I have had nothing but problems with them. Bought new home in 2018 with complete setup. Electricity was done by some old drunk who installed a used pole he found. Septic was done by person with 2 year contract and he only came out once. He was suppose to come quarterly. I also had to pay a new company to install part where bleach could be added properly. I have had leveled 3 times now because it keeps shifting because of pad that was put down that I also paid extra for. Nothing has been done properly with my home. I have had to attach trim that was never done. This is ridiculous for the price I paid.

Dont let the name influence your decision to check out this place. This business is well run and staffed by professional and friendly people. We love the home we purchased from them around 2 years ago. The sale, delivery, and setup of our home was a smooth and easy experience. Im writing this review now because I just went to their office for a minor maintenance issue I was having with a squeaky floor. I asked if they could help me fix it. They said no problem and sent one of their people to take care of it. Bottom line is that I was treated like someone ABOUT to buy a home, not someone who already bought and paid for one. And by the way, after all the places we looked at for a new home, the name of this place says it all. U SAVE.

Have very nice homes sales is great staff good bought home did all they said would do.. Did Damage property bringing n home left Ruts Did Not come back and fix have called but no response.

Arrive today to look a selection and the salesman was at lunch. No big deal however, when he arrived he saw us and ran inside the office. He was on the phone when we walked in. When he finally did acknowledge us, it was as if we were bothering him. Then went right back to his phone call. No help at all. Terrible salesman (customer service)To bad for them, the other places were more than happy to see us, that is why they got our business. Yes we signed today.

I missed it twice on the first try, but I am glad I got there because this is what I was looking for. So much selection, and candid salesmen ready to give me the fine print verbally!

Terrible people. Terrible place of business. We Bought a home from here. They took advantage of us because we were young and dumb. Anything to make a sale.
