This Publix is awful. Every time I come in, I go to the deli for either Boar’s Head meats or a sub… it’s a staple in our family. Each of the last five visits, I wasn’t greeted or made to feel acknowledged by any of the deli associates working there.Today, there were SIX associates behind the deli meat counter. Not talking about the deli department in general, as there were eleven associates all working. I am talking about behind the meat counter. All six of which knew I was waiting patiently as the only customer in line… they made eye contact and continued their conversations, ignoring my existence. I waited for three minutes before deciding enough was enough.My wife and I have made the executive decision not to come to this location anymore, we are still contemplating whether or not to frequent Publix as a whole. Customer service is everything and you have failed miserably.

We are in town on vacation from Florida and know we can always count on Publix. Heather in the deli is super friendly, helpful and makes a great sub! Steve, our cashier, was also very friendly! Store Mgr. Trevor Spaid: you have a great crew and store.

Pros: Great produce! Brownie points for not having everything pre-wrapped in plastic. You really get a feel for the scents and freshness.Cons: Occasionally pricey, especially if item is not on sale.I always go here to get the Haagen Dazs ice cream on sale :)

What can I say, Publix is always great and they have the best meat department. Im not super familiar with cooking steak, but one of the meat department associates helped me find the right one. Those men know their stuff! And the steak was so tasty!

Appears to be an older one but its still a great store. All the associates are friendly and super helpful. Im so excited to be living somewhere with a publix again after 7 years without one. Club pub for life!

I ordered a cake for my Granddaughters Birthday. It was beutifully done. the icing was great. The cake itself was a little dry.

Shopping was a pleasure, checking out was not.The girl in charge of ‘making sure I don’t steal at self check out’ was condescending when I asked for help looking up a product without a barcode.Sorry for not having a barcode on your product, I’ll do better next time.

I go here every time I go to Aldis to get those few items Aldis dont stock . quality products, good selection,, and clean store. However, most of my shopping is at Aldis as there store brands are excellent (with a few exceptions) and shockingly less pricey.

I have always had a good and friendly service. The deli looks always busy and the place is clean. Like the $5.00 sushi on Wednesday but have to admit they are not the best sushi, they are ok but thats it.Since covid19 started I have to say they have done a great job at keeping the grocery carts clean as well as the counters and credit card machines. They are a good grocery store 👍

Very friendly supermarket the employee on front greater was excellent commented on how beautiful I looked pregnant and it just made my day. Also very organized and clean, easy checkout very helpful staff. Very happy with my experience there.

Ordered fried chicken n had to wait 45 mins. Chicken was really good but the wait was not so good I didnt know it took 45 mins. to deep fry a couple pcs. of chicken, maybe call ahead if you dont want to wait almost an HR !

Typical Publix. Everything clean in an order. Pleasant workers, customer service.Surrounding community use a little diversity though. A lot of weird stares, makes for a somewhat uncomfortable shopping experience.

Just left the deli, and David took his time to make my sandwich as if he was going to eat it himself. He was so nice and sweet. I hope management sees this and tell him that he made someone’s day today.

They were out of all the items that I specifically went there for. It also appears that they dont carry any First Communion or Confirmation cards anymore.

Its a very friendly place to shop. Prices are comparable to other competitors, and only slightly higher than Walmart. Definitely worth the friendly more personable shopping experience.

Publix Pharmacy is the place to go!I was helped by Beth who upon taking my insurance card shopped my multiple prescriptions around to find the best way to file to give me the best prices. All with expecting the least amount of gratitude. Ive been coming to this location for Years for some of these but will be back for them all.

We got there an hour before closing. Despite the time, our sandwiches were made with a smile and thank you and everyone was very nice. Thank you.

It was great. Everyone was ready to answer questions if needed this morning. I loved the publix mask.😷 One of the mangers said hi and was very nice. 😎The employee in the bakery helped with a cake(marble) I got for my big sisters birthday. She even wrote everything in her favorite color.

The place is clean, but 90 % of the time I buy meat from here & it spoils with 5+ days left before the date on the Package. Today I bought sour cream & there was mold on top . Over it

The deli has my favorite subs to eat. Huge thumbs up to the deli staff for always going above and beyond to get whatever is needed for the subs!

For a Publix the one on Woodruff rd at Butler did not have the usual happy employees. Lines at the deli and the front were very long. Employees were arguing in front of customers. Perhaps it was an off night. This is not my usual Publix or expercience.

I am a regular shopper of Publix. Everyone has been very friendly throughout the years of shopping with them. Today I went to get something from the deli and the guy was handling food without gloves. Correct me if I am wrong, but even if we wasnt dealing with the Covid 19 virus he still should be wearing gloves right? I mentioned it to someone at the customer service desk, but I dont know if she spoke with a manager about it. This wasnt cool at all.

The prices at Publix are ridiculously high. A gallon of milk at $3.99. Go across the street to Aldi folks. I paid $1.27 for a gallon of milk.

I enjoy shopping at this location over all. The deli could use some help. There is no since of urgency at all. Plus if the run out of a soup it takes 35 minutes for them to warm up another one.

Lifelong Publix shopper, frequented Publix from here to the Keys. This one is definitely a lower tier Publix. Smallish aisles, generally unfriendly staff, weak produce game. If it wasnt Publix I would take my business elsewhere, but I just cant quit her.

My least favorite Publix! I’m never greeted when I walk up to be checked out. I’ve had to bag my groceries numerous times. I had a lady yell at me asking me was I expecting a item to be on sell when I wasn’t. Every time I go to this Publix it’s a bad experience. I honestly dk why I keep going back! I love Publix but wouldn’t recommend this one.

I hate that this is the closest Publix to me now. I usually order from their deli and bakery quite often for work functions. But I have had several issues with the service I have received recently. I ordered some subs online a few weeks ago and went to pick them up and they were never made. I was not able to wait on them to be made because I was picking them up for work and could not be late. I have ordered two platters and both times they have not been correct in some way. Yesterday I ordered a platter for pick up and was advised it would be around $25 with tax and when a co-worker came to pick it up they were charged $40! The person in the deli I spoke with when I ordered was extremely rude and made me feel like I was inconveniencing him by placing an order. He kept saying and rushing me through the phone. I hate that I have to now travel to a different Publix for decent service or just go to a completely different store. I really urge anyone not to place an order at this store. I have yet to have a pleasant experience.

Easy shopping at my local Publix. Very helpful staff. I especially love Brian in the deli; he is always so happy and friendly. The store will happily order any items for you that they dont keep in stock. Store is generally well stocked and clean.

Nice Publix. Unfortunately, its located on the parking lot also known as Woodruff Road. Id certainly suggest driving a bit either to Pleasantburg Road store or the other Publix in the area. Now, once youre there, the store is quite clean, well stocked and as with almost all Publex has friendly staff. The parking lot is divided just a bit queer, so be cautious.

OK, but not the top Publix, better ones in town and dont compare to ones in Charleston.

Publix on Woodruff is literally one of the best grocery stores in the area. The downtown location at McBee is also good, but the sandwiches at the deli on Woodruff are on point. I havent had a bad one yet! Ill definitely be back to this location in the future when Im in the Woodruff Road area.

Love this supermarket! I drive out of my way a few miles to shop here. The employees are so nice and helpful. I like the fact they carry my groceries out without hesitation I never have to ask. Ive shopped at Publix for at least 10+ years. Will continue to do so.

Clearly, the people saying great prices have never stepped foot in another store. Everything here is overpriced. $6.50 for the same deodorant I can get elsewhere for $4.50? Yea, no thank you. They are literally ripping people off and apparently their customers are too stupid to notice...or have too much money to care.
