Well I would have used. They had the rental truck available. The nice guy found the store located nearest, and the darling lady, accompanied by a well behaved dog and older gentleman sat behind some darkened blinds.after they ran my id.the lady said there internet was down and would have to send me out. To different location and im not sure she even verified the specifics were available. NO INTERNET!!! . Happens all the time she said., .wow how are you surviving. Good luck. Lost my business .NOT JUST TODAY.

This is my 3rd and last experience with Rob. Mercedes E320 2001 was stalling on me then running. took in Mon AM..not even looked at till Weds AM when was told would be done Tues. Google said i needed a crankshaft sensor and I told that to Rob who scoffed said he would see. Every time Ive had service customer service is lacking I have to call on my car repeatedly, took an extra day last visit cause they got wrong oil for an oil change is 3 days. This visit I called Weds before closed to be told my car had nothing wrong but brakes done wrong. That an old code was showing up(what I had said it was) and all was good for

I have been going to Robs since they first opened their doors and have been pleased to watch them grow. When I first went there (on a friends recommendation), I knew my car needed brakes as well as other work. When I explained that I only wanted to do the brakes and would be back to take care of other issues later, Rob took the time to explain what the other noises/ issues were and what could happen if I put it off too long, BUT he never tried to pressure me in to getting more done. They are reasonably priced, knowledgeable, and they respect their customers. And for that they have not only my appreciation, but my business and the business of several of my friends and family.

Got ignored for about 15 minutes as I wait for them to talk to another worker. Rude service. Very gross used futon to sit on in lobby area. Looked like a run down trailer/ turned auto shop. You should work on customer service to receive more business...it looks as if you could use any business that comes through the dingy sliding glass door that you call an entrance. Not only is it difficult to find due to the location, but one sign and it isnt even visible from powell. The dogs sounded cute but ill go to the humane society to look and talk about animals. Good luck in the future. Youll need it.

Rob takes care of business. He knows Automotive repair extensively, and doesnt gouge the pocketbook.

Beware. Get a second opinion. Rob printed out that my rear brakes were only at 20% and my front brake pads are at 0% and rubbing agaist the rotors. I had my friend who is mechanic check and he measured the brake pads with a caliper and said that my rear breaks hardly have any wear on them and there was still pads on the front. My friend took off the rotors and I saw for myself.Also even with an appointment my wait was long. Six people with brethlizer devices came in and were served ahead of me. After waiting for two and half hours to get my brakes inspected, I asked to use their bathroom. They refused me and told me to walk to the store.

Our experience with Robs was not for auto repair, but for a UHAUL rental. We made our reservation the night before and on the morning of pick up we were running a bit behind so we tried to call Robs and got no answer. Then we called UHAUL customer service and they pushed our reservation time up by half an hour so that when we arrived we were actually 5-10 minutes early. The gate was locked and noone around so we tried calling the number on the fence. .. no answer. Called UHAUL customer service back 2 more times while standing out front and walking around building... they insisted that according to their records the shop was open. Finally the UHAUL employee got a hold of a man who I assume was Rob and he then walked out of the building to unlock the gate. I made a comment about how we had been out there waiting and calling and he told me that we hadnt because he has cameras and knew we hadnt been out there. I reiterated that yes we had been out there and called UHAUL multiple times then he angrily said he was refusing us service and began locking up the gate. He threatened to call the police when my husband yelled for him to come back and talk to us. I would rate this business with negative stars if I could based on this experience. He is a jerk and obviously knows nothing about customer service!
