This store is always on point. The employess are great. The store is always clean. And I normally find everything I look for.

Clean and neat. Fully stocked. VERY tight on procedure (customers masking, backpacks, ID, etc), if that floats your boat.

Bi-lo used to be the grocery store with the cheapest prices. Now they on average are the highest. I go only if I need something quick because they are the closest.

Went today and noticed lots of items out of stock and the rest had 15%-40% off due to their upcoming closing this April 18th.

Good staff, always helpful, one of the cleanest stores I have been in. Adhere to Covid-19 protocols. Love the fact that they have a Hispanic in their upper management.

Friendly bilo. Not as expensive as the new Fancy grocery stores that have come to gville.

Employees masks were below nose or wearing on chins in the deli. Female butcher wasnt wearing a mask at all behind counter or on the floor and shelf stockers were below nose or not covering mouth. Felt VERY unsafe & left & went to Publix where all were following safety rules.

It has the basic necessities you wont find many specialty items. The Ingles is only a mile down the road and in my opinion that is a better shopping experience. But if your not wanting to fight with the crowds make this your stop.

Was close to the store, I needed a last minute item, so when I went in, it was clean, hardly anybody in there and the people working were pleasant. I picked up a few extra things, would stop here again.

Great. Got a good deal on some ground beef and other meats. The young lady that was my cashier was very friendly and nice. Also the young lady that was bagging my food knew how to bag properly. She also was very friendly and polite. Place with nice and clean.

The store was clean, and the employees were friendly and knew the store layout very well. The 2 checkout lines open were long, so an employee came up to me and said she would open a register. She took a few others from the next line as well. They obviously are trying to make your experience at their store a pleasant and speedy one.

So sad to see them moving soon. I wont be able to pop on over to get me my chicken tenders.. 😟

This is one of the sketchiest grocery stores in thew Greenville area. The vagrant population is ever growing in this area and they seem to congregate directly at the doors of this store. The store has a dirty appearance with stained floors and filthy shelves. The employees look like they had rather do anything over dealing with customers quickly and efficiently. I will not be back to this store location. Best suggestion is to close this store and open another one somewhere else with new employees.

Nice grocery store. Need to work on deli a little. Went there a few times and got old dried out food. You cannot even pay for your food in the deli. I have to go to the front register and then go back to deli to eat it when I swing in for a quick lunch. Needs work. Great floral. Again store overall good store in a convenient shopping center.

This bi-lo is very convenient to where my office is and I find it a very good place to shop. I havent met the manager yet but hope to soon so I can ..so called have a meeting of the minds. ..also know as give him / her some tips to engaging excellent customer appreciation. ..Im always.. and of course would like to see more businesses do better than the rest with a little correction...We STRIVE To MAKE EVERYONE BETTER THAN THEY THINK!!! And they can believe they can!!!

The young lady in Customer service did not properly greet my husband and I as we approached the counter for questions relating to store products. Please train twice a week for Customer service etiquette behavior. We will continue using mail order. First and last time in the store.

My check our young lady name Rena was so helpful when I couldnt find an item in the store.

This BiLo is located on a very convenient intersection. You can find some things you need here, not everything though. The cashiers are friendly and you will be checked out quick enough. They put the sales items up front and you will find some good values without having to search for them and that is nice.

Bilo is doing a little bit better... Still not my favorite store and there restroom is still dated and the produce needs to be organized better... But as I said overall its a okay store.

Bi lo is my favorite grocery store to shop at. Its the only place I like to buy my meats at. They have a great selection and prices are always good. I always walk out of there saving alot on groceries.

Prices to high. Kids on check out register more interested in fraternizing with each other more than service to the customer.

A gallon of milk is priced at $ 3.49 when Walmart and other grocers have it for $ 1.20 or so..... Bi-Lo is adhering to an impossibly antiquated pricing strategy and they will not survive. I, for one, will never be back..... Peter Collins, MBA

When in the pick up mrs. Smith apple pie with the crumb and mrs. Smith cherry pie. There was 799 a piece and I got buy one get one free you cant beat that.

Its like the only Bi-Lo left in the world... Theyve going out of business everywhere else! If you like Bi-Lo, this one is a relic; the only one left.

I have lived in the N. Main area for 30 years. We have shopped this Bilo store happily for those yrs. until the last 2-3 yrs. the service has declined terribly. It started with cashiers being unhappy with management and then quitting. We knew many of them by name and they always recognized and spoke to us.With the decline in service it got to where I was bagging our own groceries 85% of the time.We finally had had enough and started shopping ingles . After 6 months we thought we would give the store we shopped for so many years another chance. So last week we went back. It was worse. 2 lanes open with lines back to the end caps. We stood in line for 20-30 minutes. The young lady working the front counter never called for more cashiers or came out to help.Today we decided to try another Bilo close by. It was just as sad. I guess we’ll go back to ingles. They may not know my name but they recognize us and I don’t bag my own groceries. And with Harris Teeter coming in, we’ll give them a shot.Sorry to leave. Good luck.

Not my favorite BI-LO for sure. It seems like they have less and less produce every time I stop in a BI-LO. Its not a bad neighborhood but there can be some sketching people lingering from time to time. If there was another close option I would certainly take my business elsewhere.

The only thing that I do not like, Is the popular Check colas has only one small row and always sold out. If you want Lemon or Cherry theres plenty of that. I do now who orders there drinks, but I used to work at a Winn Dixie in Florida, They had almost a whole row of drinks and plenty of each kind of Check colas, Coke, etc.

Convenient location. Benefits pretty much end there. More expensive and less selection than competitors ~ 2 miles away.

Store is ok. Conveniently located with a decent selection. Cashiers are not friendly and do not honor shelf prices and marked BOGO items if they ring up wrong. Be sure to watch the register. Cashier was extremely rude for no reason. This experience reminded me why I generally shop elsewhere.

The cashier on numerous times is very unfriendly and this morning going thru I waited per her request to give my ph# for the card. Gave it to her and no discounts, though I knew there to be some. Finished the transaction and just a goodbye sir even after I questioned it. I walked to the mgr, I think, told her and she credited me. The cashier has been very rude to me each time Im in. She is the thin, older black lady at 1030 am 11.10.18. Sad...

Clayasha had me bag my own groceries and when I asked if she was out of bags she barely squeaked out a sorry as she turned around to continue her conversation with the other cahsier. Normally I wouldnt mind bagging my own stuff if its busy and theres no cahsier but when there was no line and she obviously made no attempt to stock it before or after the transaction then it kind of bothers me. This is the reason you guys are closing down locations. Customer service is laughable. Its really bad when I can say that Ingles has better customer service when theirs is next to nothing. If I lived closer to publix I wouldnt think twice about never entering this location again or any location for that matter.

I HATE BI-LO NOW!! I used to shop this store all the time!! ALL THE TIME!! But you guys keep changing things and I dont like it at all!! The last time I was there, you had just started the Plenty Points program, now I see something totally different. Thats how long its been between visits! I do not like your pricing! I do not like your different brands and feel like you are quickly becoming Winn-Dixie, a store that went OUT OF BUSINESS in several areas because of their business tactics. You have lost a customer in me. ....I guess its Ingles, Walmart Neighborhood Market, or Publix for me.

Usually have the items I need. Prices seem fair, be careful of pre-packaged fresh fruit. I bought the mixed fruit, pineapple and strawberry, 2 out of 3 were spoiled.

I went in to get 10 lb bag of potatoes and it was 799 and I should youth until I went to the throw you got some 5 lb potatoes on sale so I went over there and they were 399 for 5 lb so no nothing should be Bi-Lo pay high. As I was walking through the store around up on other people I said what has happened to Bi-Lo and they said they dont know but its just gotten too pricey

They have a great variety of produce and cold cuts and everything I need. The employees and products are great but the smoke smell is irritating. The entire staff is friendly and some even make conversation at checkout.
