I have purchased some cute little gnomes for different seasons/holidays several times here.Plus I usually pick up some cat toys each time I visit.The manager, Amanda, is super friendly! She helped me measure an adorable gray couch that was unfortunately too big to fit the area I wanted it for.This Greenville location seems to usually be MUCH cleaner and well organized than the one in Easley.I recommend this one. You never know what you will find, but its usually VERY reasonably priced.

This store is freaking cool. Over stock from other stores so inventory is continually changing. You can find amazing deals from food to clothing to household goods.

Cool store, This was my first visit to this store. I honestly did not even know it was there. I found some really great things at a really descent price. The staff was efficient and friendly and store was clean and orderly. Definitely worth the stop!

I worked there for 6 months. The store manager, Amanda, is the worst boss I’ve had in 11 years of working. One of our other managers quit because of the way Amanda would literally scream at her in front of coworkers and customers. She cussed out and demeaned the electricians our company hired to look at our paper towel dispensers on speakerphone so they could hear her, so bad that they won’t come back out and fix them after the initial assessment. She denied employment to a girl because her dad was a homeless guy who panhandled outside our store. She told me I couldn’t sit down even though I was 7 month’s pregnant. I’ve had 3 people come thru my line (I was a cashier) and complain about her. She hired one woman on as a manager just because they’re friends. On my life she is a devil.

I didnt find what I was looking for at the time. However, they did have some good deals. There are many items which were overpriced as compared to other bargain stores. I would just be careful to compare prices.

Bargain Hunt in the Haywood Plaza is a large store full of great low prices Theirs a huge inventory of deals They have alot of clothing and various items The store is clean and the employees are very friendly and helpful I have found some cool items at the Bargain Hunt

You are able to find some good deals but better off checking prices elsewhere because may not be the lowest. Anything that requires activation DO NOT BUY because could be reported stolen by previous owner and then Bargain Hunt wont accept returns on. This place is a glorified BINTIME but they charge almost full price. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

The new blonde manager is rather rude and the way I witnessed her talk to some of her employees putting stuff away on shelves was appalling. It also took her forever to come to the front for my return. You must be paying them pretty good money to not have walked out on her for it. The store is rather messy and the store itself was really in disarray. Toys in the middle of the aisles and no one was willing to help me with a rug. You need a floor staff. Overall between the rude manager acting the way she did and not many real bargains it wont be worth it to return.

Used to be much better when it originally opened. Things were better prices than anywhere else in town. Not anymore.Ive had to return several electronics purchased here. It appears theyre usually damaged or missing parts.Its hit or miss-- sometimes you can find something random at a great price. Most of the time, you wont.Definitely dont go looking for anything specific.

There werent many bargains that I found. There were lots of different products from furniture to candy.

A friend had been telling me about Bargain Hunt for some time, so I was super excited to find one when I was in town. The shelves were practically empty (which I understand is a risk, considering the nature of the store, but still.) I did find a few sweaters and dresses that I wanted to try on. Most of them were not really what Id consider to be a bargain, but I was trying to keep an open mind. I did find a really cute black sweater in my size, that was just what Id been looking for. When I took it back to try it on, I realized there was not one, not two, but three huge pieces of yarn detached from the sleeves. Im not sure that it could have been repaired, and would have continued to unravel more. I also found flaws, some major, some more minor, in almost everything I tried on. But the most unsettling thing was one of the employees. I have long red hair, which is evidently his thing. He kept following me around, mumbling at me as I shopped (and not just stocking or doing his job - actively following me.) I wish Id said something to a manager, because it was honestly getting pretty creepy, but I just wanted to get out of this store as fast as I possibly could.

Honest opinion yes five star review. Listen youre going to find some good stuff and you going to find some not-so-good stuff. I found Carhartt pants there which are awesome I found some open bottles of shampoo which is not awesome but thats what the store is and what it does. You can find brand new toothbrushes, vitamins, dog harnesses, blenders, bed sheets, kids toys, clothes, outdoor furniture, seasonal items, Electronics but you never know what youre going to get, I guess thats why they call it Bargain... Hunt because thats what youre going to do. Youre going to hunt around and fine a little bit of everything. I like to go here when Im looking for something but maybe nothing specific and if I cant find it then Ill go somewhere else.

The one in Easley is much better than this one. But I was near this one and able to pick my cat treats here for a steal off the regular price.

My new favorite store! I pretty much always walk out of there with something I have always wanted (or needed) at a 60% or more discount compared to other retailers. Its a fun store to shop and neatly organized considering the amount of shipment they get each week.

I didnt know there were more of these and this is the 1st one i ever been to or even heard of. I love this store and they have some of the best deals ive ever seen on the items they carry. This store is like what youd get if you combined a Big Lots and a TJ Max/Marshalls and then lowered the prices even more than those aforementioned stores! Plus they have a section with furniture and appliances but these are all close out and liquidated and its priced accordingly so theres some great deals with that. While they have a very good and large selection there mainly if its close or shoes your looking for then this would be a great first stop.

This place is a total mess!. If you like hunting for a bargain and expect to spend your valuable time searching, then this place is for you! Be warned, most large items are returns from big box stores. Most boxes are retaped haphazardly and are sometimes missing pieces that are critical to the operation of the purchase. If youre inclined to give it a try, my suggestion is to open the box at the register and make sure all parts are there.

I had difficulty finding the bargains.

This place was the best place to shop last year. The prices has really escalated. I give this place 3months. I rather go to Gabes. A block or two down the street.

The Easley Location is much bigger...Like twice as big. It felt like this was the pop-up shop version. There was one department where without a doubt this location would best the Easley store (in inventory): SOFAS & SECTIONALS. In terms of quality/brand (2 depts): HEALTH/BEAUTY & HOME DECOR.

Went in today and witnessed the staff fighting after one demanded the other go to the office. Other customers and myself heard a loud argument between two ladies in the office. Loud pounding and cursing! We all agreed that we would rather leave the store than stay. Very unprofessional!

I always find good deals here and normally leave purchasing more than I intend. I love the deals on diapers here. I like the ever changing inventory

Very hit or miss. Ive gone in and seen nothing but junk. And other times, Ive found 3 super cute name brand pairs of Jean shorts (they each ended up ringing up for only a dollar each) . Youve gotta be willing to do some digging.

My experience with the deals at Bargain Hunt have been either out of this world or horrible. There doesnt seem to be a middle ground. Definitely worth a visit, but keep expectations low. The employees are super kind and always helpful. I will say their dressing rooms are a joke. They are only about shoulder height and you can easily see the person across from. you.

Bargain Hunt: Where liars, theives, and inconsistency rule everywhere. If u think hard work pays off here, DONT!! I PROMISE YOU! Never have I seen a location lose sight of its morals and its integrity as fast as Greenville.

Love the place, its changed a bit. But I got my computer there that was $1,500 for $547 that was the best purchase yet and its just cheaper there so this is the real life Honey

As soon as you walk through the aisles your overwhelmed by how everything is thrown all over the place. The shelves are definitely over stocked and theres zero organization which is expected from reading most of these reviews. Its definitely a hit or miss on the prices. We were able to score a pot set t-fal for only $30. The same exact set we have at home, which we bought for on sale for $75. So that was definitely a great find. Clothing was just as a mess. Prices for most things were a bit over priced I think. Just remember you have to rummage through everything at least at this location.

I thought the bald guy manager working there used to be easy going and helpful, but he has developed an attitude. You used to be able to get great discounts here but not anymore. The rules about purchasing items and what discounts are available change daily. When I asked the manager if there was a change in company policy he said No, its just the way things are supposed to be. In other words, you may or may not get discounts that you got during your last visit or from the Easley bargain hunt depending on how bald guy manager is feeling that day. It also doesnt help that the cashiers dont seem to know much about what the daily buying policy is and have to call for the manager with every question. Many of them seem to just sit around and not do a whole lot, possibly because the manager doesnt give them any direction. However, the cashiers are generally easy to deal with and treat you nicely.I have seen several items sit on the shelves for months on end with nobody buying them. I have tried asking if they would sell some of them at a discounted price since they have a lot of them, but they refuse to budge on the price. If they would rather throw items away than make a sale to a customer, so be it I guess.Also, I have seen another manager here buy shopping carts full of merchandise immediately after their shift ending. As in many of the items that have the best discounts in the store. Whats the point of running a discount store if the manager there buys all of the good stuff that they have inside knowledge about? Pretty shady if you ask me...Save yourself the hassle and shop at the Easley bargain hunt.

Messy! Men’s, Women’s and children items are mixed as well as sizes. Dust and debris on the floor. Not a good shopping experience. Prices and quality of items not worth the time.

Lots of good deals and worth a good look. Wish there were more TVs and such, but its great for finding some gems and some decent kitchenware and toys.

Loved this store, and will shop here whenever Im in Greenville. Its a returned items, damaged goods discount store, its not some fancy stuff at the mall. There are 1200 count sheets, there is dog food, baby stuff, etc. It isnt a showplace, its a very busy discount store w some GREAT DEALS on brand name goods. There are dings and flaws, but that happens at Macys too....check their bargain table on the ground floor....Just go in and dig, enjoy your adventure. Its been 6 months....but I will go back!!!

When this store opened it was the coolest store Id been Into in a long time, but everything has changed since then. The Employees are downright rude, which obviously comes from management as I asked the manager if I could try a phone case on my phone to which he replied yeah, I guess so it wasnt five minutes later as I was leaving I overheard him and one of his boys as he said referring to the company as a piece of sh#*&... This place is shady however I know someone who pays one employee there to get all the new stuff then sells it at the Pickens flea market so we are paying full price while the employees are taking side money to let this women come in before opening the store and have first pick Ive had to wait in line almost an hour to get in the store while she just walks in gets tons of stuff but only pays for a couple of items cause she paid that employee to do so not to mention she takes it to the flea market and charges more Ive seen her at the flea market in Pickens sc she also sales stuff from bath and body works this place a scam dont go there.remember she the only lady that sells bath and body works items at the Pickens south Carolina flea market .

This is the best store EVER! anything and everything you could possibly want. from electronics to housewares to beauty and make up, cleaners, groceries, toys, clothes and furniture. everything with such wonderfully amazing prices. I was able to get inkd blue tooth speakers for 4$ and a 24pck of Chairmen toilet paper for 3.95$.

Best store. If this store was a woman, she would be dressed in colors along the side of the road selling potatoes with deformaties. Still perfectly good products for the most part, just sold at a discount because the pacakaging is torn, or they didnt sell well enough to meet corporate demand in their original stores.Service is really nice as well. Beat bargians around, theres another one, which is much larger, but the service is lesser, theyre both triple A stores.Especially after they fired the dude, Matt, who spent all day annoying every woman within ten feet of him. The staff overhaul was a good thing and I think they also pay them more per hour now as well.
