Robin Robinson went above and beyond to help resolve a challenge with the recessed lighting in my new home. I was told I would have use two different types of ceilings lights due to the placement of the ceiling joists. Good selection of lighting. Quite a bit of it is overpriced. You can find a lot of this stuff online at a cheaper price, but you cant beat being able to see it before you buy it.

Nice selection. Amber is on top of things. Communicates back quickly with quotes and other correspondence. She can stay within budget. Management cares. Electrical supplies are available next door and under the same parent company.

I had searched high and low on the internet to find a large ceiling fan for my living room that also had good lighting and a remote control. Theres lots of fans in the 72 size, but most all of them have terrible lighting output. I went in and talked to Amber. She couldnt find anything either, initially. My wife and I then decided to just browse their show room before leaving, because its simply wonderful to see. After about 15 minutes of browsing, Amber tracked us down and showed us the fan she found which met all our needs. Most people would have went back to doing something else, but Amber kept searching. Her persistence paid off, and our visit was worth it. If you cant find it at the Gallery of Lighting, it cant be found. Exceptional customer service.

I will clarify one thing first - the first salesperson I spoke to was very helpful and nice - she gets 5 stars. She referred me to another person who knew more about what I was looking for - that sales person gets one star. The salesperson was knowledgeable and after we figured out what I needed, the salesperson said they would email me with prices. I had to call back 3 times to remind them to send me prices - the last time I called was two weeks ago and still have not heard anything. Therefore - only a 1 star rating for the customer service from the one salesperson. Since then I have found another company who acted immediately on my needs and I have purchased from them.I am going to add to this review that I recently wrote.......I received a call from the store manager - Tim Regan. I was surprised and glad that he called. We discussed the experience that I had with the store and with not getting a response. He was very apologetic and extremely polite and respectful. After our discussion, I learned that he is very conscious of how his customers are treated. I very much appreciated this. So I did tell him that when I have some lighting needs I will come to the store again. He told me to make sure he was there and he would personally help me with my needs. I give Mr. Regan 5 stars for reaching out to me and resolving the issues that I had. So with that call - and because of that call to me, I am revising my rating! Thank you Tim for your help and concern.

I went here for a lamp repair this week and the repair man was helpful and honest. The brand new bulb that I had purchased somewhere else was defective, not the lamp. He was honest, replaced the bulb and sent me on my way and wouldn’t even take a tip for his service. Amazing customer service and I will recommend this place to anyone needing repairs or a great lighting fixture. They have some beautiful chandeliers!

I had a great experience upon my first visit to their store. Jamie was very helpful and worked diligently to help me find the light fixture I was looking for. Jamie price matched the lowest online price for an exhaust fan going in our bathroom, I never even asked him to price match it. He just did it. I plan on coming here in the future and recommending it to anyone looking for a local business offering lighting pictures.

A real good place to get what you need to light your house

My husband and I went in this morning to take a look at ceiling fans..of which we need 3. My hope was we would find a high quality fan. Now, from past experience, I realize that places like this usually require an appointment. I’m assuming the same for this one. But...not a single person even said hello when we walked in. A couple of reps looked at us (one wearing ear buds behind a desk) and quickly looked away. We walked all through the store. Not a single person working there acknowledged our existence. We will be purchasing 3 ceiling fans..just not from here.

Our salesperson Crystal always goes above and beyond to take care of us every visit. Very personable and quite knowledgeable of all of the products weve purchased. We have been consistent buyers for over a year and a half. Store selection is good, as no one can stock everything. What they can do is get you on track to finding what you need with the right sales staff. Delivery time can be a little stogie, more do to ciclic schipping schedule I guess. Very competitive pricing as well. Hard to improve apon.

I have been in the lighting industry for over 30 years, and I can say with great certainty that these are great folks who really care about doing perfect work for their clients. A great deal of integrity and attention to detail in these walls!

Great local store to see the lighting options, many more on display than other stores we have visited so far. Sales team was a little aggressive but they eventually got the message that we were just starting to look.

Walked in and was never greeted, asked if I would like to be helped, or even spoken to. Was in the building for over 10 minutes without one word even being said to me. Walked out after being prepared to purchase a specific light in the Kichler line in the hopes of keeping my purchase local.
