Staff is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about my guitar and the repairs I needed. It took a little longer than the repair person had planned but they had my guitar playing and sounding better than it was brand new!!!It’s now my go to spot for any musical endeavors I want to embark on!!!

I recently went guitar shopping. I looked at their Oscar schmidt by Washburn og10ce electric/acoustic guitar. Although I made a purchase elsewhere, I will say this: The staff were helpful, knowledgeable and nice. I called back to getore information on said guitar and the same staff member went above and beyond to help. I will consider them again when its time for more equipment.

Got mine and my boyfriends ukuleles from here. I mainly got mine to prove to him that I could play as good if not better than him in the same time frame. And with their tuners and advice at RedPhish, I was beyond successful. They have quality products, knowledgeable staff, and an environment that kept me coming back. Highly recommend

Looked up record stores in Greenville and this came up. It is not a record store. Its a very well stocked music shop. Seems like a legit place. They had a pearl drum set up for 669 with financing available. Would check it out again.

After shopping around for about a month, we finally pulled the trigger and bought a full Ludwig kit from RedPhish in Greenville for my 5-year old to start on. Value for dollar, they had the best deal in town, and surprisingly better than online! Chelsea was awesome and very helpful. Im not a drummer so they hooked me up with everything we needed and gave some really helpful tips. Highly recommend!

The Staff sold me a instrumentAnd said they would clean it up restring itAnd so forth after i boight it i let them keep it for 3 weeks to do the work went in to get it nothing done they lied owner said due to it being old and use there not gping to fix it or nothing you talking a bput some crooks then the owner wanted me to take it back to store and leve it with put a receipt that i left at stoteAs i wanted a refund and he said no they will not give me a receiptNor a refund THEY ALL SO SELLEIPIHONE SECONDS THATS WHY THERE SO CHEEPDONT BELIVE ME GET THE SERIAL NUMBER ON THE BACK OF THE HEAD STOCK AND U WILL SEE THEY BEEN RESTAMPED AND WRITE IT DOWN LOOK IT UP ON GIBSONS WEB SIT U WILL FIND OUTBEWARE 👎👎👎👎👎

I bought a CHROMAHARP Instrument from this company a round a 2 2week and 1/2 ago I left the Chrome a Harp to be restrung by the dur to the fact they didnt have string and said Autoharp strings ar $119 a set I said well its not a AutoHarp but a Chromaharp and there different well the thing sat there i n the store well I said to the Girl That works there since the strings are or seems so hared to find can I just apply the $$$ money to something other than that like a Guitar o9r on a amp she is like sure okay well I go in to day DEC14 and told nope you cant trade it on something other as I was Told by the sales girl and the owner said They wouldnt even work on it after they sold it to me so I am stuck with this thing and cant even play it due to the strings and no one to work on it what a Rip off I will never spend another dime with this company and watch out every Guitar they sell is Jap Junk and Not a Good Company to deal with I AM DONE The owner which is Red Phish In Wilson is down right dishonest Business owner Please Take your music needs to a better Store with a Good rep and been in Greenville a Long time I am VERE UNHAPPY WITH THEM trust me stay away from this rip off companyMs. Tracy ANN RhodesMusician for over 25 yrs
