Absolutely delightful time at Baskin Robbins! 2 scoops kid size, and 2 adult singles for $20.00!!!! Plus who can resist the sprinkle cone. The staff was incredibly friendly and if they sold the shirts they were wearing, Id totally sport it. Very clean and few people customers coming and going. Very awesome ice cream trip. Was a reward for the chitlins, and I must say hubby and I enjoyed it as well. Great job B.R.

It was my mothers 50th birthday and they know it was because it is on the custom writing, yet the effort they put in was sad and disappointing. They didnt care. It did not come close to the expectation that was set based on their sale pictures. Wasnt even able to use a cake, had to make new one. How can they be satisfied with such an effort knowing it was a customers moms 50th birthday?Have emailed corporation but was asked to call them...not very good service. I will never go to BR again. See my pictures, what was advertised vs what was made for me. Decorations did not look like flowers. Bad shape. Bad finishing. Now nice white outline on cake. TERRIBLE execution, sad effort, bad service.

Havent been to Baskin Robbins is a few months because of getting my pint not all the way filled up. I know and understand they were kinda busy this time but last time it was just my husband that went in.I am very disappointed 😞.

Thank you to whoever was working today! We had an order for 8 root beer floats and upon learning they were out of root beer, ran over to the store while they started making the first couple, and fetched up more root beer. Went to have a banana split Sign said includes 3 toppings for $6.79. At the register she charged me $7.68. She said there was extra charge for pineapple topping. Nowhere in the sign did it say pineapple topping was extra charge nor did she say that there would be an extra charge for pineapple topping . I had chosen pineapple, marshmallow and strawberry for my 3 toppings.The point is, if you are going to charge extra for a product you need to let the customer know.Also she wasn’t wearing gloves and she handled the banana with bear hands.Very disappointed .

So this location says their open till 10pm, I was at the end of 9 pm and the kids inside who were laughing about being closed early, so my desire for a shake from BR was clearly out of the question, even though their web site says this location was open till 10pm, 100% not open until 10pm, they need to update their web site and hire an adult to watch over the holier than thou employees at Baskin-Robbins Gresham three thumbs down and negative five stars and I dont recommend going there at least not towards the end of the night

Basic Baskin-Robbins. Good variety of flavors and standard options, cones--including waffle cones baked inhouse--cups, Sundays, and malts and shakes. Service was prompt and friendly.

Very good! They were out of my favorite chocolate peanutbutter but the young lady so nicely made another combo for me that satisfied that craving. Well done!

I wished that I took a picture. Next time for sure! The selection of flavors are always amazing for whatever you are craving. My current favorite is the Quarterback Crunch and then the Tax Collector. My daughter loves all the sherbert choices. You can get fancy cones or regular cones or no cones. There is something for everyone.

Lots and lots of flavors to choose from, great atmosphere, and friendly staff make this BR a great location to visit. The guy running the counter let me try out a ton of flavors before cutting me off. Lol. Ive now had an praline pecan milkshake and a strawberry cheesecake milkshake. Yum yum yum!!

Baskin-Robins has been the same since I was a little child, unsure if that is a good or bad thing. The ice cream is good and the prices are reasonable. But if you are thinking of staying there to eat the ice cream I would suggest rethinking that, as the seats and tables are almost always splattered with garbage and ice cream, the humid is a little dry and not a very enjoyable place to sit down.

Later night visit with only one person behind the counter although he was frirndly and helpful. Pleasant, but service was painfully slow with people ahead requiring assistance and ordering multiple items and quarts.

Great helpful and fun loving staff that maintain patience when you keep changing your mind on flavors.

We walked in and no smile or welcome we are asked what we want and I ask for a sundae with two scoops, the scoops are soooo small and the employee doesn’t even ask me if I want any extra toppings she just puts the whip cream, nuts and cherry. My husband asks for a shake and gets the most runny shake I have had. Horrible customer service and to top it off I am 8 months pregnant and she killed my craving for ice cream. Not coming back to this one again!

Last time we were there the ice cream was not very flavorful, which seems odd, but my husband and I both got two flavors and none were very flavorful. The staff was nice though.
