to be fresh I guess you have to ask for warm cookies now? Please fix this. Side note; the staff is never very friendly at least towards us.

Omg 😭😂😂 As long Ive lived in Greenville and I cant believe that this is my first time ever knowing about Insomnia Cookies lol now I dont know what ingredients they put in their ice cream but it is the best ice cream everrrr!!! Im in love with the m&ms in top of the cookies n cream ice cream and the macadamia cookie, man!! For some reason when I buy ice cream from the grocery store and comparing it to Insomnia, the grocery store ice cream doesnt taste as buttery and as yummy as theirs. So now I know where to go when I gotta sweet tooth for ice cream. I highly recommend the everyone in Gville try Insomnia Cookies! Amazing job guys!!👍

DO NOT GET DELIVERY! This place is their delivery times are HOURS. Save yourself the time and money, go to the grocery store, pick up a tub of cookie dough and make them yourself. I paid a delivery fee to go pick up the cookies myself an hour and a half later.

I was looking for a place that delivers ice cream late at night and this site popped up. Then I put in my address and they delivered in my area. I was glad so I had to try them for the first time. Why havent I heard of them before? Anyways, I placed a small order and they delivered in a nice amount of time with my stuff. To be honest, the ice cream was very delicious along with the cookies too. I enjoyed what I ordered from them and I plan on ordering again. I order 2 chocolate chips cookies, tasted great and chewy, chocolate ice cream with snickers topping was great and very, very delicious. I think its my favorite now. I enjoyed that flavor a lot. I also got the cookies and cream ice cream with the MMs topping. Everything was very very tasty and delicious. My go-to for now on.

I ordered delivery & my order didnt take long to come at all and the guy who dropped off my order was polite! However, I ordered a cookiewhich with vanilla ice cream and got delivered only 2 cookies. I caught the delivery guy before he left and let him know I was missing my ice cream. It was upsetting and I was disappointed especially when its something you were craving and looking forward to. Not to mention they NEVER answered the phone when I kept calling to let them know what I was missing. Very annoying.

This was delicious! Would be in a lot of calorie trouble if it was close to me! The cost is a bit much but the cookies are definitely great and the staff is helpful and quick.

Wow--I wanted to add something to offset the negative reviews I have seen, as I have had nothing but great experiences from Insomnia Cookies in Greenville, NC. Maybe the in-store experience is different from ordering delivery, but I have appreciated how prompt the delivery service has been, and one driver went so far as to tell me that they hoped my dog healed quickly when I let them know not to knock since I had to keep her calm following a major surgery. Thanks for making my all-nighters of grading a little more bearable!

Normally a great experience, but today (03/19/21) the service/app was not very functional. Ordered as usual, put daughter’s address in (as usual). Cookies never delivered. Daughter drove to location (downtown Greenville, NC) and at first, they said no order received, but then found her order in store (30 mins later). Said that she had to call customer service for refund of delivery fee. I have 2 daughters in college in NC (me in VA), but I will not use this service again. For the record, I called 3X and waited 15+ minutes and no answer (daughter drove there while I was on hold). Very disappointing and not good customer service when daughter got to store (I was in speaker when she got there-they acted as if we were stealing from them). Sux, but true. Never again. Hope your experience is better. Good cookies otherwise.

My son ordered ice cream and cookies last night and bite down on a big sharp piece of thick plastic or glass in ice cream, when that ice cream was being made if something broke and fell in it, why didn’t you guys just throw that batch out? that would have been wayyyyy safer than keeping what was being Made at the time!! I Got Two Triple Chocolate Chunk Cookies And Smores, And My Niece Got A Confetti Cookie And White Macadamia Nut Cookie. She Loved It. I Could Only Eat ONE! My Body Refused To Let Me Eat Another. But It Was So Good. These Cookies Will Make You Hurt Yourself. And They Were Warm! Ill Definitely Be Back

Manager in Greenville NC is just as rude as it can get. The Service is horrible. She really wanted to treat me like **** after I called in and placed an order through their service and THEY MESSED UP and sent it to Greenville SC instead of NC. I Got charged $15 for nothing and wasted 30 mins of my weekend night. Don’t depend on these guys!

Heard about them from ECU Parents Facebook page. Decided to try them out today while visiting daughter. YUM!! Will definitely be using their delivery service for pick-me-ups and special occaisions.

Looking at past reviews y’all have been having this problem for over 3 years!!! GET IT TOGETHER! Why is there no new system in place to put an end to the outstanding delivery times?! I would highly recommend takeout or you’ll be up all night waiting for your sweets.

Literally wish I could give more stars! This location is the bomb. I have ordered four or five times and they are consistently fast, accurate, and deliver delicious cookies. The cookies are soft and warm on the inside with a teeny bit of crisp just at the edge. I have been impressed over and over. Highly recommend these after you’ve been studying all week as a reward. You deserve it.

Order late, actually still havent gotten it. Call to store gets office in SC. Communication very poor, could not understand me well. They said order left store 5 min ago when tracker said it was delivered 30 mins ago. Customer Service Agent hung up on me. Now been 90 mins and still nothing.

Order my cookies as I got them an hour and half later after I called corporate twice to check on my order. I only called their corporate because apparently you can’t call the store directly. I won’t give them 1 star because the cookies were still kinda warm.

The matter of hygiene here is very questionable. I found hair in my ice cream and my husband saw a redish spot in his ice cream (I prefer not to think it was blood)....this is horrible...horrible management....this place should be shut down for a thorough hygiene investigation. I will never ever buy anything from here ever again.

The staff is awesome! Every delivery driver is always happy and upbeat. I like that we have cookie choices in Greenville. Campus cookies is great for the specialty cookies. They always have multiple different cookies on the menu. Insomnia cookies has an amazing taste and quality. To be honest when I want a good cookie for a good price I go to campus cookies. When I want something delicious and better than home cooking I go to insomnia. It may only be on pay day or a special occasion but its 100% worth it.

I go inside to buy some cookies and told I cant place my order in store. But I can place on there app and they will bring me cookies out to me. I did that. Then I am getting told it will take 20 minutes for my cookies. If the person in the store told me that it was going to take 20 minutes for some cookies then I would not not have order them. I dont think there cookies are worth me waiting 20 minutes for.

All cookies taste great! Our favorites are peanut butter and chocolate chip. Weve been buying from Insomnia cookies for a long time. Orders were always done correctly, cookies always yummy and very soft! They prepare your order quickly too. Last week I came for pick up and a guy (I think his name is Justin), was very busy but he managed to get my order done even sooner than quoted time! Great job!

Me and my friend ordered from them for the second time this week. The first time they were an hour late. The second time they were two hours late and our order was wrong. I called twice and both times I was told it was on its way. I do not recommend ordering from this location.

The cookies tasted fine. The guy who was working behind the counter was a complete moron. He attempted to repeat back the order and whatever he mumbled could hardly be considered a language. Half the order was wrong and we were made to feel as though we an inconvenience to him. My family offers our apologies for ordering from your company. We will not make that mistake again.

Pretty alright cookies, neither good nor bad. Prices are absurd, however... $6+ for a combo of two cookies and some milk. Im sure the target audience is hungry college kids hurting for delivered cookies (?) because they certainly arent gourmet or stand-out for the cost.

SCAM!!! They very nicely took my order and processed my credit card transaction promptly, but never delivered my cookies! Customer Service informed me they had no order, even though I emailed proof of the transaction! He told me if I wanted my cookies I’d have to pay again! Beware! It’s a scam! Hard to beat a hot, fresh cookie!

I placed an order in advanced to be delivered in 2 hours. You would think that is more than enough notice to get everything right and ready to deliver. An hour and a half after the time it was supposed to be delivered I was on my fourth call to insomnia support (because you cant call a store directly) asking for a refund. Only now as Im writing this did those (Luke warm) cookies arrive without so much as a sorry for the wait from the delivery driver. The support staff were very helpful but as for this store I would not even consider ordering from them again after this ordeal.

I live at the very edge of their delivery radius, granted I am technically out of it, but to put things into perspective, I live on a street with 6 houses - the first three are in range. I offered to meet them at the end of the block, they said no, it wasnt safe.... Well ok, I said, could I give you a nice tip to come a few hundred more feet? No miss, thats our policy. Well you know what my policy is? I tell it like it is, and this is crappy customer service.

So last night me and friends went and got some cookies as we walked in they wouldn’t serve us because we weren’t wearing face masks, so we went back to the car and got them so we can buy some cookies as we were waiting we noticed a few white people came in with no mask and got served and not denied service, I guess because we weren’t white maybe they thought brown folks carry the corona virus, will never go back to that place again

First of all I love the taste and texture of these cookies. They are my absolute favorite and are far better than campus cookies. However, I have run into a few delivery issues lately that have me a little concerned. My last two orders have had errors. 1 forgot my milk and it took an hour for them to return with it. I had already eaten my cookie by then, so at that point the milk was useless. The other order I had order a cookie cake and there was little pieces of paper stuck randomly on the bottom of the cookie cake. I shouldnt have to inspect the bottom of my cookie cake to make sure Im not getting a big mouthful of paper.tldr; Great cookies, but more effort is needed on staff/delivery end.
