They checked everything during the oil change and found a recall that needed to be completed

My tire was going flat. I took it to Grenada Nissan and they got my car into the shop as soon as they could. (About 5-10 Minutes) They found the source, which was a roofing nail, and repaired the tire. I was back on my way in about 20 minutes.This service team gets to know their customers by name. They know their cars, and research the cars history whenever they work on it. This way they make informed decisions on when it is time to do maintenance work on your car before it becomes a problem for you. In my many years of dealing with dealerships, this is above the norm.

It was my second time buying a car from Grenada Nissan. Once again, it was a wonderful car buying experience. The staff is lovely and welcoming. Brent did a fantastic job accommodating my needs and wants in a vehicle for a great price that fit my budget. He made sure to show me ALL the ins and outs about my vehicle before ever leaving the lot. I will be returning to Grenada Nissan for a next vehicle whenever that time comes.

My issue with my heated seats was handled fast! They ordered the part and had it fixed the next day! Excellent service!

I took my van & dropped it off at 11am to get washed, vacuumed, & they were to shampoo inside also. I was told it had to stay overnight since they take seats out to dry and for interior to dry. When I got my van back, it was raining so I really couldnt inspect it. Later that day, I went out to inspect it and it was terrible. I had orange stuff on the fabric on my door and running down the inside of the doors plus its now on my speaker. The steering wheel, gear shifter, inside handles were not touched, I had dust on door and compartments, then my tint on my driver door had a huge bubble in it. I gave them 2 stars bc they did refund me and pd to have my tint redone.

The best experience ever!

The guys there are always so nice, professional and courteous. I appreciate the way they go over the inspection results with me. My salesman always comes over to speak and calls me by name. They make me feel like my business is appreciated.

Everyone was very polite and acted like they wanted to help me and wants my business. I will be coming back for sure.

Needed service at 20K miles .....changed oil and filters and rotated tires and changed air filter. Also took care of two notices on this vehicle. Had technician come to look at a video I took of a weird experience with audio visual screen.... the notice replaced a module so think it is fixed.Overall courteous, friendly and professional while minting social distancing in the environment we are in today.

Came in for work that I was told should be done at this time. They did all but change the brake fluid, which they told me they never did. I was somewhat confused, but....Waiting room was nice and the service was speedy. Everyone there has always been very nice.

Our most recent visit to Grenada Nissan was a refreshing experience. The wait was minimal, the area for waiting was comfortable and peaceful and the staff was awesome! They were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Everything we needed was taken care of and projections and cost estimates were given for future service needs.

As in the past, the people at Grenada Nissan are always helpful. Even if I just stop in for a quick question, they are helpful in a way thats easy to understand and always in a cheerful manner, as if you were their only customer. I wouldnt shop anywhere else.

They have an excellent service department. They pick up and drop off my vehicle from my place of employment. The service technicians keep me updated as to needed service. They were so helpful in the service dept. We were visiting family in Grenada when our engine light came on. They updated our system and also did the 3 recalls we needed to get done.
