Having made a career in the copier and document solutions industry for 38 years, I have heard from customers first hand which area copier companies provide good and not so good service. The last three and a half years before my retirement I worked for Burney Carraway at COS and sister company Daughetys Office Equipment in Kinston and had never experienced the high level and commitment to service they deliver to their customers. During my entire time as a sales rep I lost only one customer to a competitor and it was not because of service. I was amazed, especially having transitioned from a much larger competitor company. All copiers and printers work the same way but no other copier company provides the response and one call support COS and DOE offer. They even personally deliver toner at no extra charge! And if anyone is thinking about a sales career they wont find a better company or boss to work for than Burney.
