What is there to say that hasnt been said already? Duck Donuts is an experience unlike any other. The donuts are always amazing, no matter what flavor you get and they have a very distinct duck donuts flavor profile. I recommend the Cinnamon Bun and Smores the most.

Wonderful donuts. Made fresh and in front of you when ordered. Very wide variety of toppings and flavours. They have a few tables inside and a couple outdoors for your enjoyment there when fresh off the oil. Located in city area of Greenville with much to do while in the area.

Duck Donuts makes fresh donuts right in front of you which is good but takes longer time than regular donut stores. To me the donut was way too sweet and greasy.

Had never even heard of this shop and it did not disappoint. Attendant was patient while I chose my flavor combinations and they were all freshly made before me! So cool. Will be back with the kiddos.

These donuts are so heavy in grease that all you can taste is the grease under all the loaded toppings. I am not sure why they take them straight from the grease to making them, seems they would be better if they let them drip for a little bit. I know people love these, but I just cant get over how heavy the grease is and for me it ruins it. My mom actually had one last night for her birthday and she said all night she just had a greasy feeling/taste at the roof of her mouth and almost made her sick.

The donuts were good but the service was not. The workers were very rude. If a 10 year old says they were being rude that should tell you how rude they were. The other worker just kept rolling her eyes when people were coming in. After we ordered our friend patiently waited for about 5 min, there were two workers, but they never took their order so we just left. 6/10 may come again. Please read update.Updated:We went back. The situation was fixed by the new owner who was very helpful. The employees were super nice this time and the donuts were still very good. I would recommend giving it a chance.

Nothing beats a hot fresh donut, that is made to order right in front of you! You pick your toppings (from their list) and watch them make it. I am not even a Donut person....at all and I love Ducks Donuts (I dont like Krispy Kreme). My favorite of theirs is the Bare....it is exactly what it sounds like Plain but it is so fresh and lite. Definitely worth stopping by.

Not your ordinary donut place. They serve a cake type donut with ur choice from a large variety of toppings. Always hot because they are made to order. Dont be afraid to step out of your comfort zone and try something crazy.....I recommend the maple glaze with bacon crumbles (sounds crazy, but it is really good). We mostly get the cinnamon & sugar, but any donut from Duck Donuts is good!!

I love Duck Doughnuts! So delicious. I actually had Duck Doughnuts for my 21st birthday cake. Cinnamon bun is my absolute fave. Theyre a bit too pricey to enjoy regularly which is saddening, but the cost does not feel unreasonable. I do get a bit stressed by the possible bacon contamination factor, but Ive only actually encountered an issue once or twice. Duck Doughnuts definitely need to be enjoyed fresh!

Always a positive experience. A different type of donut than the Krispy Kreme, super dough-heavy and light style of donut. This favors a more classic bakery-style donut. Fried and cake-heavy but super delicious.Have had catering and multiple takeouts from them and will continue to do so.

Honestly the WORST service Ive ever received. I cant even comment of the actual donuts because I had to cancel my order before getting them. I ordered 3 donuts and a coffee and after 30+ minutes of waiting, my child fell and got hurt IN THE RESTAURANT and we had to leave. My husband went back to get a refund and was told NO by one of the employees. Finally another employee came over and processed the refund. One of the employees yelled at me and said I cant cancel your order if I dont know what your order is!!. The way the whole situation was handled was completely ridiculous and unprofessional. They need more workers and a strong lesson in customer service! If management reads this, I hope you explain to your employees how to treat customers. Im sure most employees are college students. And theyll never make it in a career acting that way!VERY disappointed in my first ever experience at Duck Donuts. I will not be back.

Duck Donuts is ALWAYS delicious!! My kids love it. My wife loves it. And I most definitely love it! The choices are unlimited. I typically go for the French toast, my wife loves the cinnamon sugar, and kids love the chocolate with sprinkles. Ive had the maple Bacon. Weve never had one we didnt like honestly. The service is always friendly no matter how busy they are. They are the perfect size to try a couple. Perfect when eaten fresh. But even good a few days later zapped in the microwave for a few seconds!

I’ve been to the Duck Donuts on Arlington a few times but when I went this morning the two employees there were not helpful at all. The note on the window says to call upon arrival so after calling the store phone twice and watching both of them ignore the phone (They both looked at me then went back to moving around the store without helping) I gave it the benefit of the doubt I checked to see when they opened (6am) and when I saw they were supposedly open I tried knocking on the door in which they continued to ignore me. To say the least I’m greatly disappointed that I wasted the little bit of my time before work going there, definitely won’t make that mistake again!

This was my first visit ever to Duck Donuts. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was given a full explanation of the ordering process. I had a list ready from checking out the website. The donuts are cake batter with a wide variety of combinations to put on top. They were still warm when I got them home to my family. Wow is the least I can say! Each donut has its own special flavor. It is like having mini-birthday cakes! I highly recommend this establishment for anyone looking for variety.

Duck Donuts are the best donuts I believe I have ever eaten!!! Its a donut like no other.. cooked fresh and your toppings are applied as as soon as your donut is cooked!! If you love donuts, this will definitely be your favorite!!!

My friends and I regretfully chose duck donuts over krispy kreme today. We ordered everything online and specified that we wanted to do curbside pick-up. We called as soon as we got there and were informed that the order would be out soon; waited 25 minutes and called again. She then informed us that shes too busy to run the donuts out so we had to go into the store to get them. They were cold and if she would have said during the first phone call that we should just come in and get it, it wouldnt have been a problem.but,I still love u duck

Fresh made nothing better than A Hot doughnuts

Smelled like a nasty oily deep fryer in there. Our clothes smells for the rest of the day. The cake donuts were good- excellent in fact. However the toppings are so flavorless and over sweet you cant tell the difference between peanut butter and blueberry. Quite overpriced, especially if you were to buy per donut! Over $14 for just pretty donuts is a bit much.

The donuts were delicious- very different from the norm. Nice spot but I will say that the staff (one young lady in particular), could have been friendlier. She seemed as if she didnt want to be there and a bit annoyed. Go home! But leave the donuts.
