Design Remedy has so many great items that are very unique, good quality and great price. I have several decor items from this store in my living room and foyer and I love them so much and I’ve received many complements on the items. And really the best thing you can do is to have Marquette, the owner, to do a design consultation. She is a very talented designer! Natural Disaster to Natural BeautyIn August 2017, Hurricane Harvey hit the gulf coast and dumped over 60” of rain in Texas. We lost everything in our home. When you go through a natural disaster like Hurricane Harvey, the moments of despair and uncertainty are overwhelming. Marquette, owner of Design Remedy, came to Houston to help with recovery efforts. She saw our house when it was just studs and slab.Where we saw devastation, Marquette saw opportunity. Her vision of what our house could be and the changes that needed to be made to make that vision a reality was simply amazing.Thank you Marquette for turning our house into a home.

Marquette at Design Remedy is absolutely amazing! She can take your ideas (or Pinterest boards) and completely bring them to life. She has the know-how, the vision, and the creativity. The things she can think of instantly when she looks at a space is incredible. Marquette has helped us with our great room, kitchen, and bedrooms.
