I had an incident with my 2015 Hyundai Sonata SE. My garage door closed somehow on my car and it ripped the cars radio antenna fin off the rear of the roof. After taking it to Gerber Collision & Glass, they not only fixed it, but fixed it within about 30min time! Good people here, friendly service and just great to do business with! Thanks so much, TJ! Had a good experience the first time I took my vehicle in.Fast forward to my second vehicle. During repairs they removed an after market relay box (off road lighting). Havent been off roading in a long time. Now looking in my hood I noticed that my relay box is missing... awesome. Thanks a lot.

Never followed thru nor returned calls

The crew here did a fantastic job, customer service was the bomb. Kept us up to date on the progress. The jeep is amazingly beautiful after the incident. They cleaned around stuff and washed and buffed it. Who does that... though we had to wait for parts and it took longer. It was well worth the wait. Im glad we went with Gerber. If I find a honest, reputable co. I can trust I .stick with them. Recommend them highly... hope I never need to. But if I need to - this is my go to place now. Many thanks to the crew for job well done guys, and thanks to the girls at the desk.

My teenage son had his car window broken into one night. I called Gerber and the next day, my son dropped the car off at 8:30a, went to school, then picked it up at 2:30p. All done :) The price was reasonable, too.

HEADACHE!Bottom line - There are plenty of other body shops. Take your vehicle some place else. I went back and fourth about writing a review as I am not one to write these but I do not want anyone else to experience this.I dropped my vehicle after a collision to the Broadway location which is apparently only a drop off center and they do no work there. They towed my vehicle out to the Gresham location (there are MULTIPLE Gerber locations around Portland metro). This is where the nightmare began as somehow not all damages were reported to the Gresham location by the Broadway location. My vehicle had passenger side front and rear damage, plus more. I went to pick up my vehicle once I was told it was completed and as I pulled up I noticed the back was never fixed. They also failed to fix the interior door panel, reinstall the under cover, and fix the grinding noise from the engine. I immediately reported all of these issue to Gerber upon picking it up and called them with each additional issue I discovered. I wanted to give them the opportunity to fix these issues as my estimator Sally was very apologetic. We agreed upon another time for me to drop my vehicle and they would pay for a rental while they completed the repairs. Sally whom nice and friendly I was constantly frustrated with as she multiple times failed to call me on dates she expressed she would. I asked to speak to a manager multiple times and was denied. When I finally spoke to the manager, TJ, after being adamant he refused to fix some of the items as they could not figure it out. He demanded I return the rental and pick up my vehicle even though my vehicle still has a grinding engine from the collision. All in all my vehicle should have been totaled but they scammed me into what I have now learned is a common body shop scam. They repaired items almost up to the value of my vehicle. Now I have a vehicle with reported damage which lessens the value and persistent grinding from the engine from this collision that the body shop failed to repair. About 5 weeks since I finally got my vehicle back the bumper is no longer aligned with gaps and not being held into the brackets. Also a lug nut came off the tire they repaired this week. This shows me the work was garbage by this shop. Do not go here save yourself the hassle and headache.Sorry for your collision if you are even reading these reviews and I hope you are not injured. Stay safe.
