Thanks to the staff at Taylor Rental for great customer service. For my recent party, I left one of the tables I rented at the store. A representative from Taylor Rental called before they closed to remind me about the table. The entire staff, the front desk and the guys loading are friendly and helpful.

The customer service was pleasant and timely. I was loaded up quickly and on my way. No hassle.

My wife ordered a few tables & chairs from here but she didnt measure the table clothes before she did so she requested the 8ft tables. The tables were too long she called Taylor rental and told them about the issue they swapped them out for 6ft tables with no problem. I highly recommend their fast and friendly service!

I’m so disappointed with Taylor rental. I bought the biggest bouncy house they had and it wouldn’t even hold 7 little children. I was really depending on that for fun toward the little kids. I didn’t buy any games or anything bc I knew the bouncy house would have all their attention. But sadly the air kept going out. I feel like my $250 was wasted. I see it was patched up in the front I feel like my daughter Halloween party was ruined fr. Make sure your items is up to part before getting ppl hard earn cash

Taylor rental is the beat place to get all of your rental needs.I called 3 weeks early checking on a water slide for my daughters 3rd birthday party only to find that they didn’t have one in stock. I called back two days before and they had one in...So many people inquired about it.It was God’s grace to put it on his heart to hold it for me...It was a success...they delivered, set it up for me and picked it back up...Thanks guys you all were wonderful.

The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. From the moment you walk in, there are several friendly faces to help you. I arrived needing party rentals but it was so much more that I got. Table clothes, pipe and drape, up-lighting, silverware, plates, etc. They have a wide selection in anything you need. I am always surprised to see what all they carry. It’s like they think of everything! They have experience in party rentals and can guide you in anyway you need. They always have the store’s show space set up with wonderful ideas including children’s parties. Delivery and pick up were perfectly coordinated. I cannot imagine having our annual event without using this company.

Pressure washer handle was worn out. Very very hard to squeeze to get busy washing. My wife could not use it. She is the one who I rented it for. Please fix worn out equipment. ThanksPs. It started and worked great after I finally got it to spray.
