Only had to wait 3 weeks for delivery to my remote location. The crew arrived on time as scheduled and did a great job installing the gym and cleaning up. The two young men sent out to move and assemble my treadmill did a great job. Fantastic attitude, had their masks on when they arrived and kept them on throughout the work. Our experience with this company has been excellent so far. We engaged them to install a NordicTrack 1750. The technician who came out, Jacob Lee, knew his stuff and went at it with clockwork precision. Jacob is also a pleasant guy to deal with. The charge, though not cheap, was worth it. I would definitely use them again for my service needs.

I had a great experience when my treadmill was delivered a year ago. They were on time, left behind no debris, and answered all my questions. A few days ago, I had a problem with my treadmill and they were able to walk me through steps to revolve it myself over the phone. Someone also came out today for annual maintenance and provided the same level of service I have come to expect from this company. You can rest assured that with this company you will always have prompt and helpful support for your equipment!

I ordered a Zero Runner ZR8. Customer service was outstanding. They were professional and knowledgeable. I had a hip replacement and was concerned if this was the right machine for me. They even helped me research to find out if this was a good pick. They even offered to change it with something else if it was too hard on my hip. The staff that delivered my machine were great. They delivered to my house which was 2 1/2 hours away. It was set up quickly. They give me step by step operating instructions. I could not ask for a better experience! And the ZR8 is awesome!
